Great food amazing ambiance with top 5 star service too. Lives up to its reputation as one of the best places to eat in dubai..not a great fan of Italian food but this was simply sensational. Look forward to my nxt trip and coming back.

SAT BRUNCH … Expected so much more and quite disappointed .. for the prices we expected it to be exceptional, but it was all very average. Food was nice but really not amazing and service was very average .. numerous times we had to ask for drinks etc. Restaurant not that busy and atmosphere quite flat. Considering the prices they are charging for brunch I would say there are numerous other brunches that offer better value, quality, atmosphere and service than this one.

Shame to disrespectful service!!! I went to this restaurant few times for a dinner and yesterday I decided to come there to have a drink. Security was so rude and told that only couples are allowed to enter!!! I didn’t see this kind of treatment before! Such a shame! I’ll never come back!! If you are alone you are not welcome here

Saw some reviews but you know what’s you are getting when you go. Good service and a certain atmos. If you are looking for refined well healed gentry try Abu Dhabi . That said it’s no different to Mayfair in london. Really like it, it’s high end Mayfair in Dubai, if you go there with that in mind it’s great. Was there for drinks with an old friend, a few monkey 47s some wine cheese and a cigar £650 for 2 people. Will obviously be back. Thank you

Anniversary Dinner

We heard about this restaurant from an acquaintance. We decided to give it a try as we were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary. Booking a table was easy and efficient with the online booking service. On arrival we were seated right away and had a table with an amazing view. Starters were delicious and so was our dinner. My husband is a big, tall guy so I know the portions were a bit small for him. My only complaint is the tables felt a bit close. Like we were having an intimate dinner with strangers. We will definitely going back though! It was an overall awesome night.

We came to have dinner with my husband , and security guy didn’t allow us to go in because of the length of my husband’s pants ( 3/4 length ), while young guys came in jeans , dressed cheap , nothing special We went to a neighbor restaurant LPM and we warm welcomed

I cannot believe the nice atmosphere comments of other reviews. Dinner at 1900h on a Thursday. You enter through a smokey bar with loud music, enter a dining room with tightly packed tables. Place was crowded, but conversations seem to echo. Could not do a conversation between two at normal voice levels. Food was good, but expensive. Service charge is added to the bill (not inclusive). Desert was excellent. Service was outstanding. Very attentive from both waiter and managers.

Hidden Gem for Cigar Smokers in DIFC

Visited this restaurant for a business lunch with our bank. Great location next to Four Seasons Hotel. We chose the seating in the non smoking area at the back, but the bar and lounge area look fabulous, especially if you are a cigar smoker. Excellent menu selection and wine list. Atmosphere very good during lunchtime and imagine a great place for drinks and dinner too. Friendly and efficient staff. Highly recommended!

Roberto’s dining experience is among the best in Dubai. Starting with the seating, the interior is fashionable and the views of Dubai are inspiring. The staff are inviting, courteous and helpful. The wine selection is impeccable. The seafood selection is fresh, allowing you to pick your own to be prepared for you. We ate in the bar/patio area for the views and cigars but the rest of the restaurant was fantastic as well. The patio are offers an excellent view of the Burj Khalifa. We ate at 7pm while the restaurant was not busy. The bar scene explodes with patrons at 10 and lasts well into the early morning. Make this part of your travel plans.

Excellent Italian cuisine. The seafood is very fresh, they offer you the opportunity to pick for yourself. The pasta and pizza are aromatic and delicious, electrifying the senses. The calamari were the best I’ve had in the world (better than the ones I had in Singapore!). The wine is among the best Italy has to offer. The restaurant renovated not long ago, so now the bar area has an open patio that looks put on to the Burj Khalifa, best view in town. They also offer cigars for an after dinner enjoyment. The place gets rocking around 10 when the kitchen closes but the bar rolls on.

Ok at this point I've attended a reservation purchased on AT by a friend and sold a reservation personally. Both worked pretty smoothly, nothing sketchy about it. A few areas for improvement including a way to more directly communicate between buyers and sellers, but the app always seems to be in development. AT customer support is really(!) responsive and helpful too if you have questions!

Best Answer It can be under your name or a name you choose! Some reservation offers already include the AppointmentTrader Transfer Service which will transfer the reservation in to your name. If its not included you can add it on after buying the reservation for a small fee. One thing on that though: As many reservations become available at last minute, taking a reservation in someone else name is quick and great for privacy. Most reservations on AT are listed with a virtual phone number, so all you need to do is present the phone number at the hostess stand and you are good to go!

Best Answer Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

Best Answer Hey @EvocativeFold67, welcome to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Best Answer Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.

What happens if my bid expires unanswered?

Best Answer Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
