If I could rate -5 stars I absolutely would, for starters what hotel room doesn't have a small microwave in it? for $400+ I would assume a microwave would be included. That doesn't bother me much, small inconvenience, not a problem. Also, the internet is absolute trash. Again, not a big problem, while in vegas you usually do touristy things, get out, drink, gamble, get married on a whim, etc. Would've felt a bit better about spending $400+ on a room with decent internet though. I was celebrating my 21st, my parents wanted to know I was safe and once you're out of the lobby good luck making/receiving any phone calls or texts unless you have a portable hotspot with you. The customer service was terrible in every other job title, from the bartenders at casbar making eye contact with my girlfriend and I and still not checking on us, walking up to check in/check out felt like we were inconveniencing the girls behind the desk, the only people that were actually helpful were the bellhops. Lastly, if you plan on checking out by 11, good luck. My girlfriend and I were on the 14th floor waiting for an elevator because let's be so for real, who's walking that many stairs at 10am? We stood there for a good 15 minutes waiting and I was so impatient I pressed the button to go up expecting maybe one or two stops up and down. Boy was I wrong... Going up we stopped a good three or four times, who got on? absolutely nobody. not a single person. Until we got to the 25th floor (I believe) a man jumped in and I proceeded to tell him about how it's going to take a minute to get to the lobby because I fully believe they intentionally place staff members on each floor to stop the elevator from going down completely so they can charge you for another night if you're even a minute late to check out. We stopped another floor up and a staff member hopped in, and as this gentleman, my girlfriend and I are talking all she does is look up and then back down at her phone like "I hear nothing" if they pay good just say that babe. Anyways, another group hops in maybe 3-4 floors down and I'm still going on about how it's a shitty hotel and I will never spend anything over $100 at this place again because it is just not worth it. We stop at a good 8-9 more floors and now everyone's talking about problems in their rooms, one man had no hot water, a couple was complaining about resort fees, the elevator stopping at every fucking floor when NOBODY is there. To top everything all off I get a text talking about "check out by texting us farewell" but guess what, no internet? no texts. It's like a huge game at this place, this is hell on earth and I absolutely would not recommend this shithole to anybody. A multi-million company just trying to take more and more and more money from their guests. DONT waste your time, energy, or money.edit: called about the $150 deposit that was supposed to be deposited back into my account and still hasn't even after "7-10 business days" and they're not helping me WHATSOEVER. do not waste your money on this scam of a hotel. every time I call they transfer me to a dead line talking about "oh well let me transfer you here and you can talk to them" if y'all don't give me my fucking money back. another edit: just got off the phone w some woman who's telling me "we authorized the payment but never actually took it out" then why does my bank statement say otherwise and WHY WAS I TOLD THAT ITD BE BACK IN MY BANK ACCOUNT IN 7-10 DAYS????
