Wing Lei Las Vegas Reviews from The Last Year
The duck is the star of the show but the spare rib
The duck is the star of the show but the spare rib appetizer is a runner up. Service is impeccable and the ambiance is inviting. Truly a 5 experience all the way around...if you don't have this type of budget check out Wazuzu at The Encore
Very bad Chinese food - over $600 without tips for 2 people.
This is definitely not a Michelin star restaurant, more like a Chinese restaurant in the hood next to a Michelin tire shop. Fried rice had no flavor, General Tao's chicken tasted horrible, everything we ordered was just bad period. Cocktails were not good either. Service was alright. Ugh .. better to go to the mediocre "red 8" for some Chinese food...save some money and time. Probably wont be so disappointed Been coming here for the past 5 years, food and service are just getting worse and worse. Definitely will NOT be back.
Food was good but not great.
Service was alright. Not as friendly or helpful as I expected from a Michelin establishment. Servers didn't seem to have adequate knowledge about their cocktails to give recommendations when asked. Lovely decor though...

We had an outstanding dinner here! The dining room is lovely and the service is top notch. Everything was delicious. We got the Peking Duck of course! Highly recommend especially for a special occasion. Loved the little chair for my handbag.
Extremely solid service and quality in almost every respect.
The food was delicious. I had their famous Peking duck. Also had one of their specialty pomegranate cocktails and it was great. The rest of the guests in the restaurant were well dressed and added to the overall fanciness of the restaurant. I enjoyed the experience and plan to visit again and try other stuff on their menu next time.
Had a very pleasant dinner at Wing Lei recently.
Had a friend visiting and he had raved about Wing Lei's Imperial Duck so we decided to have dinner here. Although the duck was main focus of our dinner, our friend suggested we do the tasting menu, to make decision making a lot easier for everyone. We had Chef Ming's Summer Special and it was quite a treat! We did not do the wine pairing but if I get the chance next time, I'm definitely doing that. The tasting menu started with a simple tea and a yuzu-watermelon appetizer. The first whimsy course was the king crab and caviar, and some of you may know, I am a HUGE sucker for caviar...It came with edible flowers as garnish and I personally thought the edible flowers added to the flavor profile. I was smitten by the truffle soup dumpling. Two in a row, they served the two guilty pleasures of mine: caviar and truffle. (Call me basic, I don't care) The broth had a deep flavor without being heavy or oily. I'm going to skip a couple course, the Imperial Pecking Duck; served table-side. It was the copestone of the meal, although there were a couple more courses after... They gave two different options for the wrap: the thin wrap and a bao wrap. I didn't think I would like the bao wrap but I think it was one of my favorite! Such a simple combination but a burst of flavors in your mouth. The restaurant itself is beautiful. The unlikely colors of green and gold actually fuse well and create a very luxurious ambiance and of course the service was impeccable. We all ordered cocktails and in my opinion this is one of the restaurants that have a great cocktail option. Some restaurants on the strip can be lacking on their cocktail menu but all the cocktails at Wing Lei were delicious! Reservation are recommended!
We recently had a family vacation in Las Vegas, and the 3
We recently had a family vacation in Las Vegas, and the 3 of us celebrated Father's Day at Wing Lei, which was the first Chinese restaurant to receive a Michelin star in North America, and is very well-deserved! It's ambiance, service, and food all exceeded my high expectations! Wing Lei is located inside the Wynn Hotel. With a lot of golden decorations, not only does it manage to be non-gaudy, but it even appears to be classy, tasteful, elegant, and regal looking in perfect lighting. There is a well-crafted gigantic golden dragon in their garden that can be viewed through the huge windows of the dining room. The dining room is in a decent size but not large. However, a server named Paco told us that there are also 2 private rooms that can each host 12 to 15 people. The ambiance was great and we felt very comfortable dining there! Service was impeccable! 80% of the time they managed to keep our teacups filled with the Long Jing tea that we ordered. Every server was very friendly, courteous, and professional. The female server who wore a ponytail (should have gotten her name) always spoke with a very happy and cheerful tone of voice, and happiness was contagious. Herman, the server who spoke fluent Cantonese was so patient and friendly, and was very knowledgeable of their menu too! Paco whom I asked about the size of the restaurant could speak Cantonese and Toishanese that my parents taught us at home. He said that we were like distant cousins! Now onto the food. Everything was so fresh and delicious! We ordered an Alaskan King Crab Salad to share (it was not large, but was suffice as an appetizer). We asked about the market price of the Star Grouper (it was Australian Coral Cod on their menu). Herman who answered our questions told us that both the Star Grouper (東星斑) and the Pacific Red Cod (大紅袍/紅魚) had the same price, $399 per fish (about 2 1/2 lbs). He recommended the Red Cod despite of its bigger head, he said that it was smoother than the grouper; and it's a deep-sea fish that was not always available. We expected the MP price to be about $200, but splurged to order a Pacific Red Cod for $399. My first bite of the fish cheek was smooth but a bit chewy, but was relieved to find out that the rest of the fish was indeed very smooth, tender, and steamed to perfection! It was quite large and tasted fresh and sweet (a good way to describe fish meat in Chinese). So, as we are all fish lovers, it was well worth the high price! We also ordered a Garlic Chinese Broccoli which was fresh and delicious, a Garlic Beef Tenderloin (actually Black-pepper Steak) which was perfectly cooked, tender and flavorful, and a Yang Chow Fried Rice that was presented in 3 small individual rice bowls, which were so good and filled with "wok hay"! (Hindsight was that a full plate of fried rice should probably yield more than 3 bowls, though.) Hubby and I each ordered a Coconut Lemongrass Rice Pudding for desserts, that came with chunks of mango (could have been nicer if they were more ripened and sweeter though), and Daughter ordered a Pomegranate Honey Cake which was a work of art, it was so esthetically pleasing that only a picture could explain it. Interestingly, the light green leaves of the "tree" were made of sponge cakes! They also presented us with complimentary mini bite-sized desserts for the table, and each of us a mini-Raspberry Cake in gift bags to take home! We were very happy with this dinner, even though the final tab came up to $828, it's well worth the money. If you don't order anything with market price, their prices are actually quite reasonable. We will return if we are in Vegas again. The whole restaurant was fully filled from about 8:00 pm on, so reservation is recommended. We highly recommend Wing Lei!

Oh yes, the Chinese Michelin star restaurant wing lay that I have eaten that over 10 times and I must admit I would be giving this establishment five stars if it wasn't for the consistency issues... It seems to me that if you get there on the wrong night, you've actually hit the wrong casino or perhaps the wrong slot machine if you know what I'm saying... I would suggest strongly calling ahead of time making sure that the star chef is working the night you book And book you must I of course don't need to book because I get everywhere with my scintillating tantalizing smile... And my over the top fashion sense All joking aside the staff are mindful and proud and are professionals no doubt about it. I've had most of the things on the menu so I can conceivably say this is one of the best Chinese restaurant you'll ever go to Barron... In the United States perhaps... Mr. Chow... Mayfair Mr. Kai/KAI of course our staples in their own way but this place is not too far behind or in some cases not too far ahead Highly recommended. This is a one star shop pull out the bankroll and give yourself a night out with some of the best Chinese food you ever eat.

My husband and I celebrated my birthday here since we were staying at the Wynn Tower Suites and this restaurant exceeded our expectations! The food, drinks, service & atmosphere were phenomenal and it definitely was the best Peking duck I have had. I also enjoyed the Three Treasures Drink. They brought out a small piece of cake and some other sweets for my birthday which was a nice touch. The service was very professional and atmosphere was elegant.

This is fine dining at its best from the decor, service and food. My gf's hand bag got a chair. Everything was delicious. There was an amuse boche and a complimentary desert. We also was sent home with two small cakes. I highly recommend the wok fored scallops. Delicious.
First impressions count!… All that glitters!
Firstly let me start by saying that the food was very good and I was sceptical about (as per the menu) how pretty standard looking Chinese dishes could be raised to Michelin level. In particular the hot and sour soup was spectacular. Outside of this, the food was of really good quality and I do wish that I had been motivated to order more dishes from the menu to provide a more accurate review but from what we had, I would describe the food as exceptional Chinese cuisine but not deserving of a Michelin star. The decor, setting and of course price point would be deserving of this honour. My partner and I ordered a starter, soup & main dish, again I did want to order more and it’s fair to say that I had been looking forward to this experience immensely but my mood soured whilst waiting for our table. The lady who greeted us was pleasant although she did advise that the restaurant was running a little behind and suggested a drink at the bar, no big deal of course but for a Michelin establishment that’s not a great look, I was on time, bang on time, but unfortunately the restaurant wasn’t. Moving on, the barman/bartender/obnoxious fool, call him what you will changed my mood and not for the better. His opening gambit when handing us the drinks menu “if it’s not on the menu then I don’t have it so no point asking”. My partner wanted a pink gin and was unsure if any of the gin’s on offer would be what she was looking for so she asked, the response? “Have you looked at the selection, I mean I can make it look pink by adding something to change the colour if that’s what you want?” She polity declined his offer and opted for a Hendricks & tonic. Although the fun didn’t stop there as he laughed when she asked if the tonic could be slim line. Not on the menu you see! I wanted a vodka mixed with lemonade, “do you want lemonade or sprite” I asked if he had Fever Tree mixers, his retort? “I have lemonade or sprite”. He got our drinks then started to have a good old chat to a lone diner who had finished in the restaurant and was having one at the bar, he was also rude but it made sense that they would get along, they proceeded to go through the menu and discuss the most expensive drinks he had at his disposal and the various clients who had enjoyed HIS very expensive wares. We were seated, relief that we didn’t have to suffer these clowns any longer! However….. our table was positioned as such that we could still see the bar, we watched as the little Danny Devito looking character and the idiot barman proceeded to gossip about other guests including my partner and I. Experience ruined, I was livid and about to kick up a a bit of a fuss, my partner however reminded me that we were in a Michelin star and Forbes 5 star restaurant…….Apparently! Food ordered, eaten and out of there as quickly as possible.
Elegant and exquisite Wynn fine dining
The typical five-star Wynn experience starts from the moment you walk in the door. The staff greets you warmly and gives you a brief overview of the restaurant. The decor is striking and beautiful, a hallmark of Wynn. Service is very attentive without being obtuse. I ordered the Peking duck, along with the Yang Chow fried rice, which is probably too much food for one person. They were both delicious. They also listen to customer comments because I had gone there in February with a cousin of mine. We had ordered the same, and while the duck was being carved, the rice sat on the bottom of the carving station for several minutes. This time, a dish was covering it to keep it warm. Good to see them paying attention to those little details. Wonderful experience all around and I can't wait to go back.
High End Chinese
Wing Lei is an elegant fine dining experience at the Wynn. Although quite pricey, we were there as guests of a corporate host on a budget of $150 per person. We were able to experience a shareable menu, created by our server based on our requests, that stayed well within the budget all in, including drinks. Ordering the signature Peking Duck or Wagyu beef would have blown that budget to smithereens. The ambiance is classy Chinese inspired and quiet enough for comfortable table conversation. Dinner began with a complimentary compressed watermelon amuse bouche. The prawns with glazed walnuts, grilled marinated seabass, potstickers and pork belly were all excellently prepared and plated. As these are all Cantonese, they lack any distinctive spice or flavor, but were nevertheless tasty. Dessert was a very creative chocolate tree with a custard creme boulder and complementary assorted petit fours. Wing Lei would be a good spot for a special occasion or an important dinner meeting.
Beautiful and delicious!
The food was really very delicious. We had starters, a shrimp entree, fried rice and the Peking duck. The service was very friendly and prompt. If you’re looking for elevated Chinese food- go here! With that said, if you’re looking for a Michelin star level experience, I think you’ll be disappointed. The service was not at star level. While, beautiful, the atmosphere is also not star level. The price is, however.
This was my fourth time dining here.
Our waitress was very nice and knowledgeable but the service felt very rushed. Every time i've had a late reservation time the service has been worse. It seemed like they were trying to get everyone out as quick as possible. We had drinks, apps, and entrees all within 30 minutes of sitting down. I really enjoyed the spare ribs and wagyu beef rolls that we got for starters. We got the sweet and sour pork, general tao chicken, and rice for entrees. Honestly, I felt like there was a decline in quality of food. We got bigger portions than I remember getting in the past but it didn't taste quite as flavorful or fresh. It was sort of disappointing for the price. The dessert that I got was incredible though, it had a perfect combination of different textures and tasted so unique. They gave us their signature take home gift, the upside down cakes and they were great as always. Although, I was disappointed that they didn't give us the mignardises that the other tables got, and that they gave us in the past. But I guess thats what goes along with having a late reservation here.
Place was okay
Service was excellent very posh, our table of 9 ordered the duck and other dishes they claim their duck is the best in the city in Vegas I bet to differ it tasted like any other Imperial Peking Duck I've had in a Chinese restaurant and they have 2 Michelin Stars I thought their duck is suppose to be the best? The other dishes were okay the dessert they gave to our table was awesome and the little cake to take back to hotel rooms were good...
An elegant and classy dine in for Chinese cuisine.
At first sight the entrance had gorgeous decor --- immediately wowing you right from the start. Seating is fast and they work around rescheduling really well as we changed our reservation to a later time. The venue is clean and nicely lit. We opted in for the Chef Ming's Winter Signature dinner and it is an amazing evening. We also had the duck to pair with the 5 course meal. Service is impeccable and truly cater to making your experience one of one. They start you off with a welcome tea and walk you through each dish. Everything pairs extremely well together. If you are looking for a unique tasting event -- this is a must for Vegas. The highlight was Duck. It came with steamed buns on the side and cucumbers. We ordered some plum sauce on the side so try that too!! It was so flavorful and tender. My mouth is watering just thinking about it. Finally, they ended it off with a fun dessert which was literally a rock. But not just any rock but a chocolate one. The chef sent some complimentary desserts too and it was fun trying each one. The price is definitely up there but it is worthwhile if you are looking for a nicer experience. Would come back again and again!
Beautiful.
The whole space was elegant. Service was gracious attentive down to the detail of making sure that those of us with purses had a purse stand. Amuse bouche made of Chantrelle mushrooms. The dumpling soup and the hot and sour soup were flavorful in different ways: the former for its subtlety and lightness the other for its intensity and layered depth. The steamed dim sum was beautiful. The the bright ruby colored was made of beet. On the bottom was a wonderful combination of nuts -- surprisingly delicious. The king crab salad was a combination of avocado and mango with a Yuzu sauce that was worked very well. We had the spare ribs which had just the right sticky sweet tart flavor. We had the Peking Duck and the skin was perfection. The cart over has 3 servers who made sure that the duck was cut swiftly enough and wrapped in skins with sliced green onions tucked in...and delivered still-warm to us. Temperature matters so much with this cuisine, and the elders really appreciated the sensitivity to that value. When the tea got cold they knew to remove the tea and bring hot tea again. The elders in our group recognized the quality of service from that attention to detail. The sea bass was tender and soft and dense in all the right ways. We also ordered a version of sweet-and-sour General Tso's chicken but favorite part of that dish was steamed bok choy tucked underneath the egg nest; they were placed on some puréed sweet potato, a delicious touch. Tenderloin beef with garlic was exceedingly tender. The spare ribs had had the right balance of Tang and Spice. Interestingly everyone's favorite was the garlic green beans. Definitely order those. Watch them disappear. in a similar vein the comfort food mapo tofu was instantly appreciated. The desserts were so lovely when they arrived. And the intelligence of having them just bite-size: all too easy to pop into your mouth (more than once) and the flavors were...I don't know who the pastry chef is but they should get a raise. We were celebrating a very significant birthday and this was the right way to do it. And the Margaux had an incredible bouquet and didn't disappoint. Tab exceeded $1000.
Memorable Special Occasion Dinner.
Excellent service. Attentive. Thoughtful. Understanding. First and foremost the garlic green beans: outstanding. My next favorite dish was the king crab salad. With avocado, mango, and yuzu sauce. Fresh and sweet and a delight in the mouth. There's no way to do justice to the details that were clearly consisted in these dishes. And the warm lighting prevented the best photos. Don't underestimate the soups. Beautifully subtle and flavorful dumpling soup impressed the matriarch. Rich, complex hot and sour soup punctuated with all the trimmings was the yang to the dumpling soup's yin. Garlic Tenderloin. Very soft beef, oh so easy to enjoy. Spareribs. Dim sum with flavored skins: the striking ruby color was beets. Peking Duck. Presented and sliced by the table, served warm in wraps with slivers of green onions and fresh cucumber. Crispy skins, tender flesh. Sea Bass with lotus -- steamed and not fishy: soft, dense, and delicious. Mapo Tofu -- firm enough to hold shape soft enough to melt in your mouth: they just did right by this comfort food. Table settings were elegant and understated and set the right mood for this special occasion dinner. Oh, and the desserts. Simply perfection. Our server was the best. Included a photo of him. Yes. The 2015 Margaux was all that.
“A foodie Haven”
Being a foodie I have a passion and appreciation for food presentation and the the flavor balance and temperature of quality food. Wing Lei hands down has the best Chinese food and maybe top 10 restaurant I have tried in my life. . We ordered a lot of dishes and every single one was flawless. Even as simple as egg rolls and pot stickers were crispy lightly oiled and perfect. We had 12 dishes in total and every bite I took with the chopsticks it played a beautiful symphony to my taste buds. Pure perfection. The ambience was amazing as well. And the experience overall was good but not great. Service was lacking. Even though we had a reservation we waited 25 minutes to be seated and Deni’s took a while and it seems like the waiters were not as attentive as expected I gave the restaurant 5 stars because the food makes up for the mediocre service. I have been to 28 Michelin star restaurants ranging from one star to three stars and even though I am aware that Michelin guide focus is food and service is not required to be perfect. They all have been top notch with service. This could have a fluke and that why I know I will be back again as I believe this is a restaurant that is very worthy of multiple trips.

The first Chinese restaurant in North America that earned the Michelin star. The restaurant was bright and spacious with beautiful laterns adorning the ceilings. We liked almost every dish we tried with the exception of the wagyu beef rolls, which were too oily for our taste. The Alaskan crab salad and the field greens Peking duck were refreshing. However, I was surprised to find the greens and avocado fresh; some wilted greens and brown avocado. The peppered shrimp and garlic beef were outstanding. I do wished we had come with a bigger party so I could try their famous Peking duck. They gave us complimentary petit fours for dessert. That didn't stop us from ordering their cherry dessert, which was delightful. The service was friendly. We would come back and try their other dishes.

Asian fine dining
We eat here every time we are in Vegas. The best Asian cuisine in the US. Elegant atmosphere from entering through dinner. Service is impeccable and the food is amazing. Great selection of items across all Asian regions. We enjoyed the Peking duck and wagyu. Get the chocolate cherry for dessert. Solid wine and sake selection also.

I'm not a big fan of Chinese food, but this place had the best dishes. I loved the ambiance, which reminded me of Japan and how everything was chic, organized, and classy. Fantastic service. We never had to look for our server or if anything was missing. I didn't take any pictures, unfortunately, because we were having the best time to remember taking pictures or being on my phone.

Been here 2-3 times before for dinner but we decided to give it a change and come for their dim-sum buffet. It was utterly surprising to see all their fancy options. The food itself was scrumptious and flavorful. I very much enjoy chinese style food. There were plenty of seafood and sushi options too. I was in shock to see their big and colorful dessert bar. I am overall very pleased with it all. We had multiple servers come to assist our family of 12 and they did an amazing job at keeping everyone's water glass full and table clean. Thank you to everyone who helped our families. 10/10 recommended!

Overall pretty good but over priced Chinese food - didn't fit the cost. Tried their duck tasting menu ($150/pp) which was fun to try different entrees based on duck. That being said the fried rice wasn't the tastiest I've ever had and the dishes were overall OK. The service was great and the environment lovely! Enjoyed the experience but probably won't come back.
The online reservation system wouldn't allow me to reserve
The online reservation system wouldn't allow me to reserve a table for a party of five, so I called the restaurant to make the reservation. Although Michelin no longer evaluates restaurants in Las Vegas, we wanted to check out the first Chinese restaurant in the US to have ever been awarded a star. Our party arrived very early for our reservation, so we grabbed the seats at the five seat bar and ordered cocktails. Mark the bartender is the kind of bartender we like. When you ask his opinion, he gives it to you. For example, when we asked him to recommend a whiskey cocktail, he said, "In a glass." Two of us took him up on that, while the other three went with lychee cocktails. The restaurant has very high ceilings, is brightly lit and is beautifully decorated. After we were seated, we checked out the a la carte menu. After a few days of tasting menus and big meals, we decided to have a lighter meal. Some of our party started with soup; hot and sour and won ton. Of course, we had to try Wing Lei's tableside Peking duck, which is terrific. The geoduck prepared two ways also caught our attention. The foot is served as sashimi on ice. It's fresh, crisp, sweet and absolutely delicious. The head is served deep fried and is also delicious, although it arrived at our table late; they had forgotten to serve it until after we had ordered dessert. We also tried the three cup sea bass and fried rice, which are both delicious. We rounded out our meal with a vegetable dish and pork belly, both of which were good, but not particularly remarkable. I'm really glad that we decided to check out Wing Lei. In my opinion, it's still deserving of a Michelin star.
Everytime I'm here at the Wynn I gotta eat here .
The crab salad with mango & avocado is the must try!!! Also the jellyfish, the trio fish in clay pot , pork ribs. Everything so good!!! But pricey tho. Dress code requires. No slipper for men n button up shirt plz. Make sure you make rsvp ahead of time.
Beautiful environment and excellent service for mediocre
Beautiful environment and excellent service for mediocre food. Good taste but single portions and crazy expensive pricing. $19 for a cup of Hot and Sour soup and $18 for a cup of wonton soup. Yes it was delicious but living in NYC we don't even see these kind of prices. I was expecting greatness but didn't come even close.
Just lovely!!
Went here for a "big night out" during our Vegas vacation. Great atmosphere and just beautiful inside. Service is stellar (although I didn't get one of those precious "purse chairs" for my purse!) Complimentary appetizer - an amusebouche size - was provided and made of mushrooms. My husband hates, HATES, mushrooms...but gobbled it like it was Halloween candy. Entrees...I got a seafood curry. Totally unexpected flavors, and the seafood was SO FRESH. SO DARN FRESH. Best scallops I've ever had in that dish. Very generous portion, and couldn't finish it. Son got pork belly - another generous serving - and my husband got some very Americanized dish (like General Tso's chicken or something, and that is not the norm in this menu). There is a dessert menu, but they provide some small and DELECTABLE teeny dessert bites, plus a small cake for each person to take home. Service was SPOT ON. I'm already planning on coming back, and I'm going to do a duck dinner. Yes I am.
The Peking duck is Delectable
Enjoyable experience. Service attentive and food delicious . The Peking duck was beautifully presented and served. Scallops were cooked perfectly. Reservations are a must. Wish we had a table by the windows. The staff was respectfully discreet and did not tolerate any paparazzi entry when the Lakers players showed up for dinner after their game. Will absolutely go back.
Impeccable service, delicious food, beautiful atmosphere
From the first moment we approached the front door, the service exceeded expectations. The hostess saw us approaching and exited to hold the door and welcome us. Everything about this restaurant is stunning to look at. The service is attentive but not overly so. They even provide a small chair for ladies purses. On this visit we ordered the Autumn tasting menu with wine pairing. Every course was delicious and plated beautifully and the sommelier described each wine and why it was paired with the dish. Even after the meal the service is amazing, they sent small cakes home with each guest. Every time we dine here, I start looking forward to our next visit almost as soon as we leave.

Great Service - amazing dinner!!
Read about the site in NYT and bought a reservation at Mother Wolf in LA 2 days later. Worked great and the food was amazing!!!
Worked perfectly!
Got the reservation (that I couldn't get anywhere else) and was able to entertain a group of friends at the infamous Bern's Steakhouse.
Got into Nobu Malibu
Wonderful! My parents are visiting and we have wanted to go to Nobu Malibu for years. I tried getting a reservation myself but it was next to impossible. So glad I was able to buy a reservation on appointment trader for a decent price!
Very easy
Was very hesitant going into this experience but am glad to say that it worked out very well ! will definitely use appointment trader in the future
Fabulous Lunch
I was veeeeeerry skeptical that this would work, particularly at a restaurant as hard to get into as Nobu Malibu, and it was perfect! We had lunch outside on the patio and it was fabulous!
Great reviewer team
Just wanted to take a second to shout out the reviewer team. Even though they probably review hundreds of listings and bids a day, they still take the time to leave great comments and respond relatively quickly. Thanks!
Incredible
I got a reservation to Don Angie, which I've been trying to book for weeks! I am very happy with this service.
Best platform out there!
Super simple, easy, and fast to secure reservations for hard-to-get restaurants and locations!

Worked well, got me into a restaurant with no availability
I was skeptical, and I still don't really know how they managed to find this hard-to-find reservation, but it was a win-win from my point of view, and I'll use this service again.
Last minute reservation for Delilah Las Vegas
Got a last minute reservation, dinner for 2 at Delilah Las Vegas: super impressed! The process was simple, transaction seamless. We had an amazing time! Couldn’t be happier! 😍
It works!
Ok at this point I've attended a reservation purchased on AT by a friend and sold a reservation personally. Both worked pretty smoothly, nothing sketchy about it. A few areas for improvement including a way to more directly communicate between buyers and sellers, but the app always seems to be in development. AT customer support is really(!) responsive and helpful too if you have questions!
Money transfer
As a seller, I like the fact i have the ability now to transfer money out of my AT account and into a bank account. Makes getting the money much easier then the process before.
Love this app
Got to go to places otherwise unreachable
Easy Access
Very easy to get into one of the hardest restaurants to reserve in New York.
Whose name will my reservation be under when I arrive at the venue?
It can be under your name or a name you choose! Some reservation offers already include the AppointmentTrader Transfer Service which will transfer the reservation in to your name. If its not included you can add it on after buying the reservation for a small fee. One thing on that though: As many reservations become available at last minute, taking a reservation in someone else name is quick and great for privacy. Most reservations on AT are listed with a virtual phone number, so all you need to do is present the phone number at the hostess stand and you are good to go!
Payouts Blocked Because of Sell Through Rate
Does anyone know how AT plans to handle cases where a seller is quitting the platform but has a sell through rate <25%? The error message I got said to fill more bids or find other ways to increase the rate.
Is AT really going to block sellers from withdrawing their money? Especially revenue made before the sell through rate was introduced??

Let’s go. Get more people placing bids!
I will give you 50% of ALL of my PROFITS if you teach me how to make profits?
LOL. Thank you The New Yorker.
Appointment
Transferring reservations is not supported in AT. Why not just use the name in the AT screenshot?

Same goes for 4 Charles and I Sodi
Prepaid Reservation Fee
Agreed. Ultimately not addressing this month after month is clearly resulting in a drop in certain venue’s rankings & sales.
Congrats on 3 mil
🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🧨🧨🧨 now on to 30 mill!
Need to cancel a bid, not getting a response… how do I do it?
Click on "Take off the Market Option" in your portfolio
Working on your bid?
Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.
Process after bid is accepted.
Hey @EvocativeFold67, welcome to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.
Where do the Reservations on AppointmentTrader come from?
Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.
What happens if my bid expires unanswered?
Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
