Outstanding food and service! The lasagna was to die for! Huge portions and great ambiance. Ask for Josh C if you want the best birthday shout-out! Josh was very knowledgeable. Made our experience very comfortable. We definitely will be back to try more of his recommendations. Also, great happy hour specials in the bar area. He told us to visit Jiro at the bar before our show, and he did not disappoint! The Italian Margarita is a must!
The portions were huge, it was basically cafeteria food.
Reminded me of elementary school. Dessert however was a small portion for a twenty dollar slice of cake, not a big slice though, normal sized yet expensive. I didn't mind the app and appetizer, as I enjoy elementary school nostalgia but the dessert was such a ripoff
This was our first visit to this restaurant.
The service was great, Jackie was very friendly and attentive, and came back to make sure that we had our drinks filled and promptly took our order. When we presented our Groupon, there was a problem with mine, and she went and got the manager Raymond. Raymond was very kind , helpful and was very friendly and more than willing to make sure that he did what he could to rectify the situation. He was able to find where my Groupon was located so that I could use the credit that I had purchased. He had a warm and friendly smile and was not put out by having to help me with activating the Groupon. We were happy with the food, it was delicious and very reasonably priced. We highly recommend this restaurant and hope that we are able to visit again soon.

Located in the Excalibur. My wife and I dined here for lunch. We both had an Iced Tea. We had the fresh bread with oil. We shared a lunch salad, Chicken Parm with Broccoli and Lasagna. Huge lunch portions. The service was excellent as usual with Randi. Management should be very proud. I added many photos of our visit. We will return very soon.

From the initial phone call to make reservations we were treated with the best customer service. Billy took our reservation and made me laugh so hard during reservation. We changed our reservation time and staff was so accommodating. They endured our kids who weren't the best behaved and all with a smile. Food was Amazing but it always is at Buca locations. But what really stood out was the above and beyond service we received from everyone that worked there especially "psychic" Billy. They made this vacation one we will never forget.

My experience at Buca di Beppo in Las Vegas was just okay.
The service was lackluster, and the food failed to impress. While nothing was particularly terrible, it also didn't stand out in any way. Overall, it was a mediocre dining experience that left us feeling underwhelmed. I know it's Vegas, but I wanted it to be better!

This was a nice family style Italian restaurant.
The ambience and customer service were both amazing. As far as the food. I wasn't really impressed. The food lacked seasoning. The chicken parmigiana was blah at best, spaghetti marinara was nothing to brag about, and the prosciutto stuffed chicken was pretty good with the pesto sauce. Pasta dishes are easy to make and easy to mess up. Please heavily salt your water when preparing the pasta noodles. Singing happy birthday to my friend was a great touch and my waiter was amazing. However I wasn't impressed with the food. #EatGoodAndBeHappy
Wonderful wedding reception dinner
Wonderful! We had dinner here with family and friends after our daughter's wedding, 18 of us in total. Chris, Hector and Kirt took excellent care of us. Food was plentiful and delicious (several of our guests took leftovers home and enjoyed them the next night for supper). Las Vegas has gotten so insanely expensive. We were happy to find a place that is still affordable, with good food and outstanding service. Thanks for making the bride and groom's dinner special.

We had our group dinner here during the KW convention last night. It's always chaos to do a group dinner and even more so at a convention because people are all coming out a different times making their way through the crowd, getting distracted... But the team here handled everything with grace! We ended up with last-minute people who joined, some people who couldn't come & somehow still had more people than we expected and Chris and his team were so wonderfully helpful and accommodating. I was worried we were creating all sorts of hassle, but you wouldn't know it from how smoothly they took care of us. Even when we got the not so great idea to move and mingle, Denise and the other waitstaff soldiered on, and we came to the conclusion we should all go back to our original places . This is all before saying how great the food was! I love eggplant parmesan and this was so wonderful, I had seconds. The salads were fresh, the tiramisu is incredible and we were so full!!! Thank you for taking care of us and making our night great. My team works in multiple states and so it's special to have time together when we can all relax and celebrate. Everyone had a wonderful evening and we appreciate all the work the team at Buca put in to make it happen.
Very mediocre food.
Waitress was nice. Sauce tastes like plain ragu. Cheesey garlic bread was terrible. Chicken ceasar salad was ok.

Located at the Excalibur Hotel & Casino on the Las Vegas Strip. My wife and I showed up for lunch and were seated immediately. We requested Randi as our server, and she was excellent. We both had an Iced Tea. The Bread and dipping oil came out quick, as well as a lunch salad, that we split. My wife had the Chicken Saltimbocca (?) with Steamed Broccoli. I had the Chicken Parm with Alfredo Pasta. Great deals during lunch if a member of their eclub. Management should be very proud. I will return again soon. Photos added.

Came in town for my daughter’s soccer tournament and me and my wife were able to sneak away and have a date night. Had a wonderful time here

now i have to admit we tried this place 10 years or so ago and wasnt impressed so about a week back and back in vegas we though we would try it again impressed is not the word. the staff were awesome, the food great and the portions were massive. add to that the best martini i have experienced. wife had a cheese based pasta dish, mine was pasta with seafood. we couldnt finish either and many thanks to the waiter to stopped us early when we were going to order starters before the main course as the food was massively proportioned its a bit loud and rowdy, thats the sort of place it is. dont expect high dining and the quiet clinking of glasses etc but if you want good food and lots of it, great service etc give it a go

Great Dinner. Food was delicious. Had the Mixed and Caesar salads (we finished off the Mixed). Entrees consist of Chicken Parmigana, Chicken Carbonara, and Baked Ziti. All were delicious except the baked Ziti was a little bland.

We loved the family style Italian dinners. Food was very good and you get a lot. A small feeds 3 people easily. We had the meatballs, fettuccine Alfredo, and rigatoni with spicy sausage, can't go wrong here if you're hungry!

Wonderful! My parents are visiting and we have wanted to go to Nobu Malibu for years. I tried getting a reservation myself but it was next to impossible. So glad I was able to buy a reservation on appointment trader for a decent price!

I was veeeeeerry skeptical that this would work, particularly at a restaurant as hard to get into as Nobu Malibu, and it was perfect! We had lunch outside on the patio and it was fabulous!

Ok at this point I've attended a reservation purchased on AT by a friend and sold a reservation personally. Both worked pretty smoothly, nothing sketchy about it. A few areas for improvement including a way to more directly communicate between buyers and sellers, but the app always seems to be in development. AT customer support is really(!) responsive and helpful too if you have questions!

As a seller, I like the fact i have the ability now to transfer money out of my AT account and into a bank account. Makes getting the money much easier then the process before.

It can be under your name or a name you choose! Some reservation offers already include the AppointmentTrader Transfer Service which will transfer the reservation in to your name. If its not included you can add it on after buying the reservation for a small fee. One thing on that though: As many reservations become available at last minute, taking a reservation in someone else name is quick and great for privacy. Most reservations on AT are listed with a virtual phone number, so all you need to do is present the phone number at the hostess stand and you are good to go!

Does anyone know how AT plans to handle cases where a seller is quitting the platform but has a sell through rate <25%? The error message I got said to fill more bids or find other ways to increase the rate.
Is AT really going to block sellers from withdrawing their money? Especially revenue made before the sell through rate was introduced??

Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.

Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
