Service speaks-Reason why we ALWAYS return
For 5 years, we have made sure our plans center around making sure we specifically make time for Tom's at least a couple of times. The bartenders have ALWAYS confirmed our choice of home base. Even a previous employee, Ashley just happened to be there when we arrived today and could not have been friendlier! Tom's will always be our #1 choice!!! And to add to my review from yesterday, we came back again tonight, Friday, April 12, 2024, and WOW, Fernando and Timothy ROCKED as bartenders!!!! Personality and being ON TOP with quality and being quick with our order! The Queso dip, the Spinach Artichoke dip were awesome. But, what stands out is 5 star service and these 2 absolutely rocked!!!! Thank you!!!
Be the first to ReplyTom is tough to watch at
I went to Tom’s to watch a Lakers game. Despite being told it would be on, I had to ask and then had it displayed on a small screen out of my sight. The server seemed annoyed that I enquired about it. On the upside the buffalo tenders were outstanding and saved the day.
Be the first to ReplyShouldn't call themselves a sports bar
The good news, the service was great, they have a lot of TV's to watch sport. So far so good. I came here to watch the Soccer Champions Game Arsenal vs Bayern. The was almost nobody in the place. So I sat down, was happy to watch the game on a nice size TV. As I was ordering my beer I asked if they don't mind turning on the audio for the game vs have soul music running. But first I was told that the manager sad no as the don't have the license. Hang on there. You have the license to show the game on you service but you can't turn on the volume for it LOL so I asked if I could ask the manager directly. She came over and gave me a bunch of other excuses and at the end I just realized that she has no interest in sports and rather listens to soul music. Don't hire a manger who has no interest in sports and let her run a sports bar. Anyway, this is not a place to watch high profile sports games.
Be the first to ReplySports bar but limited selection to eat
Our food was good, but our waiter was not. If you order the burger be sure to tell them how you want it cooked. The waiter didn't ask me and I don't eat rare burgers so I wasn't able to eat my food. It's set up like a sports bar but check the menu as the appetizers are limited.
Be the first to ReplyNice Atmosphere, Just OK food
We visited this place as it had a cool sports bar vibe. The service was good but the food was just OK. The nachos were pretty good but a bit sparse on toppings. Very disappointed in the fish and chips, especially the fish. Seemed like something you could find/might find in a grocery frozen area. Disappointed in the food and probably will not return.
Be the first to ReplyGood bar food
We stopped in here for dinner while visiting Vegas for the evening. We had three adults and one child (5yo) in our group. It was good bar food and a great place to watch a game.
Be the first to Reply**VISITOR BEWARE*** Overcharging.
The food and atmosphere were excellent. But unfortunately we paid $102 for lunch, including gratuity on our credit card, but they took $133 This was either a genuine mistake or was stolen, unfortunately I was unable to contact them for comment. We had breakfast that morning and a drink outside before lunch that was charged to our credit card and charged correctly. I therefore recommend that if you visit, to pay in cash.
Be the first to ReplyDefinitely well worth the visit
This place is awesome. The beat breakfast by far that I have had in Las Vegas. Didn’t realise it was so big,the bar that is. The server was very attentive and approachable. Would recommend the omelette’s and pancakes.

A group of us came for the Super Bowl party and had a fantastic time. The food was delicious. The staff were quick and pleasant. They did a fantastic job. Our server Eric was exceptional. Kudos everyone!
Be the first to ReplyGreat pub
This is a great place for a drink, pretty decent prices and the bar staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. It's worth a visit if your looking for somewhere to have a drink.
Be the first to ReplyGreat dinner!
My husband and I enjoyed our dinner here while staying at NY NY. We had breakfast here in 2019, and it was really good too. For dinner, we had the prime rib sandwich and cheesecake. Both really tasty! The service was great as well.
Be the first to ReplyIT'S ALL ABOUT THE MONEY,,, not the customer.
Booked a reservation 30 days in advance to secure a table for NYE at 10:00 pm on the patio for 3 people. On December 23 was sent an text requesting $150.00 per person to hold our reservation,,, for more info please call the manager to discuss,, so I did and this is what I was told. They now decided to charge people for sitting outside to enjoy a late night snack and drink as the fire works were visible from where we would be seated. I responded with the fact this was NOT FAIR and a bit late for us to find another place to sit and enjoy a late NYE snack and drink. The manager then said that was the Policy for NYE as per the same Policy they used during the GRAND PRIX and that they would NOT honor my reservation unless I paid the $450.00 to secure it. I said NO and she hung up the phone.
Be the first to ReplyGreat venue!
We are from the UK and asked for an area for food and drinks for 30 people to celebrate our wedding. We were given our own area with 2 lovely servers, Richard and George. They could not have been more attentive and friendly and their service was amazing. We paid for a food and drinks package and it was worth every penny, with far more food than we expected and the drinks were constantly flowing! Excellent service, great food and generally fab atmosphere! Thank you Tom's Watch Bar!
Be the first to ReplyGreat repeat visit
This place was our favorite meal when we last visited Vegas from the UK in 2022 and our recent visit (Nov 2023) did not disappoint! Just a shame that the sauce flights we remember from previous visits is no longer provided with meals.
Be the first to ReplyDisappointed
Don't bother. We were looking forward to breakfast after arriving in Vegas. The restaurant reminded us multiple times of our upcoming reservation. We show up and they said, no menu...buffet only. Take it or leave it. If that was the case, put that on your website. I had read reviews that the staff was particularly bad (slow, persnickerly) so I suppose you don't need a lot of staff to fill buffet trays. Likely won't give them another try.
Be the first to ReplyOur place for March Madness
We were in town for March Madness. Place was rocking. In reality, we spent several days there watching the games. Multiple TV’s with great sight lines. Pancakes for breakfast were great. Chips and queoso with added chicken hit the spot later in the day. Plenty of options for beers and cocktails. It was very busy, but staff was attentive and interactive. Special shout out to Terry, Joey, and Jillian. Plan to watch the games there next year also. Note, tables can be reserved. General seating at the central bar was comfortable, but, first come, first serve.
Be the first to ReplyLove Toms Urban!
This was our 2nd visit to Toms Urban. We love this place! Admittedly, its the bogo 40 oz beer that brought us here both times, but we will continue to come here even without the bogo. We ordered the Angry Orchard cider both times. Crisp, cold, and delicious. Their deep fried pickles are the best in the world! Seasoning is amazing. What really makes Toms Urban stand out, however, is the service. The servers are so amazing! Helpful, friendly, and attentive. This is a great place to kick back, relax, and enjoy good company with a huge beverage and great appetizers. Or even a full meal.
Be the first to ReplyVery good casual meal…but Tom stood me up for breakfast!
Had a casual dinner here. I had the grilled chicken sandwich which was excellent, and my daughter had the chicken strips and Mac n cheese. We had the queso appetizer which was thicker than queso in Texas but was good. I had a yummy blue drink. Nothing was a disappointment! Our server was great, answering questions and pointing out that the appetizer would be free ($12) if I signed up for Tom’s club, so appreciated that! I am rating a 5 based on what it was…certainly not the fanciest place in town but for what it was, it was great! However, on our departure day, I had made a breakfast reservation for 8:15. We went down, and the place wasn’t open!! How could a place accept reservations if they weren’t going to be open. We were able to quickly pivot to another restaurant in the hotel so no major loss. However, don’t depend on breakfast here.
Be the first to ReplyMediocre (and waaay too much) food, nice service.
Tom's Urban was a venue for a company dinner last week and to make a long story short; the servings were very disappointing. We got a set menu with a couple of startes including tortilla chips with salsa and guacamole along with some fried chicken on pancakes. Dry and dull. A couple of sliders followed; impossible burger and "pulled beef" on brioche buns. The buns were dry, as was the impossible burger. Salmon on salad were way overcooked. There was also a shrimp mac/cheese that added to the massive amount of food. Nothing delicious about this meal at all, only way too much food. Our waiter did however his best to keep the beer coming and keep up the good mood. Good service.
Be the first to ReplyPricy but good
This location has a great patio to “people-watch” and good-tasting food, but be prepared to pay more for it. Fried pickles were yummy. Bottomless mimos for $23USD was a good deal compared to one Bloody Mary for $16USD. Save this restaurant for a special occasion. Server Guadalupe was very sweet and kind - thank you for such a warm reception!
Be the first to ReplyHearty Breakfast
There was definitely enough food with a FOUR (4) egg omelette to share! We had the vegetable omelette with a side of fruit. Coffee is unlimited, which definitely helps the start to a long day in Vegas! Tons of televisions! You can upload an app and listen via bluetooth! Huge patio with lots of heaters! Good to sit outside in mid 60 temperatures and watch the crowd go by!
Be the first to ReplyStill a reasonably solid choice
Last visited a few years ago - a good place to watch sports. Was a Saturday lunchtime and just a one page lunch menu at this time, food was ok - maybe a bit expensive for what it is. We had a nachos and a buffalo chicken burger which hit the spot. Drinks are overpriced, $10 for a 16oz Miller Lite!
Be the first to ReplyGreat service
Our waitress, Amanda, was great! There was an oops with our food going to the wrong table but the waitress and manager on the floor made it right quickly. Best service we have had so far on this trip. The crispy chicken tenders are very good.
Be the first to ReplyGreat breakfast experience
The breakfast was great. The service by Maggie and the teamwork from the rest of the service staff was fantastic. The meal was very affordable for a Las Vegas restaurant.
