Honestly I had the worst experience here.
When I walked in for a table for myself the hostess was hesitant to even place me down on the list. She told me to get a drink at the bar and to come back later to see if she could place me on the list. I'm confused as to why she didn't place me on the list on the first place. I have never ever had this experience before at any restaurant and have dined all over the states, and internationally. I'm still genuinely confused why there would be hesitation to put my name down. This is carbone, not asking to get a reservation at the White House. It was genuinely upsetting as I did my research on this restaurant and was excited to partake in the entire experience of carbone. I did stay for a drink and waited for a reservation. After waiting for an hour and a half I was asked to move so a party could sit down in the bar area and I was so confused. I asked for the status of my reservation and was told that they likely would not sit me down until 10:30. Again, I'm genuinely confused by this whole situation. On the way out I did ask to speak to the manager which I have NEVER done ever in my entire 29 years. As a solo traveler, I get anxious about going to restaurants alone and this tainted so much. Do better and be transparent.

the outdoor patio was a great vibe. The entrance is a little tight and crowded and there was a line when the restaurant opened it at 5:30. The staff was super friendly and helpful and super knowledgeable of the menu. The food was decently portioned as expected for the restaurant, but delicious we licked our plates clean. Definitely worth the price.

Carbone is 100% worth the hype, it was the best vodka rigatoni I've ever had, the Ribeye Diane was amazing as well, and the free appetizers, bread, pickled cauliflower, and parmesan cheese DIVINE!!!!!!!!!!!! The waiters had amazing service, people kept asking us about our food, and drinks, very nice and kind. The ambiance amazing too, nice people, nice food, and a great place, would 100% return!! WORTH THE HYPE!

No parking and shit valet, won't hold a reservation so you have to pay for the shitty service and they drive your car like they own it, ask for cash payment so it's under the table. Lobster ravioli was over cooked and had a bad flavoring. My friends liked their spicy rigatoni though, so I guess there's that...I'd rather get chef boyardee...

Snagged a reservation for my birthday to be accompanied by 3 friends . This was my first time at this location and it was Okay. The experience and team was definitely top notch . The seating was prompt and welcome was good . We ordered a round of drinks which was okay . Nothing overwhelming or a must mention . The table side Cesar salad was honestly the best thing of the night . The service was great and it was delicious . This was a shared dish and all agreed on the flavor and tasty . As for the main meal we all opted for pasta which was recommend the most . But the pasta wasn't so extraordinary. I did feel the it was a bit over cooked and seemingly the table had the same exact batch so we all agreed on this . I didn't eat it much at all . Left with leftovers and ended up throwing it away since I mean I just didn't want it . I would still visit again and try another dish or 2 to see if it was just an off night for me . Decor is beautiful and is a breath of fresh air from the norm here in Miami . The music was delightful but was a bit loud at times .

Amazing! Made a reservation and had a 5-10 minute wait at the bar. The service was impeccable. The food- chefs kiss. Everything we had was delicious. I enjoyed the ambiance and the music. What truly stood out for me was the attention to every detail. I was even escorted to the restroom when I asked where it was located. They left no room for error and our wait staff was friendly, professional, impeccably dressed and extremely efficient. It's a well oiled machine that promises to leave you feeling like it was worth every penny spent.... But be forewarned because you will certainly spend a few. Make sure to leave room for dessert.

Ambience & food was delicious. Definitely overpriced but we knew that going in. We are from NYC no not a surprise. We ordered a glass of champagne or Prosecco basically what they had by the glass…they gave us 2 options and I asked for the dry one. It was a $75 glass, they should have said something. Not ok. Don’t order unless you look at the list
Reliably delicious and expensive
Delicious penne vodka overshadows the good but not great salmon and chicken entrees. Great service but dinners take a long time 2.5 hrs and are expensive $800 including taxes and tip for party of 4 with only 4 glasses of wine. Don’t waste appetite on the delicious bread like we did. Loud atmosphere so intimate conversations not really possible
Grand Theft Meatballs
We were in a large party. My buddy selected a 120 dollars bottle that was bot available. The sommelier asked to suggest something in the same range as an alternative. He chose a bottle of close to 600 dollars, which we drunk quite a few unaware. The antics and service are the whole issue. Expensive and rude. Meatballs and penne are as good as those can be, but are meatballs in the end, so nothing to write home about

I have eaten in my entire life. The restaurant atmosphere is gorgeous. The service is amazing. Everything was over the top. I cannot wait to go back.

Carbone Miami Beach offers a captivating blend of old-school luxury and impeccable service. From the opulent decor to the oversized couches, the ambiance exudes sophistication. I love grabbing drinks here on a chill night or dining here on the week night. It's the best local vibe. The Spicy Rigatoni is flavorful, but lacks complexity, earning it a solid 3 out of 5 stars. But a must for those who are visiting Miami and need the coveted photo. Other than that - I would not recommend it. My recommendation is the Veal Parmesan. It steals the show with its tender meat, crispy outer and velvety sauce, deserving a perfect 5 out of 5 stars. I could eat this and the bread basket with assorted cheeses over and over again! Overall, Carbone is a great neighborhood restaurant, it's not worth waiting a month+ for a reservation.

We used our jet lag to our advantage to snag a last minute
We used our jet lag to our advantage to snag a last minute 11pm indoor reservation that we got same day after repeatedly checking Resy (opting into the waitlist didn't notify me of this opening FYI). We got even luckier because we walked in 9pm while exploring the area to see if we could get seated earlier, and they did happen to have an outdoor table! After looking around inside and outside but of which have their own unique vibes, we decided we were okay with the outdoor table! Whooo! The menu is huge (physically), and we ordered a bottle of red wine, Carpaccio Piemontese, Spicy Rigatoni Vodka, and Tortellini al Ragu. We liked all of them a lot!! The rigatoni initially has a spicy kick but I stopped noticing it after a couple of bites. It is also a bit more al dente, and I started to enjoy it even more the more I ate it. I recommend all of them! You also get free bread (the FOCACCIA though!! SO TASTY), cheese, salami, and cauliflower which are surprisingly filling so don't get too full off of them! The service was very friendly, respectful, and helpful. Thanks for an amazing dinner at Miami.

I had the spicy rigatoni, the meatballs and the veal. The service was just as good as the food. Burak and Phillipe were A-1 and all the 90s New York hip hop set the vibe just right.

Carbone Miami was an exceptional restaurant with a great dining experience. The food was made with quality ingredients and had an amazing taste, especially the spicy vodka pasta. Service was attentive, they even divided portions of the bread evenly amongst the amount of people at our table. It is evident that they pay attention to our needs and are very accommodating. We decided to sit outside and it was still a very quiet and chill environment.

Finally gave in to the hype and decided to come and check this place out. Let me start off by saying make sure you have a reservation this place seems to be always packed. Service here is phenomenal! Everyone is so attentive from opening doors, to constantly refilling your drinks, replacing silverware, cleaning the table, etc. Ambiance is also very nice and their playlist was fire. Now, the food. They begin by bringing you bread and there's this one bread that's seasoned and that to me was the best thing I had the entire night! I ended up ordering the Caesar salad and the spicy rigatoni pasta and the chocolate cake for dessert. Caesar salad was good, no complaints. The spicy rigatoni pasta was such a let down for me. I had such high expectations and honestly it's just a basic pasta in my opinion. Not worth it. The chocolate cake was pretty good. Overall, it's pretty average. Nothing special.

The ambiance is 10/10 beautiful restaurant inside. Hostess are very kind. Tried some popular dishes the spicy rigatoni and the ribeye Diana both with amazing taste! Unfortunately the service was not the best. We ordered 4 expresso martinis and once they arrived the server attendant spilled them over our table and on one of our dresses... not an issue but to top it off at the end our server Gonzalo was rude and stand offish.. once the bill came there were extra drinks on our tab and when we told him about it. He started to question us and accusing us of ordering the drinks that were on the tab... then he found out the server attendant had spilled it and had to order two more drinks. Hence, the extra drinks on the tab... once he came back with the drinks off the tab, he didn't apologize and just said "I took care of it". It's an unfortunate experience since the food was good.
Terrible Restaurant..don’t waste your time
I wouldn't suggest dining at this restaurant. Despite the food being mediocre, the prices are exorbitantly high for the quality offered. During our visit, the waiter failed to mention the prices of the specials, and we were surprised to find out that the Scallops special cost $85 for a minuscule portion. We felt misled and disappointed by the lack of transparency and empathy from the waiter. When we addressed our concerns about the pricing, the waiter responded rudely and neglected to return to address the issue. The specials were significantly pricier, ranging from three to six times the cost of the à la carte options. Don't be fooled!
Good service, okay food
Food was okay, had better Italian food at mom and pop restaurants. Service was really good and attentive. Pricing is far but you are paying for the name in my opinion. Don’t think I would ever go again.

Don’t get the hype
Was so excited to try. Very disappointed we loved the bread. We ordered 3 pastas, fish and chicken. Nothing was above mediocre. And the table was uncomfortable.
Carbone
Very good restaurant, with a very sophisticated and nice ambient. We stayed outdoors, and even though it was windy, we had a heater near us. The waiter was very fun and kept us interested at all times.
Italian Properly Done
We were not sure how Carbone was going to be quite honestly but we had a stunning meal and experience. The cocktails, food and service was excellent. Cannot speak highly enough about the waiter and team that looked after us.... nothing was too much trouble and they were so engaging... Caesar Salad was insane and the Veal Parmigiana out of this world. Without question we will be back as everything about Carbone was amazing! I had heard mixed reviews but truthfully the atmosphere, music, lighting and more importantly food and service was faultless.... We loved it

Yes unfortunately they are finding more and more ways to lock up sellers money. Sell thru rate, refund rate, limiting withdrawal amounts ler day and per month (which for me are the same number which makes no sense). Lot of sellers leaving as you can see from the lifetime sales not really increasing. Most posts on here are frustrated sellers which is not a recipe for success

Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.

Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.

How come some reservations do not let me set the price I want? For instance, sometimes I can only increase/decrease a price by a particular interval (ie: $25) and sometimes I can change by intervals of $5.
