Mushy pasta and jarred garlic...no thanks
Sorry to say thw qorat food I've had in a long time. Pizza was definitely not what I expected for coal fired pizza. Pasta was mushy and way too much garlic. Added credit card fee which annoys me in general. The only saving grace was the waiter who was very sweet. I felt bad cause he knew how disappointed we were. He got a great tip because he was so sweet.

I can’t say enough about this spot. The owner Brandon has an amazing attention to detail. The kitchen is a scratch kitchen so everything is fresh. This isn’t your regular pizza joint. The food is unreal. We had the special and it was top notch get the risotto you won’t be disappointed we got an extra plate. The pizza guys do a show where they come out into the audience tossing dough. Overall amazing experience and a must in port canaveral

One of the best pastas ive ever had, stayed only for a night at a hotel nearby for the cruises, but it was the best meal i had! the staff was so nice and welcoming. my friend is a vegetarian and they had nice options for her to choose

Food came out fast and was really good and I am very picky about Italian food. It was hot and very tasty. The server was also very nice and attentive.

Stopped in for dinner. Good timing as when we went to leave people were waiting for a table. Food was good. Get there early.

Good food but way overpriced for the portion size. I've never before ordered a veal dish ( marsala, piccata, or parmigiana) and received a single piece of very thin veal. Perhaps they want to make sure you save room for dessert! BTW, no quiet conversation is allowed as the noise level is extremely high.

We stayed at the hotel across the street & ordered pizza to go. Pizza was tasty & priced reasonably. Would order again if in the area.

The pizza was good and the staff friendly. We got there close to closing and staff treated us very good. We even got an unexpected singing concert while they were cleaning the restaurants dinning area. Was a fun late dinner for us after a stressful day of traveling

We got a meat pizza to go to take to our hotel. It was delicious. I had a beer in the bar in back while waiting. Everything I saw people eating looked good. We will for sure go again. thanks

There were seven of us in town for the night prior to a cruise. We all got in around 7pm, and just wanted a place to sit down and have table service and be able to socialize. The options in the port area are actually a bit limited. Thankfully, Zarrella's was recommended to us and it fit the bill well. It was very busy, but it's also pretty large. We were actually seated quickly (on a Friday night, with 5 cruise shiploads worth of people in town). Service was excellent and the food came relatively quickly, though not all at once. If it's important to you that everyone get served at the same time, then you might not love this spot. We were all just hungry and were happy to get food! The portions were ample and the food was decent. Was it AMAZING Italian food...no. Was it hot and tasty? Yes. Prices were also reasonable. At the end, we were all happy with our choices and had a nice time.

The food was excellent. We ordered at 8 pm on a Friday night and they were slamming busy. It only took 15 minutes longer than they originally told us it would take, so considering the crowd, that really wasn’t bad. Staff was friendly despite the chaos!

Restaurant manager extremely helpful to accommodate our large group (14) for an early dinner. Waiter immediately to our table once seated and very helpful with recommendations and service. Large portions of pizza, lasagna, and pasta - dinners came out steaming hot and wonderful - hit the spot! Pizzas took slightly longer to serve then regular entrees but not a big issue. Final price higher than expected but for a freshly made meal combined with a friendly wait staff, definitely worth it. Second trip here and look forward to future visits!

My family and I are heading to a cruise tomorrow and checked in late to our hotel, the restaurant was close by and came highly recommended by the hotel.
The food was incredible, better than we imagined!
The risotto is a MUST!
Even with them being short staffed the service was fantastic, James & Lyla we’re on top of it! Just an wonderful experience in total.
PLEASE VISIT THIS RESTAURANT YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!!
Fine Italian Food
A very versatile place that offers pasta and pizza on the menu, both very good. If you get to the place and you have more than 20 min waiting, try the bar in that back, you get the same great service, food, and drinks, with no wait if tables or places at the bar are available.

So looking for dinner tonight we checked out TripAdvisor and saw two nearby Italian places. One seemed really super sports bar-casual while the other appeared more authentic Italian - which was appealing. When we first walked in we questioned our choice because initially the environment didn’t seem to match up (we were wrong!) to the impression we got from it online. But very quickly we realized, and then nearly every moment thereafter unraveled an incredible experience. This place was a gem!
Lauren, our server, was well trained, happy, helpful and generally on top of it the entire night. We watched a small business being run like a magical machine. Oh, and the food. 🤤 Totally overdelivered in every possible way.
If you’re ever in Port Canaveral do yoga favor: GO to Zarrella's Italian & Wood Fired Pizza!
Do not pass on the specials, the salad, the appetizers, or the dessert! 🤣 Fabulous.
Lost a local customer for life!
The place was packed. I was told it would be 15-20 minutes for our table. Then said we’d sit at the kitchen bar. They soon prepped the bar, then gave it to another group who was ahead of us, but did not request the bar! Ok, no biggie. Jen, the manager, who took our seating, was a bit rude, as we further waited and then was seated 45 minutes later. Still, just assumed it was because they were packed.
Service was ok, and we ordered drinks that were not served correctly. The margarita was a sugar bomb, so we returned it and swapped it for what I was drinking, a pour of Reposado tequila, on the rocks. The food was not as good as I’ve had in the past, by far. But it was packed. The pizza was awesome! Yay! Then the bill comes, and the margarita was still on the bill which was noticed by our server. Good spot!
In 10 minutes she returns, saying her manager, Jen, would not remove it. Jen is in the wrong business, very rude, never smiled, talks too loud at times, and she never came to our table regarding the issue. Customer lost for life over a half price margarita.
Yuk!
We are fans of good wood fired pizza but this was worse than Chuckie Cheese. I ordered by phone and explained that we were at the Hampton Inn-not knowing that there were several Hampton in their delivery area. Our pizza must have made the trip to all of them before arriving at ours some 45 minutes late. Our delivery person said he was at our door but wrong hotel! No one bothered to ask which one we were at. We called the restaurant and were assured that the pizza would be in good shape when it finally arrived. When we got it back to the room it was lukewarm at best and when we picked up the first piece it flopped down almost from the crust dumping the toppings off in our lap. Unless you like cold doughy pizza stay away!!!!!!

The chicken parmigiana was okay. The sauce not robust but just okay. I ordered salad instead of spaghetti. The salad was brown on the cuts and they gave me the wrong dressing. I prefer Brancos

We had heard good things about this place and finally decided to give it a shot. We were surprised at how large the place is. When we first walked in the music was rather loud and it was bright so we asked to sit in the back bar area where we were told it had a softer and quieter atmosphere. As it turns out, the back was actually louder than the front between the music and groups of people that were sat in the room. The service was very good from the bartender. She was very friendly and personable. We ordered the Caprese salad along with a Caesar. The Caesar was very good but the Caprese was just ok. I was surprised to see they didn't use good quality produce stand tomatoes considering everything there is home made. They used the never ripe grocery store tomatoes. That was disappointing. My wife ordered the chicken parmesan and said it was probably the best one that she has ever had. Another person in our group ordered the spaghetti with meatballs and he said it was very good. I had a bite of the meatball and it was one of the best I have ever had. I had the chicken Sicilian and it was amazing. The chicken was extremely tender and the sauce was smooth and delicious. Our son had some pizza and the parmesan truffle fries. Both were very good. At the end of the day, the food was very good and the service was also good. We are hesitant to come back due to the noise level/ music volume. We will probably opt for the take out next time.

All restaurants are still struggling to recover from the impacts of COVID…I overlook many of these- for instance like many restaurants this establishment has added a credit card charge which is not well communicated - while not a fan, I look at these as just a minor infraction. Though in this case the bigger issues with this restaurant were also price and quality related. For instance my wife ordered a wild berry salad - the only berries were cranberries and the lettuce was shredded iceberg…yet the price was comparable to berry salads containing more fruit and mixed greens - much higher quality. For part of my dinner I ordered wings , they were quite good but I was surprised by the charge. I hadn’t noticed the price was marked “market price “ - there was a number near the $ on the menu but that was the number of wings not the cost. I was also surprised the waitress made no effort to clarify…when I have ordered market priced items at other restaurants there has generally been some acknowledgement of this fact.
Overall the food quality was fine and the servers were generally good, but it does feel like this restaurant, like many others, is taking advantage of customers to help them recover from COVID…be upfront and transparent about additional costs, it will pay off in the long run.
