We came for an anniversary brunch. My husband had the famous French toasts and for me the almond syrup was too much, you can ask for mapple but a little to late for us. My husband liked them, not my favorite. I had Benedict’s and were done to perfection. Good ambiance and they were able to accommodate my husband’s request of an anniversary dessert at the end.
😒
I went here for brunch with my GF.
Vibe of the place was cool but after that It was meh. Service was pretty bad and food was underwhelming for the price. It took 15 minutes just to bring waters not even a menu. I noticed we weren't the only ones to receive bad service, other tables were left unattended for prolong periods of time. Food felt like it came from TGI Fridays or something, massed produced with low quality.
Wonderful French cappuccino. Amazing Croque madam. Make reservations.

Eat a Sexy brunch, then change the world.
A little taste of Paris at Bardot located in the sophisticated & gorgeous Aria Vegas. By far Aria has thee best restaurants selections in Vegas and it never gets old traveling for Sexyfood adventures in Vegas.Bardot Brasserie is the mastermind of Chef Michael Mina's fine dining of modern interpretations of traditional brasserie fare. Such a beautiful brunch that started off with their pastry basket which had an array of delightful pastries consisting of canelé de bordeaux, kouign-amann, nutella-pistachio brioche, frambuesa Don't skip it, it's a must.On to my main dish the SHORT RIB HASHbraised prime beef short rib, kennebec potatoes, madeira-glazed mushrooms sunny side up cage-free eggs The most pleasurable and mouthwatering dish I've ever had for brunch, and it was very lite, believe it not, low carbs for this dish, I highly recommend. The decor & ambiance is so chic and the service was attentive at all times. Bardot is a SEXYFOOD vibe.
🙂
This place is so beautiful.
You almost forget you are in a Vegas hotel with no windows to look out. It's big a big location, but still feels so cozy. Sadly we got there at the end of Brunch so we didn't get the whole experience. We asked repeatedly if it was ok for us to still sit down, we were told (repeatedly) it was no trouble. Although the service was good. We did feel a bit in their way. The French Toast! It is very hard to explain because you really need to try them to understand how fluffy and moist. While still being perfectly golden on the outside. No need for the syrup. Honestly by looking at other photos and because of the size I thought they would be dry and possibly overcooked. It was perfect! It's definitely a dish to share. I tried my best and couldn't finish it. Onion soup was excellent. Not too salty, not too bready, cheese melted precisely as it should be. Did not try, but someone at my table had the burger and truffle fries. Heard they were great. When paying we saw a note that said "Birthday dessert" no charge. Not sure what that was supposed to be. It was my B-day, but we did not receive anything. That's fine, just thought it was weird. Maybe because we got there too late?Overall very good experience.
🤮
Food overall was good, except the pommes duchesse that came
Food overall was good, except the pommes duchesse that came with the TOURNEDOS AU POIVRE was outrageously horrible for a fine dining restaurant that is rated to be one of the best in LV? My understanding is that it's supposed to be piped hot onto a plate then torch or boiler to brown before final plating of the beef? What we got was absolutely PRE_MADE because it had a browned bottom, and it was served COLD! You can also tell by the stale looking 'browned top'! This problem would have been remedied early on IF our waiter checked on us? Never got a visit until we finally flagged him over! Never got a visit to check on us the entire meal, from starters to dinner! The clincher really is the fact that he came off as condescending and rushed from the beginning, which is why the 10% tip and that was generous! His helper was very nice but she was just overwhelmed so i cannot blame her! This was one of the worse fine dining experience we had in Aria or Park MGM (we have done them all except one)! Not because of the food but because of the poor service plus poor management! You do not seat a two seater in that area SURROUNDED by LARGE tables of 4-8. It became SO LOUD i was physically uncomfortable! As of this writing, dinner ended two hrs ago and our ears is still ringing from HOW LOUD THAT ROOM WAS!!!!
😍
Great ambiance, service and food.
Our party of 10 shared the seafood tower, charcuterie board and flatbread. we brought some vino to share and overall we all agree we'd come back. Cheers.

We decided to get a bite to eat later in the evening but everything was booked up. Luckily Bardot was able to seat us and what a wonderful surprise. The service was excellent, prompt and attentive. I wish I could remember our waitress name because she was great. We opted for appetizers and cocktails. The place is expensive but all of the food was great. If you have the chance to stop in here do it.

The French onion soup was great but breakfast was bland and boring for the price. I had the hunters waffle and my husband had the corned beef hash.
🙂
Place is truly beautiful inside.
We made a reservation, and was seated once our full party was there. I have to say I'm a bit disappointed with the food. Among everything we ate at our Vegas trip, this would be rated as the last one. Presentation was beautiful. We ordered the french toast - almost like bread pudding for how wet it is - didnt like the almond syrup too much so asked for maple syrup instead. The entrees - hunter and the pizza-like dish were okay.. I wouldn't order again. The best thing I was able to try was the truffle fries - this is the best truffle fries I have tried!!!
🙂
The wife and I stopped by the Aria for breakfast and I have
The wife and I stopped by the Aria for breakfast and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed. We ordered the Avocado Tartine, Pastry Basket, and a coffee. Minus one star though for the slow service. The Avocado Tartine was a unique take on the classic dish, with a surprising addition of fennel that added a nice touch of freshness and crunch. The avocado was perfectly ripe and creamy. My only gripe was that there wasn't enough avocado. The Pastry Basket was a real value for the price. It contained five different pastries: Kouign Amann, Chocolate Croissant, a nutella filled pastry, a raspberry cream cheese pastry, and the last one was a pastry with a sugar shell. My favorite was the chocolate croissant, but all of them were good to have with coffee.Overall, Bardot Brasserie is a classic French cuisine gem. The food is quality and the prices are reasonable for the Vegas. I recommend stopping by for breakfast or brunch, you won't be disappointed!
😍
Amazing food and ambiance.
It was an amazing night with my wife. We will definitely come back.

Came here for dinner and can't stop talking about the experience. Amazing food, incredibly friendly staff. 10/10 just wow! Don't normally eat fancy but in Vegas it's a must. Shout out to everyone working Thursday night, seriously you guys are off the chart nice, fun and passionate about your food.Won't skip if I'm back in town. Big mahaloz!

Another solid restaurant
Reservation, prompt seating. Started with escargot, as you don't find them often. Followed with French Onion soup, then the filet. Filet was cooked perfectly, I told him I wanted to see the animal walk out of the kitchen on its own, it was charred and rare-rare in the center. All was very good, service was attentive, Food came out kind of slow, but probably just busy kitchen, wasn't a big deal. Will return.
This was a nice place for dinner. Had a private room for business and only complaint is that it was a little tight but not too bad. Got the French onion soup and was pretty standard. Not the best but not the worst I’ve had. Got to try the escargot which was fantastic and really tasty great in a pesto sauce. Had the filet mignon cooked medium rare and they cooked it to perfection. The Mac and spinach sides were perfect accompaniments. Finished off the meal with a chocolate macaroon, espresso creme brûlée and Mille-feuille. Way too much food but fantastic meal. Service was solid and would eat here again. Can’t comment on value for price as I didn’t pay.
We went there this week when we were down for business. We had the meat charcuterie to start and it was good. For main course 3 of us split the beef Wellington. I dont think I have ever had a better piece of meat and the portion was big. Alsp the waiter was very good and took good care of us.
😍
Excellent Food and Service
It was our first visit to Las Vegas after Covid-19, and we missed going to a nice French restaurant. We don't want fine dining but a decent French brasserie. Bardot definitely fits that description. The service was good and the food was good. My aunts all chose the Pan Roasted Foie Gras starter, which was excellent, according to them. I enjoyed my Poached Pear salad. For main courses, we shared the 16 ozed herb-roasted prime rib with an excellent bowl of creamy spinach. The prime rib was delicious. We also shared the signature Whole Roasted Duck and I love the red rice stuffed inside the duck. The food truly did not disappoint. Unfortunately we were too full to order any dessert. It was a memorable dinner and hopefully the beginning of many trips to Las Vegas.

Great way to spend our last evening in Vegas

We had seen advertising on the Aria tram for Bardot so chose to visit. The quality of this meal was exceptional. The servers were also delightful. We don't tend to visit "celebratory chef" restaurants but this one was faultless.
This restaurant isn't easy to find as it's tucked away behind and above the casino in the ARIA hotel, but it is completely worth the effort to find. As with other reviewers, I agree the food is amazing, but the added bonus of a fantastic staff make this place really stand out. You expect to have good food in Vegas, but we were pleasantly surprised by the attentive staff. Oscar was particularly kind and even brought out a special treat for our anniversary!
Had a reservation and opted to eat in the bar instead of the dining hall. When we ordered the Croque Madame we were told by our waitress that we could not customize any orders. We did not want the egg on the sandwich for allergy reasons. We were told the orders could be customized. Shocking considering how many good allergies exist.
We stopped by for an app and drink before dinner at Carbone. We should have just stayed here. Staff at the bar was great.
😍

This was high on my list to try and it was just as incredible as I was hoping. I sat at the bar as I was traveling slow for business. Started with escargot I have a friend from France who makes escargot and I haven't found better until possibly here. It was a 10/10!I also ordered the $3 oysters on happy hour My main was a recommendation from the bartender Tony which was the short rib. It was delicious. And then the dessert trio which had my fave creme brûlée Lastly I would like to shout out Tony the bartender. Amazing service, he saw I was alone and was very protective. He offered great conversation and I would go back if not only to see him.
😍
This is on the 2nd floor of the aria casino.
Our server alma was so friendly and helpful with great suggestions. The food is so beautiful and yes yes absolutely delicious
Disappointing meal - 2 drinks, 2 starters, 2 main dishes, truffle fries and bottle of wine. Decent French 75, nice bottle of Chablis and very good Heritage Chicken. Everything else was very mediocre (fascinated how that could make such a beautiful Cote du Porc so tasteless). Service was great except when our wine glasses ran dry and no-one new where the rest of our bottle was. Not recommended.
🙂
Super cute French aesthetic.
The bar in the front is super cute. The checkered floors are a vibe. The employees were all very nice and worked very well in unison. The food was delicious, although I'm not a fan of French food. Only 4 stars because there is definitely no way for a vegan or vegetarian to eat here and enjoy it. There are no veg recipes on the menu. To be fair, it is a French restaurant, I didn't expect any. If you're staying in the Aria then I'd definitely give it a shot if you eat meat and cream.
😍

Had a reservation here for brunch/lunch and my goodness the steak here was delicious! I don't believe you need a reservation as I saw others being seated without it but with the reservation for sure we were able to seat a lot earlier and quicker. My husband ordered the steak and eggs while I ordered the short rib hash. The short rib has was also really good but personally there were too many potatoes in the dish (only because I don't usually eat as much crabs) but I understand it's called hash for that reason xD. But overall we really enjoyed the food, the service and also the atmosphere. It was such an enjoyable dining experience and I would definitely go back again soon!

Must go!!!FANTASTIC! Service, Quality and presentation top notch. I love how you can see into the kitchen and the decor made me feel as if I were in France. The food , oh the food is AMAZING! We went for breakfast and had the short rib-hash, French Toast and Duck Confit Egg's Benedict. Everything was very good and the best quality. You can book reservations on OpenTable and they are usually easy to come by. Hands down, this is the best breakfast restaurant Aria. It's a bit hidden. Directly across from Salt and Ivy and much, much better food.
Amazing food. I ordered the Beef Wellington which is a hard dish to get right and the truffle mashed potatoes. Insanely good. Great atmosphere and great staff. Highly recommend.

Ordered the French Onion, French Toast, and Duck Confit
Ordered the French Onion, French Toast, and Duck Confit Benedict with a Cappuccino. French onion came first and tasted not bad. The cheese was good but bread was soaked in. Not really to my liking but might just be like that. Coffee was bitter but tasted like a French roast so it fit the bill. After we waited quite a while for our main entrees to come ~40 mins. Saw a table who ordered at the same time get their food first and left while we were still waiting on ours. It was only when we asked about it and our waiter gave an excuse that since we ordered the French Onion they course it out. Then waited a few mins later for it to come out.The French Toast was good! Would definitely recommend. The Duck Confit Benedict tasted like pulled pork benedict with some bones sprinkled in so I was pretty disappointed.Overall, if you come here I feel like the place is good for any baked items. At least this is my impression. Maybe next time will be better.
😍
We came to Bardot Brasserie yesterday for dinner.
We grew up in Paris and currently live in Beverly hills for the past 20 years. This is bar none one of the best service(Andrea) food (Chef Nick who we had the privilege to meet. Short rib was like butter smooth, the lamb chops were so tasty and the Amandine trout was so fresh. The green salad and the French of ion soup was delicious. It was so good that we decided to come back for brunch today. Well just as amazing. The fines herbed omelette and the eggs Benedict were amazing. Thank you for an amazing experience. We will definitely be back. The general manager tony introduced himself and brought us complimentary deviled eggs . He does a great job of keeping everything running beautifully smooth. We highly recommend this brasserie for a great culinary experience.

Elegant and intimate spot, away from all the usual noise of the strip. Service was awesome and flawless. Food presentation was spot on, just nothing breathtaking. Simple and classic French style/technical food.I myself am a lover of escargot, the traditional way. The puff pastry style was a bit different. When I go to a upscale French restaurant, I would expect classics. Food was excellent. Just nothing really popped as a had to come back for. Fun and delicious dinning experience, personally nothing to come back for.

We ended up dining here for brunch because the line for salt and ivy was too long. We were able to get a seat at the bar instantly. The bartending staff were extremely attentive and friendly. Missy made the best drinks. We had espresso martinis and "to catch a thief" signature cocktail. Both were insanely delicious. The food was incredible. I got the duck Benedict which came on a waffle. My partner got the carnitas hash. We could've stayed there all day! 10/10 recommend.
. . Kudos for the beauty and ambiance of this French Inspired restaurant. Ordered Salmon Benedict , French Toast, Duck Benedict and Vegan Quiche , oh a side of Truffle Fries and Paris Plate (Eggs Bacon and Hash Browns) Everything was on point and before you ask there were Four of us so NO I did not order all for myself . . . Although I did double clutch as the French Toast was calling me, I want to note that I did not order all of this food for myself, just in case you missed me stating this already . . . So Do not judge me . There were four of us and yes I did sample the dishes from the others and I found that none disappointed. This does remind me of a charming old world restaurant with all the glass and dark wood giving it an elegance so lacking in many places. Service was great and although busy the food came on time without any disappointment. I will say that I loved the truffle fries. They do it justice and it is a must order. Returning next month so will certainly update
My husband and I hosted 16 people total at Bardot Brasserie the morning after our wedding. We had everything booked well in advance and had a pre-set menu. The service was outstanding with our group, and the food was amazing (and there was so much of it)! I appreciate the entire staff for coordinating everything so well with our group and we will definitely come back.
Amazing food, waitress very kind and very clean restaurants. We’re here visiting Las Vegas, one of my friend brought me in this amazing place! For sure I’ll come back

Such an amazing experience. Our server Andrea was very menu knowledgeable and her beef tare tare recommendation was spot on. Andrea and the sommelier Albert collaborated to give us a special wine pairing for our dinner. The beef Wellington is the best I’ve ever had. Highly recommended.

Awesome Happy Hour vibe and menu
Stopped in for a bite before a show. The Happy Hour vibe was perfect - energetic with a wonderful server who knew her way around the food and beverage menu! We enjoyed oysters, foie gras and a delicious steak slider!
Excellent!! We loved every second of brunch. The food, drinks, service, and ambiance were all top notch. We would return here again and again.
