Go elsewhere!!! Gamberoni Fra Diavolo might as well have been called pasta with sauce. It had no garlic, pepper or spice in it at all!! Cappuccino was espresso with some cream in it. The worst I have ever had. Their coffee also tasted like it was sitting there since 9 a.m. Their servers are kids; they don't know to ask if you want grated cheese for your dish and they didn't even clean off the appetizer dishes and then brought our meals to the table. They it was shuffling and arranging to put our meals down. Never brought a bowl to put clam shells in for the Linguine with Clam dish. We had to put shells on the table. You also can't get comfortable in their chairs. They have wicker chairs that are old and you feel like you are sitting in a hole. We paid 150./couple and I can spend that ANYWHERE!!! Will not go back!!!

Unfortunately, the food is excellent. This is the ONLY good thing about Pazzo. We stopped going years ago due to the slowness of the kitchen staff, We received a gift of a show at the Basie and dinner at Pazzo. We went on Sunday, May 5th. There were four of us. We arrived at 4:50 p.m., 10 minutes earlier than our reservation. We placed our order at 5:00 p.m. and waited and waited to be acknowledged. It took the waiter 10 minutes just to give us menus. Then the wait began. Dinner just wasn't coming. After speaking with the manager who supposedly "expedited" our dinner, we were served at 6:25 p.m. Our show, about a five-minute walk, began at 7:00 p.m. The waiter tried his best to serve us on time, but it just didn't happen. We finally asked for the manager, who said the orders would be out shortly. It took another 15 minutes for two orders to arrive. The other two orders came about 10 minutes later. It ruined our dining experience, and the manager did nothing for us other than to offer a feeble apology. We had to eat quickly in order to make the show, and we purposely advised the waiter that we had a show to make. We had no time for dessert, coffee, or tea. In the past, we've had to wait forever for our dinner at Pazzo, which is why we stopped going. If we didn't have the inclusive dinner with our show, we would have gone somewhere else. Several of our friends had the same negative experience. I don't know if the kitchen is too small for the number of tables they have, or if they are understaffed or just don't know how to manage big crowds on theater nights. Either way, we are done with Pazzo. It could be a good "go-to" place when visiting Red Bank, but they really miss the mark. All four of advise anyone to stay away unless you like waiting well over an hour for your dinner to be served. Goodbye, Pazzo!

I've been there several times.
This evening was above and beyond their norm. Vodka pizza was great, muscle's in red sauce was excellent. Fresh baked bread was delicious. Lava cake was very tasty. Drinks were high quality. Service was excellent. Ambiance was lively and upbeat. Definitely worth a visit.

Veal Milanese bread crumbs were soggy almost like it wasn't fried. Salad was not dressed. Old Fashion was served with chip ice cubes and a Maraschino cherry from a Shirley Temple. Wrong cube, wrong cherry. Staff was great but food was below average

We are regular customers here and compared to other restaurants nearby Pazzo just takes the cake! From the cozy atmosphere to the friendly service, it's a top-notch experience. I must say specifically the hosts are friendly and are always willing to accommodate all of our requests. It is a great choice for before a show at the Basie, just a few blocks from the restaurant. I definitely recommend the salmon and chicken parm!
I had such a wonderful experience last night at Pazzo.
We arrived sooner than our reservation due to a show ending early, and we were seated within 10 minutes. Our waiter John was such a pleasure and so very helpful! In fact, every employee we passed was personable, friendly, professional and welcoming. My husband and I had the Shrimp Oreganata, and it was the best we've ever had! And, I ordered my favorite drink, a Buffalo Trace Old Fashion ... it was perfection! The whole night at Pazzo was everything we'd hope for and more!

My fiance and I have been to this restaurant many times in the past. We ordered the Antipasto Misto which was good except for a couple of pieces of salami which were hard to chew and impossible to.swallow. One of the cheeses, which was always my favorite, the goat cheese with pieces of.cranberry? This time tasted sour. The boards also r old and coming apart on the sides. Maybe time to buy new ones??? My fiance had the short ribs dinner and I had the Blood Orange Glazed Salmon. Both of the dinners seriously lacked salt but were very good. Our waiter was a nice young man and very attentive.

Worst Restaurant in New Jersey
The food not only takes over an hour to come out..it is inedible. The reception area looks like it's staffed with underage runaways. Steer clear of this horrendous restaurant.

General manager of Pazzo in Red Bank,NJ was very unhelpful. She didn’t care about her customers at all. When I asked her to provide her business card, she refused. I believe Restaurants have general managers to take care of their business and their customers. Unfortunately, she was unfriendly .I am very disappointed. I will not recommend it to my friends. Food was not the greatest as well, pasta was very dry, fig pizza was too sweet (too much glaze and not enough of goat cheese)
Pazzo Dinner and Bar - Ahh-Mazing!
My husband and I enjoyed Pazzo , it was our first visit. The meal was excellent and the drinks were quite amazing too! Tim was the bar tender and had some sort of pear martini, incredible! Also loved the Octopus app! We will be back for sure.
Excellent Penne Alla Vodka
Went for dinner on a very busy night for the town (multiple theater shows, beautiful weather, and a street festival). We told our waitress that we were going to a show. Dinner came out quickly, but we did not feel rushed. The bread, olives, fresh butter, penne alla vodka, and chocolate torte were all very delicious and reasonably priced for the location. My only critique is that this packed restaurant is loud, or at least it was on the night we went. Multiple celebrations/parties were occurring that night. I'd go back!
Pazzo means crazy
The reviews post pandemic were mixed happy to see they are back on their game. Food and service were great. Lots of celebrating families. Would recommend the chicken piccata; my daughter had the penne a la vodka (the first thing she orders when visiting a new Italian restaurant). Bread was warm and NYC style crusty. The desserts were great. Prices were in line with area prices. Parking at the parking garage next door was glitchy but it wound up being free because the ticket machine wouldn’t dispense tickets! There were three theater shows going on and a porch festival featuring music, and the first nice day after a week of rain- service was still great. Will go back with husband.
Horrendous
The staff is a gaggle of unfriendly ruffians that appear very young and messy. The place is a step below a nursing home cafeteria. It took over an hour to get a horrendous pizza. We left before one salad ever arrived. If you like rude disorganized with inedible food. Pazzo is your place.

Pazzo premiere Italian restaurant. It was a premiere Italian restaurant where the service was done by real waiters, professional ones, who suggested and explained the food. Now they hire children from high school, with not knowledge, and no skills. Not premiere restaurants do that. And the food was made in the kitchen there was a real chef, not just one that had a basic knowledge of Italian food that you can find in any Italian pizzeria. As an Italian, I think that before boasting. to be a premiere Italian restaurant it must be able to maintain the responsibility and all-inclusive capacity and honor to be an Italian restaurant before labeling itself as a premiere Italian restaurant.
First snd probably last time
First time here so do not know how typical slow service is, but the length of time we waited to be served our entrees significantly marred the dining experience. It was especially irking as many tables filled up after us and had their meals before ous were served. We complained to both our waiter and the restaurant manager. But apologies because the kitchen was "backed up" and a free dessert are really not adequate compensations. We were among the diners who would be going on to a concert at the Count Basie Performing Arts Center, but the restaurant should have anticipated a full house and staffed up accordingly. The food was quite good though rather pricey for a casual restaurant. So the combination of slow service and steeper costs most likely would keep us from returning.

Wonderful! My parents are visiting and we have wanted to go to Nobu Malibu for years. I tried getting a reservation myself but it was next to impossible. So glad I was able to buy a reservation on appointment trader for a decent price!

Fabulous Lunch
I was veeeeeerry skeptical that this would work, particularly at a restaurant as hard to get into as Nobu Malibu, and it was perfect! We had lunch outside on the patio and it was fabulous!

Ok at this point I've attended a reservation purchased on AT by a friend and sold a reservation personally. Both worked pretty smoothly, nothing sketchy about it. A few areas for improvement including a way to more directly communicate between buyers and sellers, but the app always seems to be in development. AT customer support is really(!) responsive and helpful too if you have questions!

As a seller, I like the fact i have the ability now to transfer money out of my AT account and into a bank account. Makes getting the money much easier then the process before.

Whose name will my reservation be under when I arrive at the venue?
It can be under your name or a name you choose! Some reservation offers already include the AppointmentTrader Transfer Service which will transfer the reservation in to your name. If its not included you can add it on after buying the reservation for a small fee. One thing on that though: As many reservations become available at last minute, taking a reservation in someone else name is quick and great for privacy. Most reservations on AT are listed with a virtual phone number, so all you need to do is present the phone number at the hostess stand and you are good to go!

Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.
Where do the Reservations on AppointmentTrader come from?
Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.
What happens if my bid expires unanswered?
Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
