A very lovely decorated restaurant. The waiter greeted us with a question. "Is this your first time here?" My niece and nephew 💙💕 had been here before. It was my first time and the waiter was attentive to us all. I ordered Veal Marsala. My niece ordered her GF pasta with King Crab Bucatini. My nephew ordered Chilean Sea Bass. I got to taste their dinners and they were delicious. My veal marsala was prepared with mushrooms. Marsala wine, veal jus, with a gluten free penne. Everything was delicious. For this Italian girl ( me ) was extremely satisfied and happy because I took home my leftovers.

This was our first time coming here and I have to say, we will become regulars. First and foremost, our server Jade was unbelievable. Aside from having the best name in the world, she was the sweetest and most attentive server we have ever had. We took her recommendations for food and drinks and were not disappointed. It's like she knew us. By the end of the meal, she felt like family. We will be back for sure.

The ambience is beautiful, the food is delicious and the service is always so attentive and friendly. Our server Jade is a gem. She made the meal so special and made my parent's anniversary so enjoyable. We were lucky to come on a Tuesday where they have oysters for $1.25 and they were so fresh. We love coming here, perfect for any occasion or just a a weeknight dinner.

And i can easily say once of the best deals in the city $65 for a dinner for 2 is incredible. Our server Jade was absolutely perfect, I couldn't possibly get better service anywhere!! She was flawless. Our food server Julian brought out our food and told us in great fashion what he was putting in front of us. Would definitely recommend this place!

The decor is beautiful. Our waiter James was phenomenal! He was a step ahead of us the whole time, never having to ask for anything. The food was delicious and while we were eating I text my mom and my brother that they definitely needed to try it. Wonderful experience all around and will definitely be back!

We had a private room and the place is so cute. The server Luz was so sweet and very attentive, but the food came out at different times and we mostly order the same thing chicken and waffles. Not good, probably the worst I've ever had! I'm giving it a three only because the place is cute and Luz did such a good job.

Excellent experience tonight! From the moment we walked in until the moment we left, the staff took great care of us. Chelsea was friendly and accommodating of all of our needs. The red headed manager (Mary?) made sure to swing by the table more than once to make sure we were all enjoying our night. Bussers and runners did a great job of supporting each table. Definitely will be back!

Server Jade had extensive menu knowledge and steered my partner towards the Penne a la Vodka and a Whata Peach drink. Both were great recommendations! Good cook on the pasta, bit of an understated sauce - which we didn't mind. Dishes were quickly cleared and water kept full which is a small detail that often goes unnoticed. The lamb chops were very well seasoned and expertly cooked. Great char and a well paired yogurt sauce. I will say they were fattier chops. Nonetheless it was the best dish of the night. Tiramishoe dessert was certainly a HIGH HEEL OF DECADENCE. Ice cream tastes hand made and the shoe was made of solid chocolate and stuffed with mousse and brownie. Shame it was solid chocolate because a shell would have been more fun, interactive. A treat to remember! Before I forget to mention, HUGE SHOUTOUT TO THE SHUCKERS! The oysters were velvety and though quite larger than expected were a nice start to the meal. 5/5 will definitely return!

Exceptional experience. 5 STAR is all the way. If I could give an additional star I would. The reason is that you don’t feel like you’re eating in a commercialized. It has the feeling of being home in a real Italian home. The food is exceptional and truly Italian flair. Everything is fresh and the presentation is amazing. I wanna give a shout out to the chef who runs an exceptional restaurant with a great vibe. The staff were all excellent and so friendly. a birthday, and it was extremely memorable. Probably the best birthday we’ve ever had. I love this place, and we will be back again for all of our special occasions. He won’t be disappointed. Almost hate writing the review because it’ll get so popular. I won’t be able to get in. Thank you again for a great experience and such delicious food.

Very welcoming atmosphere nice energy modern music and all the patrons seem to be having a great experience. I have spent a lot of time in Green Valley Ranch casino this is one of the few restaurants I had not tried but last night it just seem to be the place to be. The restaurant was very busy it was a very active kitchen the service was amazing starting from the greeting from the hosting staff but particularly from our server who was Joel. I went with a friend we both had salmon we split brussels sprouts we shared a chop salad and we had and a pasta and we each had a glass of wine it was a wonderful evening and I look forward to visiting again soon.

Would like to have reviewed this restaurant, but did not have a chance. We arrived shortly after they opened at 5 pm. The restaurant was virtually empty, but we were told that we would have to wait 45 minutes for a table because they had lots of reservations. We walked by an hour later and it appeared that there were tables available both inside and outside. Did not seem like the hostess tried to accommodate us at all.

Ok at this point I've attended a reservation purchased on AT by a friend and sold a reservation personally. Both worked pretty smoothly, nothing sketchy about it. A few areas for improvement including a way to more directly communicate between buyers and sellers, but the app always seems to be in development. AT customer support is really(!) responsive and helpful too if you have questions!

Best Answer It can be under your name or a name you choose! Some reservation offers already include the AppointmentTrader Transfer Service which will transfer the reservation in to your name. If its not included you can add it on after buying the reservation for a small fee. One thing on that though: As many reservations become available at last minute, taking a reservation in someone else name is quick and great for privacy. Most reservations on AT are listed with a virtual phone number, so all you need to do is present the phone number at the hostess stand and you are good to go!

Best Answer Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

Best Answer Hey @EvocativeFold67, welcome to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Best Answer Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.

What happens if my bid expires unanswered?

Best Answer Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
