I'm posting this review for both the "main" location and the BH storefront because that's where I placed an order to pick up from.I ordered 2 items online on a Sunday, and my card was charged the next day. Their order confirmation page says I'd get an email when the order was ready to pick up, which I had selected to be the BH location.A week later I haven't heard anything, so I called both the main customer service line and the BH location. No answer at either. Called back again to customer service, someone finally picks up and said that BH was having a special event and that's why they might not have picked up. But they see my order, they will check on it and get back to me... nobody does.Several days later I call both locations again. BH tells me somebody particular has to check on pickup orders and they're not in, they'll call me back. Customer service doesn't pick up, so I leave a message. No calls back from either.Several days later I try again, exact same thing. So I also email Wally's at the customer service address listed, and submit an inquiry through the webpage with specific info about my order (order #, date and items purchased, etc). No response.I call customer service one more time a couple days later and get a snarky person answering who transfers me to a voicemail while I can tell she's rolling her eyes. At this point I decide to call my credit card to dispute the charge, because it's pretty clear they're not looking to fulfill the order. They pull up the transaction and say that Wally's has actually canceled the charge on their end, meaning they canceled my order but never bothered to tell me about it.The funniest part is that shortly after that, I get an automated email from Wally's saying Thank you so much for your order, we hope you enjoyed it and if you have any feedback please reply to this email and let us know. I write them back listing out all the same info and expressing my frustration. The next day I got a bounce-back email saying my message couldn't be delivered... sounds about right.Definitely won't be ordering from them again.
