I was blown away. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with an awesome atmosphere and exquisite interiors that set the perfect tone for the evening. The attention to detail in the decor and ambiance was truly impressive.

This place used to have a reputation to go but it went down quite a bit. I was just there last week, The waiter shoved a blackboard in our face to go over specials , I could hardly understand him, he was nasty. Ignored my plea for some bread. Threw out entree on the tableQuick with the check Terrible terrible service. I ca. go to any other fast food restaurant and get better service. I'll NEVER go back!!Nasty SOB waiter NO STARS

I came here on a bustling friday night and was sat immediately, the server was kind, thoughtful and attentive. me and my partner had already eaten not too long before and didnt have huge appetites so we decided to share a dish together, the food came out quickly and they even split the food onto two plates for us. The pappardelle alla fiesolana was absolutely phenomenal, our plates were cleaned. the bread is also delicious and the ambiance of the restaurant was great. they don't skip out on quality down to the nice napkins they provide, and the prices were reasonable. ill be back again. thank you!!

Waited about 40 min for a table on Saturday for 4 people around 7ish.Once we were seated, service itself was incredibly fast, we were out by 7:45! I got the Pappardelle Alla Fiesolana without meat and it was everything. I love fresh pappardelle- it was super thin and perfectly cooked. Sauce was great too, and loved that they could make it vegetarian. It's expensive but standard for NYC. Not sure why it's gotten such mixed reviews from others, I loved the pasta and will be back!

Also cash only and does not tell you until you get your check. Service & staff was good but not sure I would be back

I never leave reviews but I felt compelled to because this was quite possibly the most belittling and patronizing experience I've ever had. I always walk past and the food looked good so I decided to come with my dad who is only in town for one night. Our appetizers never came out so we decided to ask one of the waiters about them. We asked one of the waiters who took our order and he blamed us for not repeating what we wanted to another waiter, as if we were supposed to know this already. His tone was extremely rude and impatient. I understand the service industry is difficult and customers are not always reasonable, but this was beyond anything I've ever experienced. We decided to let it go because we just aren't the type of people to say anything, we usually just leave and don't come back. Then, later on when my dad goes to pay, the same waiter who blamed us for not receiving our appetizers was extremely frustrated that we didn't know it was cash only. He went on about how since there was no sign on any of the windows specifically indicating that they accept Mastercard, Visa, etc., we should have known it was cash only. No where does it indicate that it's cash only and it's extremely brazen to expect this of customers and then in turn get angry when we try to pay with a card. Also, they include the tip for any party size so you don't even have a choice. Really disappointing experience especially considering the short time my dad has in NYC. I'll make sure to never come back here. (After reading other reviews regarding people's experiences with rude staff and racism, I'm starting to think this was the root of our experience as both my dad and I are asian.)

.I do not know if it was worth it for the portion size but i suppose that is what manhattan or nyc is like now. I left a bit hungry and a 25 dollar tab...so maybe for special occasions?

Went on a Thursday during lunch, super easy to get a table and got amazing service. Portions are a little small but worth the visit everything was delicious
Overall a classic old school Italian spot.
Be warned it's cash only but they do have an atm downstairs. Everything was really delicious I thought just a bit over priced for meat included in dishes. The rigatoni was the best out of all that we got.

Came here for lunch on a cold afternoon of walking around. Good service with laid back and engaging staff and very good food and wine. It's a place you don't feel rushed at all and very comfortable.

Wonderful! My parents are visiting and we have wanted to go to Nobu Malibu for years. I tried getting a reservation myself but it was next to impossible. So glad I was able to buy a reservation on appointment trader for a decent price!

I was veeeeeerry skeptical that this would work, particularly at a restaurant as hard to get into as Nobu Malibu, and it was perfect! We had lunch outside on the patio and it was fabulous!

Ok at this point I've attended a reservation purchased on AT by a friend and sold a reservation personally. Both worked pretty smoothly, nothing sketchy about it. A few areas for improvement including a way to more directly communicate between buyers and sellers, but the app always seems to be in development. AT customer support is really(!) responsive and helpful too if you have questions!

As a seller, I like the fact i have the ability now to transfer money out of my AT account and into a bank account. Makes getting the money much easier then the process before.

It can be under your name or a name you choose! Some reservation offers already include the AppointmentTrader Transfer Service which will transfer the reservation in to your name. If its not included you can add it on after buying the reservation for a small fee. One thing on that though: As many reservations become available at last minute, taking a reservation in someone else name is quick and great for privacy. Most reservations on AT are listed with a virtual phone number, so all you need to do is present the phone number at the hostess stand and you are good to go!

Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.

Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
