I don't consider myself such expert however when our group receives bad service I have to leave a comment. I had been there a long time ago when they were still at the old location from there I had great memories! Ambiance overcrowded tables in the middle of the floor on a Wednesday night, smell of lamb. Nothing impressive tbh which is normal for downtown. We were sat a bit late considering the reservation our friends made and the fact we arrived right on time.... We were sat at a table by the bar and this is where it god fun. Our server Christian not sure of spelling asked if we had been there before to which some answers no some yes ... he did not offer an explanation to the once that had never been there of the menu of how things work.... Nothing! Did not ask us for water just poured still not from bottle tap! Once we ordered drinks he dismissed any questions we might have had on the beverage menu.... The whole time he was rude rushing is as if he wanted is to get out faster, he was not attentive the table was a bit dirty still when we sat on my side so I had to ask for him to clean it to which he was not happy about. I understand that people have a bad day I also work in a service industry and when you are not feeling it you are not, however to just be rude and yell from the bar that your card declined and tell me to accept the charge on the app is another level. We got fraud recently and therefore any transaction does that these days. Instead of him coming over to us and advising us of that I felt as is I was at a local bar which we love dearly but want to a restaurant. In closing will definitely go back for the food but just sit at the bar! Drinks were great!

Our experience at the old location has always been good. Great food and great service. We had family come in to town and wanted to take them to a nice place with great food. We decided to try the new location. We were a party of five with an infant in a highchair to total six. We got seated quickly and then it went downhill from there. Our waiter came over just as we sat down and we didn't have a chance to look at the drink menu. He acted like he didn't want to be there at all and seemed frustrated with us that we didn't know what we wanted to drink. Once he made his way back around, felt like 10 minutes, but I'm sure it was shorter, a couple of us ordered drinks, but the other still hadn't decided and the waiter initially wanted to take all drink orders at once. We also wanted to go ahead and order the bread with the spreads and a charcuterie board. He seemed put off by that and made a comment the kitchen prefers the whole order at the same time, however, but agreed to take the order as well as partial drink order. Next thing we know we have a new server. I could go on and on, but in summary the service was horrible. The food however, was still good, once it came out. The only complaint about the food was the toast that was with the charcuterie board. Very burnt. They were not very busy for Esther's kitchen standards, so I'm not sure what the issue was. Will have to think twice about going back. Three stars only because the food was still great.

Love this place! The vibe of this place just makes you feel welcome. A little pricey but the food is always fresh and tastes delicious! It's constantly busy so getting a table is a little tough but if you call ahead or ask to sit at the bar you can get seated pretty quickly.

I came to Esther's Kitchen for my birthday with my family, first time, excited to experience it, and sadly disappointed. I had a long conversation with the waiter about the breakfast pizza and ultimately decided to go with it, along with two of their sandwiches - the meatball as well as the chicken sandwich. We also ordered the polenta dish. The only dish that was passable was the polenta. The chicken sandwich was of lower quality (overcooked) than many casino coffee shops. The meatball sandwich was inedible - I've never in my life seen such an odd mixture and taste of sausage in a meatball. The sausage flavor was unshakable. After a while I wondered where my breakfast pizza was, so I asked the waiter and he claimed we didn't order it and he didn't have that written down. I was blown away, and he asked if we then wanted to order one! I said no as I wasn't going to wait around even longer for my food. BTW, the sandwiches and polenta took about an hour to come from time of sitting to bring out. Only the polenta dish was fully consumed, and it was just 'ok'. They gave nothing complementary even though it was noted to be my birthday. They comped nothing for their incompetence of not bringing my pizza. I've told many co-workers what an overhyped joke this place is, but at this point my closure is writing this review. Downtown, eat literally anywhere else.
This is a 5 star complete experience.
It is such a breath of fresh air to eat at such a great restaurant just off the strip. It was so good, we went back 3 times while in Las Vegas. The sourdough bread is to die for with its dipping choices.

The bread is phenomenal and the housemade pasta had amazing texture, but we thought some of the flavoring in the pasta dishes were just so-so. There were some outstanding standouts like the morel mushrooms dish, but the risotto was very medicore. Overall a solid four
Pretty standard Italian food.
The portion is huge, especially the sourdough with spread. They give you a whole loaf instead of a couple of slices. The place is pretty spacious and can get quite crowded during peak hours. The one downside is it is pretty far away from the Vegas strip.

Had brunch at Esther's on 3/10/2024 at the new location and it is gorgeous! The staff were super attentive and friendly, this new atmosphere is stunning...rich, floral, woodsy and polished! The green and navy colors used in the furnishings are just plush and inviting! My friend and I were taking our mutual friend out for a birthday brunch. We had the following: Prosciutto and Fontina biscuits w/basil ricotta for the table- divine, warm from the oven the scent alone made my mouth water, a bite with a touch of the basil ricotta and it melted into savory deliciousness in my mouth! *note this dish consists of two biscuits, we each had a half and shared the fourth half while waiting for our main dishes. Friend one had the Egg white frittata and was just smiling the entire time she was eating Friend two had the Lemon+Blueberry French Toast, I had a bite because this French toast slice was huge!!! Absolutely delicious all the tart sweet you could want! I had the Pasta Fritti + Eggs and it was spicy with a touch of sweetness from the tomato. it's a large portion, I had two bites because I knew I wanted dessert! So I boxed up the rest and had it for lunch the next day (it warmed up perfectly and still tasted as amazing as freshly made. We shared the Tiramisu Pavlova....no words for this delight. Just get it and enjoy the textural taste excitement! Our server Celine was the cherry on top, friendly and attentive, I wanted her to sit and join us! She even indulged me with a hug! Add three coffees, two sides of bacon and the bill was $98.64 USD. I feel like I could go every other week if three people can eat on that amount and be absolutely full in this economy! Can't wait for the next time because it took a lot not to order my favorite dish (Truffle Polenta) and the Duck and Mushroom Benedict looked like it would knock my socks off! Congratulations to Esther's for the new, visual stunning location and thank you for keeping your high standard of cuisine. I hope to check out that loooooong bar also
We were here twice.
Thursday 3/14 and Saturday 3/16. We were disappointed as we had been here twice in July when we visited Las Vegas in their old space. We had absolutely loved the drinks, food, and service both times in July. We tried the seasonal gin specialty drink which was okay. Then I tried the seasonal vodka drink which reminded me of cough syrup. Fortunately, our waiter replaced that drink. Service Friday night was reasonable as was the food (Charcuterie and Lamb polenta). Saturday night, the service was almost non existent. We waited at least 15 mins for the waiter to acknowledge us. He didn't check on us until our meal was almost finished and the food (chopped salad and sausage pasta) was super salty. Hoping these get fixed and are just growing pains!

The food is always phenomenal and you can tell this is a unique restaurant every time you come. Their food is always delicious. The servers are really nice and provide great service. The new location is really nice and much larger than the previous location. Hopefully it's easier to get a table now.

Was good, sourdough app was the bomb. Steak could probably be better elsewhere; doused in truffle oil or something similar? I'd probably stick to the pasta and apps. Otherwise delish.
Third time visiting Esters kitchen.
Last night was the first time visiting the new location. Food was excellent as always as well as the cocktails. I'm reluctant to give four stars because I don't think one visit with one bad visit of bad service deserves worse rating. I will say that that waiter Gabriel is horrible though. We will return but ensure he doesn't serve us . I'm shocked this guy has a job as horrible as he was last night.

For brunch we started with the prosciutto biscuits with a basil ricotta. The biscuits were fluffy on the inside and crisp on the outside and the ricotta was to die for. My husband got the breakfast pizza which was amazing. The crust was perfect and it was perfectly cooked with so much flavor. I had the omelette and it was light and fluffy. Our drinks were good too! For dinner we wanted to try some of their homemade pastas. I got the pasta with clams. It was the perfect serving size and the sauce and clams and pasta were all cooked perfectly. My husband had the lamb with polenta and he devoured it. The polenta was creamy and cheesy. The dessert was the only miss. It was their take on tiramisu with a meringue but the meringue was so hard we couldn't even cut into. No big deal because everything else was perfect! This place is amazing and reasonably priced. We will definitely be back when we come to visit! This place has a great vibe and love all the windows!

I've been craving good Italian food, and this place really impressed me. The wait was a bit long, but it was definitely worth it. We were seated at the bar, and our waiter was incredibly friendly. We started with some warm sourdough served with three different spreads (basil ricotta, fegatini, and cannellini beans), all of which were delicious. The crispy crust perfectly complemented the soft crumb. I ordered the agnolotti filled with gorgonzola cheese, which was paired perfectly with walnuts and roasted pear. My stepdad ordered the classic meatball and spaghetti and was pleasantly surprised by the large portions and freshness of the pasta.

Delicious and great Italian restaurant. The bread and pastas are hand made in house and super fresh. Every single item we had was outstanding. Staff are very friendly. Off the beaten path - which is nice in Las Vegas - well worth the drive.

Esther’s is without doubt the best restaurant in Vegas but I have to admit I hate the fact that some people are able to reserve the bar area while others who are locals and regulars can’t. Despite this, it’s a must and if you don’t have a reservation don’t even think about turning up. They will soon be moving to a new larger location around the corner. This Italian restaurant does its own in house bread and pasta. But it’s not an Olive Garden !!! Thank god. The sauces are delicate and full of flavor. Try something from each section of the menu.

Delicious as always, and service was on point! Ruben was our server, great guy and knows his stuff. He took great care of us! We drank the Kiki, Best Intentions and gumdrop all amazing and refreshing! We had the Pasta Fritti, Biscuits and gravy and the Blueberry and Crème fraîche they were so satisfying! I come here pretty often for lunch but brunch was new to me and such a delight! Great job guys! We even bought a round for the kitchen! Cheers!

You can't go wrong with anything on the menu! You can't go left either, you can only go right!! And they do everything right at Esther's Kitchen! Better food and service than anywhere on the strip!

Not good. Wine by the glass barely covered the bottom of the glass for $14.00. Server said there is no happy hour when the website says there is…charcuterie board is chincy for $32.00 and has no olives of any kind, only very small rolled meats and cheeses and brought out at different intervals. Hostess said there are no openings when half of the tables were empty. A moment later she told us someone cancelled so we can have a table? Overall a big disappointment.

The food is always great. the service is fast. we sat at the bar to avoid a hour wait.it is a good idea to make reservations because this restaurant is very busy. If you are goinr to Las Vegas this restaurant is a must try. It is located in the Arts District.

Had a fabulous brunch here on a Sunday. Recommend having reservations for quick seating. The small restaurant was packed for brunch with a line outside. Loved the restaurant vibe and the neighborhood it’s in. Our server was incredible; there at the right times, expert on the menu, and had great suggestions. The food was very, very good. So good I’m coming back to try dinner in February. The bread and pasta are house specialties and they do not disappoint. The bread and different flavored butters .. oh my. I had a breakfast pizza which was delicious, too big to finish. Family had a mix of chicken parmesan sandwich, pasta, traditional eggs breakfast. Everyone raved about their dishes. You have to try this restaurant.
Good restaurant for a change of pace in Vegas
We really enjoyed eating. Located in arts district area it is close to local breweries and bars. Be sure to make a reservation as this is not a large restaurant. The bread and spreads were something different and very good. We all had different pasta dishes and the spinach rosotto with no complaints. Pasta is fresh and you can see the hustle and bustle of the kitchen at work.

Wonderful! My parents are visiting and we have wanted to go to Nobu Malibu for years. I tried getting a reservation myself but it was next to impossible. So glad I was able to buy a reservation on appointment trader for a decent price!

I was veeeeeerry skeptical that this would work, particularly at a restaurant as hard to get into as Nobu Malibu, and it was perfect! We had lunch outside on the patio and it was fabulous!

Ok at this point I've attended a reservation purchased on AT by a friend and sold a reservation personally. Both worked pretty smoothly, nothing sketchy about it. A few areas for improvement including a way to more directly communicate between buyers and sellers, but the app always seems to be in development. AT customer support is really(!) responsive and helpful too if you have questions!

It can be under your name or a name you choose! Some reservation offers already include the AppointmentTrader Transfer Service which will transfer the reservation in to your name. If its not included you can add it on after buying the reservation for a small fee. One thing on that though: As many reservations become available at last minute, taking a reservation in someone else name is quick and great for privacy. Most reservations on AT are listed with a virtual phone number, so all you need to do is present the phone number at the hostess stand and you are good to go!

Does anyone know how AT plans to handle cases where a seller is quitting the platform but has a sell through rate <25%? The error message I got said to fill more bids or find other ways to increase the rate.
Is AT really going to block sellers from withdrawing their money? Especially revenue made before the sell through rate was introduced??

Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.

Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
