Wally's Las Vegas Reviews from The Last Year
Food, incredible.
Ambiance, beautiful. Service, FANTASTIC. ENZO was our server and guided us through as we never been there before. Helping up from appetizer to desserts, telling us the flavor profiles and landing on the best dishes. I would recommend this to everyone! (Do the chocolate fondant cake, it's unreal)
I love this place.
Everytime I go to Vegas I always dine in here. The wines are the best, as well as the charcuterie boards are impressive and tasty.
Had been wanting to try this place for a while.
I'm glad I did, but I don't see myself coming back. To sit inside, you can only be at a long, communal table. Which is fine when I'm going casual, but for more upscale I prefer a table with just my party. That means you sit on the "outdoor patio" which would imply it's outdoors. No, just tables in front of the entrance so you're watching everyone walk by like in a mall. Baked Brie appetizer was as good as advertised. Steak frites, meh. Fries were soggy, and slightly cold. Steak was average at best. Service wasn't bad but wasn't good either. We didn't see anyone for very long gaps. My husband ordered a drink then asked to cancel it, it wasn't despite server saying he'd take care of it. Server charged our card for the wrong table(still waiting for that to drop off) and only caught it because I stayed behind to finish the unwanted drink while my husband left to put bag in the car. Had we left together, we'd have been overcharged and not told. Drink menu is of epic proportions. Overall I'd say it was fine.
a very expensive bar
Went to Wally’s for an early dinner and overall, it’s a good place to have early drinks before a lot of the restaurants open, but the prices are extremely expensive. Sitting at the bar or in the front tables is a good place for people watching. Everybody coming into and out of Resorts World goes through there. The interior decor with all the wine bottles is very chic and upscale. There are a lot of large tables for groups to visit after a conference or bachelor party. The wine list is quite expensive. A single glass of Duckhorn wine is $39. With tax and tip that’s almost $50 when you can buy a bottle of that wine at CVS for less. 300 to 400% markup even for Las Vegas the prices is obscene. The food was fine, but nothing to write home about. I opted for the truffle pizza based on online reviews, and it was $30. Presentation was messy and they put the shaved truffles on top of the arugula so the truffles couldn’t melt and you didn’t get the nuttiness you're supposed to when you mix truffles into pasta or eggs. Overall, it’s a nice bar, but I would only go here with an expense account. There are better bars in Resorts World with better views.

Realistically Wally's is a 3.
5. Food was ok... we ordered pizza, kids pasta, and the Caesar, fries, and cocktails. Def skip the Caesar -- it's more presentation forward than it is tasty. The rest was decent quality. I wouldn't say there was a wow factor.
Service was awful.
Poor beer choice. Also, they were out of the food we wanted to order.
Cool vibe here.
I only came for the baked Brie and that was delicious. It is a must get. I liked the decor. All the fancy alcohol bottles on display. This is definitely a fancy place to grab a drink with friends. But I think this place is overpriced and I could get a little more bang for my buck in other places. But I don't regret going and I'd recommend the bread any day.
Went here to celebrate my fiancés birthday as we've had
Went here to celebrate my fiancés birthday as we've had most restaurants at resorts world already. This one kind of missed the mark for us. We LOVE truffle so we were excited about the truffle heavy menu. We went with his parents, so we ordered quite a few things, and a lot of them were mediocre. We wanted a table inside, but they are only communal, so we opted for outside which made it much more casual. Everything we ordered: Truffle Fries - this had the most truffle flavor and probably a highlight Paul's Endive Salad - the endive was crispy and the apple was a nice touch Spicy salami - Nice salami, a pretty basic pizza Truffle pizza - Very under seasoned, the truffle was cooked, and kind of took all the flavor out Truffle ribeye - The ribeye was pretty good but nothing to rave about. The truffle ontop again was not very flavorful. The bone marrow was really good. But for $300 market price this wasn't worth it. Overall, I love their concept but they need to execute things better. Truffle should be a more prominent flavor, and usually it's just shaved on top WITHOUT being cooked. That ruined a lot of the dishes.
Serge Jules the restaurant manager is so welcoming and
Serge Jules the restaurant manager is so welcoming and amazing customer service and friendly Food so delicious
More like a 3.
5~ Stayed at the Conrad very recently for a random get away trip to Vegas. We had some resort credits to use so picked the most appealing looking restaurant out of the bunch. Not going to lie, the truffle brie pictures/reviews sold us. Its located near the mini sphere inside of Resorts World~theres indoor and patio seating. We opted to sit outside where we could be entertained by the "would-be" clubbers walk by. What did we order? The truffle brie that everyone raves about. Its good, don't get me wrong but somehow I missed the fact that its a sweet honey tasting dish, not savory. Imagine a biscuit with honey. It would have been perfect for a larger party, but with just the two of us, we were struggling to finish the very crunchy bits of bread. The wagyu burger was decent and juicy, but lacked flavor. Probably just needed some salt tbh. Wouldn't mind eating again. The sauce was on the side underneath the meat patty so the bottom of the burger became soggy and soak through. Pickle was great! Drinks were good. My ginger beer mocktail thing was delicious. Service was fine~our server was a sweet lady and apologetic when she had another large party inside. Overall, the food is okay if you're just looking to fill your belly.
Thankful We Got to Experience
We had a reservation across from Wally's @ Viva. Too noisy for us old folks. We walked over to Wally's without a reservation, and they accommodated us. Very nice, especially the Server, and the Sommelier. Filet was great, and wife liked her dish? Would recommend!
Wally's is the spot
2nd visit to Wally's and it was just as good as the first. The drinks here are amazing as well. I highly recommend the spicy marg here! Good spot for a drink and few apps before hitting the tables!
Too "hip" for us
Maybe this place is better for dinner or late nights, but we stopped here for lunch while staying at Resorts World. This place has LOTS of wine and spirits - I guess you could really spend a lot on drinks and maybe that's a draw. My husband just wanted a beer at lunch and they had about 3 available, so go somewhere for beer. It's a nice looking place, but it's somewhat "hip" and maybe oriented toward a younger crowd. We sat at a long counter-height table, with another couple sat at the other end (so they were two seat away from us). They have a massive charcuterie list with tons of different cheeses; if we had been in a charcuterie mood, this would have been great. But we opted to go for the spicy salami pizza and the Caesar salad. Note: I found the menu to be all over the place - lots of choices, but it seemed somewhat haphazard/not cohesive. The pizza was alright, but the sauce was way sweeter than we expected - the menu noted "honey" on the pizza but we thought it was too much. The Caesar salad was, um, interesting: it was served in a bowl with a bunch of romaine lettuce leaves standing up in the middle bound by "croutons" that were basically very thin slices of garlicky bread that formed a ring around the base of the romaine lettuce. One of those situations where it looks cool, but is kind of a pain to eat because you have to disassemble the lettuce tower and chop those up, break up the bread pieces, and stir the rest of the salad (because all the dressing was at the bottom). We really wanted to eat our salad without all the work. And it wasn't even that great of a Caesar salad! Service was average; prices are high. Music was too loud. But I guess it might be a great place to get drinks and snacks.
A little overpriced
We wanted to have a nice meal, with just the two of us,so we decided on Wally's . We have been to Vegas many times before, but somehow the service ,we were so used to,have gone down! This is the 2nd high priced restaurant where we felt, the waiter was annoyed, that we were there,no smiles,no ..nice to see you, no nothing! Just a stare, and not a nice one! The baguette with brie was nice The lambshank was great The $99 steak was average The $75 bottle of rosé, was nice The capucinno i ordered was yak The Irish coffee we ordered, looked like nothing we ever had before,a coffee, with a small glass with some sort of liquer in it,not Jameson whisky,no whipped cream. We wanted to say something to the waiter, but we only saw him ,when hé put the bill on the table, and by then,we were so done with him,so we said lets just pay and go. The dinner for two moment was somewhat ruined by then anyhow. We have been here for 15 days ,this is our last day,but had we been here longer,we would not go back for a second time. Very expensive and a waiter with a nasty stare, not good.
