🤢 2/5 - Quite a disappointing experience

It did not start well, upon arrival we were standing a good 10 minutes in the entrance before one of the many busy but quite ineffective servers (which we will find out later) deigns to keep an eye on us. Once sited on the laps of four neighbors (2 on the right, 2 on the left): probably the so-called coziness of Tables d'hotes ? Starter was ok, tiny Langoustine (note to the Chef, as far as Langoustines are concerned Big is beautiful) , well cooked though, good Crab salad (hand made as we could see....), an then the nightmare started: one hour and twenty minutes waiting for a grilled Turbot. In some restaurant , it might have been acceptable, but keep in mind that in this eatery, your neighbors are on your lap . When we enquired, one of the very busy server told us that it was a "big fish", really?. I think that I ate close to 12 Turbots last year and cooking them did not (should not) take more than 40 minutes. so in any decent Michelin star restaurant once the starter was served, the Turbot should be grilling already. We were hopping for some Magic after such a long wait, honestly very disappointing: a (good quality) grilled Turbot which does not have the "grilled" taste. I recommend the team to watch the Hof Van Cleve recipe, very inspiring. The most ridiculous was when one of the very busy waiter told me that I could put some lemon on my fish (and what about salt and pepper? can I?) , an optional home made beanaise might have been more appropriate for a ... 150£ fish
