Saturday Brunch
We came for Brunch on Saturday which honestly exceed the expectations. To start with warm welcoming by Joel and team. We were very well taken care of. Shweta was always around to Accomodate all our request. The food is wow. Highly recommended for foodies. All beautifully presented and very tasty. Beef the main dish could not be better. Roberto`s is a must in Dubai !
Top restaurant and lounge in DIFC. Very good and friendly service, food was tasty and decent portions comparing other restaurants in DIFC which are expensive and serving smaller portions. Roberto's is not cheap either, however worth the experience. Amazing view and great music.

Wonderful experience
We went for dinner. We relied on chef Danilo, a super helpful, efficient and super professional person. In all the courses we found extreme professionalism in the preparation of the dishes, particularly in the entrée with tuna tartare and stuffed tacos, beef carpaccio, truffle ravioli and pasta and potatoes and an amazing pistachio dessert served with oil Italian olive (golden gift). Everything was taken care of extremely well by the chef. Extremely helpful, polite staff ready to satisfy every request. Excellent experience. Definitely worth doing again. Thank you chef Danilo.

Horrible very rude bold security which can come to you very close and fight screaming like a woman saying who are you who are you hehe, because I asked why I’m not allowed to enter if front of me guys were allowed to enter, I’m shocked that this kind of men still exist ,seems like his mother didn’t teach him proper manners and respect women, this is the worst experience I ever had in Difc, in other places they are welcoming you but not there , so never again ! And btw management also very bad,they don’t respond even to your email, I need a answers, person who answer for this who is responsible? There is a long story which I can tell ,( I have a witness thanks God )and turn to the legal action from my side !!!!!

Alvays on the top
As usual great place for everyone who would like to chill out and eat good. Grilled octopus is one of the best worldwide, and I'm a certified octopus specialist. Super service and very friendly management. Special appreciation to Mr. Joel Dsouza. He made our evening. Desserts were formidable! See you next time soon.
No disappointments
Starters grilled octopus, charred, with artichokes. Nice, bit too big for starter. My wife a 4 season salad, which looked nice. Main for me fettucine with lobster. Fresh fish and pasta, sauce could have bit more twang but really nice. My wife gluten free pasta (great), with lemon and langoustine. Starter drinks negroni and champagne, followed by Tuscan Rose, great nose and good balance. Desert, sorbet lemon and cheese platter. Two espresso. Great view on Burj K. Lovely interior, white table clothes ahh at last. Very helpful staff. Can improve on the flowers. Table flowers very poor. Friendly dance music. Approx 500 usd for 2.
Has no Italian taste
I had a very simple fillet of Branzino with grilled vegetables. It got to be challenging to screw up a simple branzino. It was full of spices & you couldn’t even taste the fish. Same for the vegetables. Weird taste. Couldn’t even finish the little three pieces of branzino. Just one dish, a side dish & a glass of simple Chardonnay = $120 ? I wouldn’t mind if I at least enjoyed the food. If you looking for an Italian taste , avoid it.
Still strong in DIFC
Roberto`s in the last few months improved a lot comparing to last year, I'm visiting frequently the restaurant and lounge for business lunch and leisure time. Brunch is very good for quality and price ratio with a good vibe. Also the service and quality of people improved, i think they have changed the manager. I still love the Bosco risotto, truffle pizza and famous Robertini. I think the restaurant need refurbishment as it looks very dated comparing to the rest of restaurants in DIFC.

Wonderful! My parents are visiting and we have wanted to go to Nobu Malibu for years. I tried getting a reservation myself but it was next to impossible. So glad I was able to buy a reservation on appointment trader for a decent price!

I was veeeeeerry skeptical that this would work, particularly at a restaurant as hard to get into as Nobu Malibu, and it was perfect! We had lunch outside on the patio and it was fabulous!

Ok at this point I've attended a reservation purchased on AT by a friend and sold a reservation personally. Both worked pretty smoothly, nothing sketchy about it. A few areas for improvement including a way to more directly communicate between buyers and sellers, but the app always seems to be in development. AT customer support is really(!) responsive and helpful too if you have questions!

As a seller, I like the fact i have the ability now to transfer money out of my AT account and into a bank account. Makes getting the money much easier then the process before.

It can be under your name or a name you choose! Some reservation offers already include the AppointmentTrader Transfer Service which will transfer the reservation in to your name. If its not included you can add it on after buying the reservation for a small fee. One thing on that though: As many reservations become available at last minute, taking a reservation in someone else name is quick and great for privacy. Most reservations on AT are listed with a virtual phone number, so all you need to do is present the phone number at the hostess stand and you are good to go!

Does anyone know how AT plans to handle cases where a seller is quitting the platform but has a sell through rate <25%? The error message I got said to fill more bids or find other ways to increase the rate.
Is AT really going to block sellers from withdrawing their money? Especially revenue made before the sell through rate was introduced??

Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.

Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
