Very disappointed in the Mayfair at bellagio.
This has been on my to list forever with rave reviews. It was poor to mediocre. Better shows and food at cruise ships and amusement parks. There were only singers and dancers prohibition jazz style. They had a girl go to the gym and learn to do a small trick on the hoop and she could barely hoist herself up. She did a triple take. Some of the singers were yikes and the rest left a lot to be desired. The food was steakhouse prices were a limited boring menu. Steak very underwhelming. The only standout dish was the chocolate ball dessert. Not the cake one. I'm glad I didn't take guests with me. It was even awkward and boring when you went in. The fountain view was the star of the show.

Had a 5:30 reservation for my birthday recently.
Food and service were good. Entertainment was slow-moving at first... just a piano player and one singer at 1st set; then piano player and 2 singers at 2nd set, then piano player, 2 singers and 4 dancers for 3rd set. No acrobats, no aerialists. Maybe they perform later? No idea. Reserved a table that was "guaranteed stage side" and asked hostess as we were seated why we were not closer to stage and she said the closer tables were only for 2-tops....then a party of 4 was seated in front of us? Grateful we were not charged the $160 per person the website said was required for this reservation! It was a nice experience but didn't receive what was promised.

Can't recommend enough. Only tip is to make sure to go over 7:30ish to get better entertainment. One of the rare places you see bachelorette parties and 40th anniversary dinners happening at the same time. Food is good and priced appropriately for the entertainment and quality. Can't wait to go back. Great service and great vibes.

The vibe is that if mid 90’s so if your into that be my guest. Did a bday dinner with the wife (it was her bday) and it was great. They had little live shows throughout the night that were definitely entertaining. Food is on the pricey side ( expect to spend about $150 per person) but it’s worth it in my opinion, I had steak can’t remember which cut but was honestly one the best steaks I’ve had to date, perfectly season and tender.

Why did it take 25 minutes to seat us during the live performance that we were told we'd have a 2 hours spot to enjoy? Seemed "VERY VEGAS" to make us wait just to MAKE US WAIT!!! Either the hostess is kinda rude, or management has you wait 20 minutes after your reservation to seem like "the place to be"? We counted the people leaving, and there was exactly 6 people that left as we watched 3 parties of 4 get sat before our party of 4 was sat. (20 minutes AFTER OUR RESERVATION) Sat as 1 of the last of the evening. Several empty tables inside. Service was great. Polite/friendly staff. Steak was good (not the best ever, but good) Heard the last half of one song being performed. They took a long break, then returned for 3 songs. Stopped playing jazz at 10:43. Then, (Horrible) house music immediately came up. (What real jazz club plays crappy radio music after a great set?) Still eating our meal, we were asked if we wanted dessert around 1105pm. Still about 4-5 tables with people, so we ordered. Our dessert arrived at 11:25 11:29pm the crappy house music stopped and the lights came up. (Bright as the Vegas strip at noon) Get the F:!k Out is what they project! Lesson learned!

From the moment we walked in the two hostess were not friendly. We were never greeted or welcomed the entire time we were there. We were taken to a back corner where two uneven tables were pushed together (which led to my drink falling over) and we had no view of the show. Two of us were up against the water table so were constantly being brushed by all the waiters. We sat there for a good five minutes before our waiter, Joe, decided to grace us with his "I can't be bothered by you women" attitude. He never said welcome or even went over the menu. From there we rarely saw him again until it was time for the bill. We had to direct all questions to his amazing helper (Kurt, I believe). Two ladies ordered the full course menu. When the food got lost and came to our table cold Joe was no where to be found. When they asked about their dessert Joe snapped at them and said he was waiting to see if the others wanted dessert. When it was time for the bill Joe showed up and elaborated how he had time to sit and split the bill. We didn't realize until after we left how he totally ripped us off. He pocketed the cash and charged the two who ordered the full course additional the price of the person who paid cash. Another girl who paid a cash tip he put additional 25% tip on (found that out today looking at statement). We were there for over 2.5 hrs. This was supposed to be the highlight of our dinning experience for our trip and it was terrible. A high end restaurant, a lot of money spent and we were ripped off, did not get to see a show and treated terribly. The food was delicious though.

Got invited back by the general manager because of my previous experience. The experience this time around was absolutely amazing. We got seated right in front of the stage, and had very friendly waiters/waitresses attending our table. The food was cooked well, ambiance was nice and the general manager took care of our bill as a surprise.(we ordered modestly) Overall the experience was nice and I don't expect to be sitting in the front every time or have everything perfect but this was a massive step up from the experience we had the first time around. Very pleased with giving the Mayfair Supper Club a second chance and big thanks to the general manager who did right by us. Definitely worth stopping by here and say hi to the general manager if you get the chance, he's a very friendly guy!

First off, I want to say that the Mayfair supper club did right by us. We decided to give them a second chance, so we booked another reservation. And part of the reason was that some of our friends really wanted to experience the club. We decided to go again, and it was obvious that whatever we experience the first time was not normal. The staff was absolutely amazing. And I'm sure that the fact the restaurant wasn't fully booked, was adding to a lot more attention given to our table. The manager, he checked in with us at various times throughout the meal to make sure that we received the proper service. I can't think the team enough for all the kindness they gave us. All five stars. We decided to try the food that was recommended, and that just blew us away. My recommendation is to just ask the server what is best. Don't order on your own. It will add to a much more amazing experience. We will come back to this restaurant again!
What a Difference a year makes.
So sad gave this place a top review only one and half years ago. Feel free to check it out. We were warned that the quality and atmosphere had declined, but we refused to believe it. First let me say the show and the entertainers were amazing as always. Problem was the $1200 for a couple of 4 spent on dinner and cocktails. For us that's a lot of money and was honestly well worth it on the other occasions this time around, however , Not even close. We started off with our favorite delicious bread in it's individual pan and it was somehow stale. Don't even know how that's possible. Our side dishes came out 10 minutes before the main course. Green beans were cold, French fries were soggy. The $100 prime rib was less than adequate, very fatty. So disappointing all I would say is If you are planning on a high end dinner in LV, this is no longer the place to go. We will not be back. SAD
It's a lot!!
I suspect this place used to be better. The interior design is VERY cool but the performance is very overwhelming; it is very loud, and if you are not comfortable with Big Theatre Kid Energy, it is not going to be for you. The performers are very technically adept but it felt a bit like we were on a cruise. This is fun for some people, but you know if it's not your jam! Our servers were fine but very slow at the beginning; it took a very long time to get our original drink order. I will say that the maitre d' was EXCELLENT and provided a very good level of service (I think he could tell the servers were a bit overwhelmed). Unfortunately, I did not think the food was good; it's VERY salty, and the menu is not comprehensive. For example, it lists "french fries" and doesn't mention that they are truffle fries and have parm on them. (My partner doesn't like cheese, I'm not huge on truffles.) I love the interior but I do not think I would go back.
Not at all what it once was
We were so disappointed at the Mayfair! Two years ago we enjoyed a night of classy old-style Las Vegas entertainment with beautiful costumes, lovely crooning, couples dancing, and a delicious meal. Now, the venue is so loud you can't even speak directly into your partner's ear, much less hear the server. The costumes still have rhinestones but not a single costume covered up the women dancer's butts, and while they are lovely, they are not appetizing. The music is horrid, blasting loud constantly, even during breaks and the choice of songs is definitely for a younger crowd. The dancers dance alone, no more ballroom type dancing with acrobatics thrown in. Now, it's all acrobatics all the time. The romance is entirely gone. Furthermore, our "guaranteed stage-side seating" turned out to be a table way over on the edge behind the musicians, impossible to see the stage well. Our server was surly and rarely checked on us. The oysters were tasty, the filet was tough. The coconut shrimp was just deep fried shrimp in a coconut shell. The branzino was fine. The drinks are good. Still, no "wow" factor on the meal. In fact, the loud music and poor service had my husband so put out that we left without dessert and we won't be back. What a disappointment because we loved it so much two years ago.
Classy Birthday Dinner
Just recently had my birthday dinner here and it was like stepping into a Wes Anderson movie. Wonderful service and food. Our friendly server even surprised me with a rose and dessert for my birthday. It was Jazz Sunday and the band covered unique renditions from Amy Winehouse to Prince.
Really great evening
Had a great evening here. Had the Restaurant Week menu which we thoroughly enjoyed. The entertainment was really good - both the singers and dancers were top class. Great night out all round.
Dress Code
Disappointed, being from Scotland we don’t bring trousers to a place that’s over 40 in heat. My Husband only has Shorts and polos with him. We had booked but had to cancel last minute and will now get a $100 charge not realising they have a Dress code. They definitely need to change rules on that. Us British can’t stand the heat with trousers on we live with low temps daily !
Beautiful couples celebration night!
This place is great for a special night! The View of the fountains was amazing. It was a lot of fun on our anniversary. Couldn’t have picked a better place to celebrate.

The food was good The service was horrible . Ran out of the banana Martini did not have the liquor to make it even though it was on the menu . This is Vegas how can you not have liquor ? This was my second trip I loved the show last July so we went back. This was not the same show it was just one girl singing no dancers.. very lame and they were constantly taking breaks. Last July girls were in the rings on the ceiling but this time none of that very boring and disappointing

Our server Gerson and the assistant manager Irvin were so attentive and helpful they definitely made the experience so memorable. The food was great too 100% recommend the truffle pasta side dish.

This is my third time visiting and Brent the bartender keeps me coming back. Always welcoming with amazing service. The wedge salad and the chicken was delicious! As well as the coconut shrimp. It's hard to leave when you're surrounded by such fun entertainment throughout the night, the ambience as a whole is always a great time! Will be back soon!

Don't go for the show
The show element was ok, but the food, service and overall vibe was terrific. Nothing beats a perfectly cooked filet mignon served with the fountains going off in the background
This restaurant is lovely.
It's a place for people in their 30s that want to go out but feel too old for the clubs and a place for people 50 and above that want to stay young but they have kids old enough to go to the clubs themselves. Food was ok tho, the pasta dish was way too hot and way too large to even enjoy. After 2 bites I was full.
The bartenders here were super friendly.
It was very apparent that we were not from here and we came at 4:55 pm before they opened. We asked for a table for two and how long can two people dine for? A max 1.5 hours. The hostess said there were no available seats although more than the whole entire restaurant were empty when we left. We ended up just sitting at the bar too and our experience turned around because to our surprise everyone at the bar staff were so friendly and the food was so good. Best food and experience in Las Vegas!!! Shout out to bartender on this Wednesday night :)

Came in for a girls night, the vibes and space was immaculate. Brent the bartender went above and beyond, he makes the best french 75s. The food and shows were top tier. Irvin the manager stopped by to check on us. We felt so special. 10/10. Will definitely return!! Thanks Mayfair for a night we couldn't forget!!
The Food was good not amazing.
We had the branzino and the new york strip with broccolini and mushroom sides. I thought this was going to be amazing food for all the hype. It was not over the top like I've had at other restaurants. The portions were actually good. We did hear great reviews about the place regarding the food and the show. We got sat by the window facing the fountains. This was behind the show. Not very good seats. The host was not able to move us. And since we thought the food would be worth it we stayed (and low chance to get another reservation on Sat night). Although the performers did work the back of the stage (a little) it was not the best experience.. We came for the show and did not get to really enjoy it. The service was good from our waiter. We came we saw probably won't go backs. If seats were better would have been a better experience. My advice, do not place anyone in those seats unless they see them first and approve. These were like the back of an airplane seat. During the day it would be wonderful or if you did not care for the show. Anyhow, I would recommend to try Mayfair it's a great experience overall (if you get in the front).

It was such a cute place, the waitress was so sweet and attentive! We got sat in the corner which would usually irritate me because we couldn't see the show...but honestly we called last minute on a Saturday so I was shocked that they even were able to let us in because this is a very popular place to dine!! 10/10 will be back!!
Best dinning experience of my life
Best dinning experience of my life. View of the Bellagio fountains from our seats and the entertainment were the X factor. Service was on point as expected with high end establishments. Arriving early to your reservation and tipping the Maitre D helps to get the best seats. Entertainment consisted of talented & attractive singers, piano, bass and drummer. Food was good but came in a under expectations for the price you pay.

Cool hangout with live music and entertainers. Food is LV prices and a solid B+. Service is attentive but not obtrusive. To enjoy full sound effect of music, try and get a table in the center of the restaurant right behind the bar.

Go for the performance! The singers, musicians, dancers are so entertaining and engaging! The food was decent-not amazing. The hamachi crudo sauce was sweet and overpowered the fish. The tuna tartare was an extremely generous portion-easily serves two and could be a meal. We also had the dover sole, filleted table side, which also serves two easily. The vegetables sides are large and two would easily serve four people. I would take a pass on the Black Forest Cake, which was entirely lacking in cherry flavor. Service was fine. The hostess ladies could be a lot more welcoming as they set the tone so a little "so glad you are here" would be good. But, go for the show and enjoy all of it. It was wonderful!
Entertainment good but customer service is missing!
I booked our reservation 51 days ago. Our table was fantastic, our drinks were fantastic, entertainment was fantastic BUT…., right after dinner they forgot about us. Our reservation was from 7-9. Dinner only took until about 8. Just after 9 a man came up and said..,”your time is up..,we need this table!” He was very cold! The thing is we spent almost $500 on dinner for the two of us, and would have liked to order more drinks about 45 mins prior to the “your time is up!” I told this to the man that told us he needed our table but he clearly didn’t care. My advice would be to go up to a table 30 mins or 15 mins even before the time is up and “kindly” explain to your “guests” that the table is needed at a certain time. You could actually thank your guests for coming in at this point and ask if there is anything more that you could get them. You could even go as far as saying, “this table is booked, “however” if you would like to have a nightcap in our lounge you are welcome to that space. I own a business and if my staff dismissed my customers in such a cold fashion they would no longer work for me. Such a wonderful night ended in an ice bath from an unprofessional, cold individual that clearly doesn’t understand the value of customer satisfaction. The entertainment and food was great but one employee basically kicking us out, killed the vibe AND there were other empty tables around us. If someone had checked on us 45 mins prior..; they could have made and easy extra couple hundred bucks plus a tip. This opportunity was missed. Just think if every table was treated this way how much extra revenue that would equate to at the end of a week, month or year. Very disappointed in the way our lovely evening came to a cold halt! This also reflects on The Bellagio. As guests of the hotel we will consider other accommodations based on how the venues within, treat their guests. This gentleman kicking people out really could use a lesson in finesse! If the entertainment wasn’t so fabulous I would have scratched 2 more stars. This employee TOTALLY KILLED THE VIBE! Some responsibility goes to the staff that never returned to our table after we finished our meal. So instead of carrying on my evening into the casino; gambling and enjoying the rest of our evening; we are in our room writing a review and going to sleep. So disappointed!!!

A great location, with bad service
A great location, with good food and nice show. The only problem was the hostess that gave us the worst table in the venue. There were other tables available, we had a reservation made a day Before BUT he just gave us a table near the service area. Please treat your clients more respectfully. Otherwise a great location in a great resort.
Worth Going to
Food was alright, but not worth the prices vs quality. Show was good, but too many staff milling about, or standing in the sightlines of the show. Glad we went, just was expecting a little more

Wonderful! My parents are visiting and we have wanted to go to Nobu Malibu for years. I tried getting a reservation myself but it was next to impossible. So glad I was able to buy a reservation on appointment trader for a decent price!

I was veeeeeerry skeptical that this would work, particularly at a restaurant as hard to get into as Nobu Malibu, and it was perfect! We had lunch outside on the patio and it was fabulous!

Ok at this point I've attended a reservation purchased on AT by a friend and sold a reservation personally. Both worked pretty smoothly, nothing sketchy about it. A few areas for improvement including a way to more directly communicate between buyers and sellers, but the app always seems to be in development. AT customer support is really(!) responsive and helpful too if you have questions!

As a seller, I like the fact i have the ability now to transfer money out of my AT account and into a bank account. Makes getting the money much easier then the process before.

It can be under your name or a name you choose! Some reservation offers already include the AppointmentTrader Transfer Service which will transfer the reservation in to your name. If its not included you can add it on after buying the reservation for a small fee. One thing on that though: As many reservations become available at last minute, taking a reservation in someone else name is quick and great for privacy. Most reservations on AT are listed with a virtual phone number, so all you need to do is present the phone number at the hostess stand and you are good to go!

Does anyone know how AT plans to handle cases where a seller is quitting the platform but has a sell through rate <25%? The error message I got said to fill more bids or find other ways to increase the rate.
Is AT really going to block sellers from withdrawing their money? Especially revenue made before the sell through rate was introduced??

Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.

Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
