I attended a conference with some friends / classmates and we booked a room with bunk beds as it seemed like a reasonably priced deal compared to other options within walking distance of the conference. The beds were very uncomfortable and had a soft mattress with very little support. There was no chair or place to sit in our room apart from on the beds. The staff at reception were very friendly, but I felt there needed to be more clarity on how to have the bathroom re-stocked, sheets changed, and towels replaced. The hotel is centrally located and very modern in appearance and decor, but the uncomfortable mattress just really decreased my experience - I've slept on far better mattresses at hostels for a fraction of the price. Also, the hotel staff indicated we would get a $25 credit each day for use in the hotel restaurants, but I'm glad I double checked the bill as they forgot to give me the credit for one of the days. The rooftop bar is quite nice though the drinks are fairly expensive. I would consider staying in a regular room if I travelled here again, but I hope they will replace the mattresses on the bunk beds.
