🤮 1/5 - My review magically disappeared and they never responded

My review magically disappeared and they never responded after claiming they would, so I'm re-posting this one I'm still salty about 6 months later:I e-mailed Emmy directly about this (as of this writing, I've received no response), but I had arguably the worst dining experience of my life here.We went last Monday at around 8:30, and to make a very long and upsetting story short:* We were ignored for about 5 minutes upon entering the restaurant when we tried to let them know we were there for our reservation. Mind you, they were active but not packed to the brim on a Monday evening.* Once we (eventually) got seated, our waiter took our order after a bit of a hiatus. He then, over the course of 75 minutes, came out 3 more times to re-confirm our order. As a particular note, at one point during this wait, we overheard the family dining next to us that one member of their party didn't receive one of their orders (they had the same waiter). They then had to go next door to the fish n' chip spot so they didn't go home hungry.* After waiting for over an hour (during which we had been served precisely one glass of water), our waiter came up to us and apologized, saying that he hadn't yet fired the order? (Why confirm 3 times and tell us repeatedly it was on its way?). It was truly one of the most bizarre experiences I've ever had in NYC dining at over 1000+ different restaurants. As I said in my e-mail to Emmy, I actually laughed a bit as I thought we were on a game show of sorts.* After apologizing, he made no attempt to rectify or comp us anything -- just that we would have to wait another 12 minutes for our relatively simple order to come out. Luckily, we at that point had the good sense to decline, and were lucky to head on over to some other LES establishments at a very late hour that were still open and could deliver food that we had actually ordered.Who goes to a restaurant (with a reservation!) on a Monday and the place is so horribly run that they can't give you the food you ordered after almost 90 minutes of waiting? Can't go out of business fast enough.
