Well if you want to go back in time the old Vegas than you need to go to this place from the entrance the Dorman opens the door and then the hostess will greet you and the maître d' will show you to the table like the server s were there when you needed someone the fried calamari as appetizer was excellent loved linguine white clam sauce was great and above all the owner was in the dining room making sure that everyone was having a good time the music yes live music piano man playing Sinatra s songs we wii return to this place again Ben Spano you are the best it was great seeing again my friend

Unfortunately within the past 3-4 yrs this place has changed and not for the best. I had my Last dinner here.. 2 hours to get served .. they consistently overbook. The food quality has slipped over the years. Pasta is over cooked. As are their veal Parma. Sausage is still good. Goodbye IAC

We're spoiled for choice in Las Vegas when it comes to Italian food. Although we enjoy the IAC (Italian American Club) and frequent the restaurant and the showroom, our dinner with our friends came up short last night. Upon arrival for our 6:30 reservation, we were promptly greeted and seated in the lounge immediately. It took 15minutes for the server to even take our drink orders and another 15minutes to receive 3 glasses of house wine and a bottled beer. In real life, we would have enjoyed double the booze on a half hour. Lost revenue IAC.No up-selling to share a full bottle. That made no sense considering our server has been with them many, many years. Ok...so we ordered one appetizer, one salad and four entrees for dinner. By 8 o'clock we STILL had received no food.Finally at 8:15 we get our food which was fair at best and underwhelming. What surprised us the most were the pitiful portions - MUCH smaller than in past visits. The salmon entree was probably 5oz at best, with a huge full bowl of cold sautéed greens and beans lacking in seasoning. The rigatoni in a vodka sauce had little to no sauce. We ask for additional sauce which the kitchen provided. I will say the bread was plentiful and hot and the bussers were outstanding! In closing, my husband ask the server if he might take a photo which prompted him to throw up his hands and declare he doesn't do photos. I guess kind of like he doesn't do attentive service either. We have never had a server be so rude. Well IAC, that was our night. We are thankful that we all enjoyed our own company...Pieros, the Bootlegger, Casa d'Amore and Guissepes all have outstanding service and make a lot more money I'm sure because their servers hustle. IAC was VERY DISAPPOINTING...VERY UNDERWHELMING.

This restaurant has changed dramatically from not great a few years back to a great place to have dinner. It would be good if they gave diners 2-1/2 hours time instead of 2 hours time to eat. Best time for reservations Wed and Thurs., because the weekend is packed.

I went for a wedding reception and was quite impressed with both the food and the service. The room was perfectly isolated from the other areas so it was great. The wait staff was professional and attentive. The food was served buffet style but was absolutely delicious and nice and hot. Multiple pastas, fantastic firm meatballs, and a beautiful salad as well as chicken that was very moist. I would definitely recommend this venue for a party.

After wedding dinner

The Italian American Club was excellent for my daughters post wedding dinner. The atmosphere is historic and welcoming. The food was excellent and our waiter was superb! The waiting time from order to food was quick! The entertainment dedicated a song and had the couple dance. We were able to bring the cake, with the couple completing the custom first cut. The food was excellent and affordable! At the end of the dinner we had “on the house” limoncello shots - a warm congratulatory from the club. If in Vegas, go and enjoy the ambiance of old school Italian American Club.

This is our 2nd time coming here. First time in the summer with fiends and now returned with business clients. Words can not describe the food and ambience. True Italian food, Andrea was fantastic, Ben was welcoming and made us feel like family. You don’t get this experience anywhere else. And Nick, the musician was top notch. Can’t wait to come back when we are in town.

Second time visiting this establishment and it was outstanding again. The server Andrea was very good, polite and knowledgeable as was the entire staff. Numerous employees stopped constantly to ensure everything was ok. Portions are good and they don’t gouge you on the price of a bottle of wine. The prices are extremely reasonable. A really good piano player was performing on this night. I can’t wait to return.

Tasked my wife to find me something with a bit of cabaret, good food and a touch of old skool Vegas feel. And she found this which delivered on all counts. Great food,Italian of course, mountains of rich, saucy goodness. Top vibe from the Italian staff, very much making you feel part of their family. Ambience was what really made it, great food with friends and top crooning and perhaps transported back a few Vegas decades for a moment. You really made my 50th birthday really special.

My family and I are Vegas locals and been wanting to give The Italian American Club a try. We finally did and didn’t disappoint. The restaurant offers a cool old Vegas vibe, it’s a little loud and difficult to hear your party across the table because it’s crowded and some days the offer live entertainment (we went on a Sunday). Food was excellent and cooked to perfection, the dishes that we ordered were: Filet mignon, dover (fish), lobster ravioli, lasagna, meatballs and shrimp Alfredo. They also brought warm bread and butter to our table. We loved the whole experience

Specifically our server, John C. From the very start of the service it was a bad experience. We were initially seated then moved after some time. John C spoke very negatively about his coworker and blamed him for the mix up. Once seated for the second time it became apparent John C was not the best server. He was was unattentive, rude and not customer focused. He stopped by to take our initial drink order but never asked if we wanted to order refills on our cocktails. The appetizer we ordered was terrible and we didn't finish it. We let him know and his response was "do you want something else?" I enjoyed my meal but my husband did not. He ordered the filet and mashed potatoes. The mashed potatoes were instant mashed potatoes. When you order a $40 meal you certainly don't expect instant potatoes. During or after our entree at no time did John C check on us or ask about our meal. Any interaction we had with John C it felt as if we were a bother and he really did not want to be waiting on us. We usually are very good tippers but not this time. He should appreciate that we even tipped him given the poor service we received. When visiting a restaurant for a meal you should NEVER walk away and feel like we did. The experience was negative, food sub-par and server should find a different occupation.

Ok at this point I've attended a reservation purchased on AT by a friend and sold a reservation personally. Both worked pretty smoothly, nothing sketchy about it. A few areas for improvement including a way to more directly communicate between buyers and sellers, but the app always seems to be in development. AT customer support is really(!) responsive and helpful too if you have questions!

Best Answer It can be under your name or a name you choose! Some reservation offers already include the AppointmentTrader Transfer Service which will transfer the reservation in to your name. If its not included you can add it on after buying the reservation for a small fee. One thing on that though: As many reservations become available at last minute, taking a reservation in someone else name is quick and great for privacy. Most reservations on AT are listed with a virtual phone number, so all you need to do is present the phone number at the hostess stand and you are good to go!

Best Answer Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

Best Answer Hey @EvocativeFold67, welcome to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Best Answer Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.

What happens if my bid expires unanswered?

Best Answer Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
