Mind blowing! And absolutely worth the price given the quality of ingredients and level of services. I’ve eaten at several omakase restaurants within the US, 7 to be exact, 2 of those are michelan rated. However, masa was the best one! Within the first 5 courses we had toro, caviar, uni, crab, waygu, truffles. And it all tasted incredible. Then we went into the 18 course nigiri. Every fish was carefully chosen and the cuts were delicately made. We saw our chef discard pieces of cuts that he called “unworthy”. We also had the sake pairing which was worth it has the sake paired so well with every single bite. And they kept your glass full. I read a lot of reviews that claimed it wasn’t worth the price which made me nervous. However, as someone who is experienced in omakase meals, this is definitely worth the price. I mean, the first course was an entire 25 grams of caviar! Also it takes someone who’s experienced omakase before to enjoy a meal of this caliber. They don’t allow photos which made the meal more enjoyable as we were not worried with snapping pics of everything.
