Nice French classic interior.
Very loud. Not romantic. Outside is more a nicer cafe feeling. Recommend to sit inside. Great food. Service good not spectacular. No view even if it is on 10th floor
😍
Great brunch spot on the strip, always the go to.
Crab Benedict and croque madame are the favorites for us.
🤢
For starters the service was good.
Out server did his job very well. The problem is the food. We ordered the french onion soup, tomato soup, bouchon steak, and lamb stew. The french onion soup (my wife's) was so salty it was inedible. The bouchon steak (mine) was fine except for the crust on the steak was so salty I could only eat a couple of bites. I realize that "saltiness" of a food is to individual taste. But we aren't salt sensitive. It was really overpowering and killed the meal. For $254 I have to say it was a letdown.

When I review a restaurant I review mainly based on food,
When I review a restaurant I review mainly based on food, then service, then ambiance. We went for their brunch and this review is based on my experience Food: we ordered the assortment of pastries (5$ for one or 18$ for 4) and the ones we picked were croissant, chocolate croissant, cheese danish, and almond croissant. Only the cheese danish was work it in my opinion. As a local, there are way more local areas that have better croissant for similar price. The cheese danish was by far outstanding with it not being too sweet and enormous amount of filling. The others... I would pass. We also ordered the escargot with puff pastry on top. I think the amount of lemon within the buttery sauce was a tad too much. And I'm a girl who likes tart food... but I dipped in the house bread and it was delicious. Lastly we ordered their version of chicken and waffle. Chicken, excellent and moist with a really nice crispy skin. The waffle, was it premade because I took a bite of it and it was cold and I think it was made from a sourdough starter because it had a slight tang to it. I'll be honest I didn't like it at all and in the end my friend and I just ended up eating the chicken with their sauce that came with it but we both did not like the waffle at all. I'd rate 2/5 for food.Service: our waitress was friendly and all staffs we interacted were as well but we had to ask for our stuff multiple time. We ordered wine and it took longer than twenty minutes for it to be in our hands for goodness sake. We asked for butter for our bread, it took ten minutes. We asked for a togo box that took another ten minute.... I know it's busy but some of these basic stuff should not be something a customer needs to ask for. 3/5.Ambiance: we were seated outside and it was slightly chilly because it's mainly in the shade. For the summer that's awesome it's right by the pool. Table was slightly smaller than indoor table as well. But beautiful ambiance outside. 5/5Overall: 3/5 would I go back? Honestly no, I'd probably go to a diff brunch but for travelers? It's a nice place to have French food

Wow the brunch here was absolutely fantastic!! Made a reservation for a group of 6 and were seated at a large table near the back doors. It had a nice view of the patio outside. Everyone ordered different items so we could try each other's food. Amazing service!

Great food Our server was Randum.
He was great and made the evening a lot of fun. Relaxed vibe.

My husband and I dined here in December 2021.
Bouchon used to be a regular dining spot for us in the past, so we were looking forward to returning. Unfortunately, the food preparation was sub par. I started with the steak tartar. Now, the ingredients were high quality and the flavor was very good, however, for some reason they decided to cut the steak into cubes rather than a chop, so the texture was not pleasant and difficult to eat. I sent it back. I instead ordered the salmon rilettes which were a prior favorite of mine, but this time they were lacking flavor. For my entree I ordered the trout. Unfortunately, it was over cooked (this was never an issue in the past) . Then for dessert I ordered the creme burlee. Here again the flavor was delicious and the custard was very good.. but they destroyed the normally yummy sugar top by literally burning it so it was black, noble the toasted brown it is supposed to be. It seemed like whoever was in the kitchen that day either didn't know how to prepare the food, or was having a very bad day. Disappointing for a restaurant I used to have such fond memories of and that prides itself on quality food and preparation.

I have had Thomas Keller's Bouchon and French Laundry
I have had Thomas Keller's Bouchon and French Laundry cookbooks for years and was looking forward to a milestone birthday celebration during our Vegas trip. Unfortunately, the dinner was completely underwhelming and, to be honest, disappointing. Everything was under-seasoned and unimpressive, particularly given the end tally. We tried to make the best of it and power through what was supposed to be a very special dinner, but each course was as forgettable as the previous. The caviar was overwhelmed by the thick toast accompaniment. One of the oysters was bad. The escargots in their lovely garlic butter were completely masked by overbaked dry puff pastry. The French 75 cocktail - usually my favorite cocktail - was so skimpy it looked ridiculous in the champagne flute - didn't even come halfway up the glass. The wine pour was meager. The steak was tough, although the accompanying fries were good. The trout was bland and forgettable. The person who ordered the gnocchi ate only about a quarter of the dish before giving up. The interior and atmosphere were nice, though, and the service was very good. Maybe we were there on an off night?
😍
My mom & I brought my daughter here for her 18th bday
My mom & I brought my daughter here for her 18th bday dinner . Definitely a great place for a bday or other special occasion. The vast majority of patrons were dressed for the evening. I wouldn't say dress code necessarily, but let's pretend it does . Service was wonderful , our sever nailed the cocktail recommendations. We shared the veal , lamb & beef tartare . The meal was wonderful; thank you for the complimentary bday crème brûlée. My only recommendation would be to those seating patrons . Feel the crowd , our table & one to our left celebrating their 35th anniversary . Did not enjoy sitting near the 20-something sloppy drunks w/ poor table manners .

I am very overdue on writing this review for this top
I am very overdue on writing this review for this top quality experience. For our 30th engagement anniversary, my husband surprised me with dinner here along with my favorite Cirque show. We came on a Tuesday so we didn't have to deal with the weekend crowd but they were still plenty busy.I had heard so many great things about dining here so I was super excited. We were promptly sat in a booth for two, no view to speak of but no worries I came to eat and I only needed a view of my food. We were greeted at the table with a fresh, hot baquette that we tore into immediately. Carb city and we love it. We ordered a couple glasses of Bordeaux and toasted to a fun evening ahead. We started with some tantalizing French onion soup and the Salade Maraichere au Chèvre Chaud. Both of these starters prepared our tastebuds for more. Next was the Steak Frites served with potato purée' that was to die for. I could have easily drank the potato purée for dinner. My dish was Poulet Roti Chasseur which was served with button mushrooms, bacon lardons, tomato concasse', tarragon and new crop potatoes.I will never be able to express in a review just how delicious and decadent our dinner was. We closed out with some amazing desserts. We enjoyed the Gateau Au Chocolat and a special one that was not on the menu but was like a fruit tart with caramel served ala mode.A final toast with Calvados a French apple brandy from the Normandy region of France completed our delicious dinner. This restaurant has nice ambiance and service was top notch. If I had my choice I would dine here everyday but then I probably wouldn't be able to move.I can't wait to return for brunch and more dinners. Whether you are visiting our city or are a local, this restaurant experience is not to be missed.

We enjoyed dining at Buchon New Years dinner 2020 and returned to try breakfast in 2022. Breakfast menu was limited but most will find something they like! Our waitress was friendly and very accommodating! Everything was delicious. My brother had mussels, I tried the ham and cheese with truffle fries and my husband ordered two eggs with biscuit and gravy. We are sure to come back to dine at Buchon again!

Me and the wife go to Vegas several times a year.
We always try a new place to eat while in town. However there are a couple of places we go back to every time and this place is one of those. We try to go here for breakfast at least one morning. This place is on the expensive side but it feels that way. Meaning the restaurant is very nice and feels fresh and clean. The staff are also very nice and attentive. This last trip we sat in the bar area as we did not feel like waiting for a table. However they treat you like royalty Evian at the bar. They put out a place setting for you complete with a napkin to act as a tablecloth. The bartenders were as good as any wait staff I've had. There were two and both were there to ensure our coffee was always full and we had everything we needed. Not to mention other staff coming around as well. The food is sooo good. You pay a little more here than most places in Vegas but you can taste the difference. Even the coffee is amazing. The wife got the crab Benedict and I got the chicken fried steak with eggs and a biscuit. The Benedict was only one bit piled with fresh crab and was more than the wife could even eat. The chicken fried steak was big and couldn't even finish.Prices range from mid 20's to mid 30's which is like 5-10 more then your average breakfast joint in Vegas. But the quality and service more than makes up for the price. If you want to treat yourself to a fantastic meal this is the place. To be fair I've only been here for breakfast but couldn't imagine anything from here being less than fantastic. On a side not their pastries are the best in town.
😍
Took a friend here and we had a great time.
It's a fancy place, but not pretentious, and the servers were personable and available, which contributed to a fantastic experience. We stared out with the seafood tower. No complaints, everything was fresh and flavorful. Lobsters, shrimp, several kinds of clams and oysters, all delicious. We then followed that up with the duck confit. It was tasty and well executed. I had the pork chop and my friend had the lamb. The preparations were classic, but not stuffy or overdone. We finished it off with two desserts that we shared, one a mousse and the other was a sort of pudding. We shared both with a sampler alight of dessert wines and had a great time pairing the wine flavors with the desserts. Overall, a wonderful night.
🤮
Booked reservation for nieces 21st birthday dinner.
Felt place was highly overrated. Best thing was deviled egg appetizer. Ordered steak frites. Steak had decent flavor but onion purée on top was just too much taking away from flavor of the steak. Fries almost took up whole plate leaving barely any room for steak. Crème brûlée was just barely set. Service left much to be desired. Waiter was very pretentious till he spilled water all over my husbands lap. Then he was extremely humbled and more attentive. Do not feel prices were worth service and food. Wouldn't eat here again.
😍

We went there for my cousins birthday and OMG best food I had ever had. Our waitress was awesome plus, the atmosphere was very relaxed but a bit loud. These are some pictures of the food we had. Will definitely need to go back when ever back in Vegas. 100% recommended

First off this restaurant was described as a bistro. The definition of bistro is a small restaurant. We did not expect to be surrounded by 250 people with a volume level louder than a Paris Street fair. The food is the only thing about the trip that keeps me from giving a rating of one. Even at that, it was not fantastic. The service was about the worst we have ever had. I should not have to wave down our server to order a drink when my glass had been empty for twenty minutes.
This dinner was supposed to be one of the focal points of our trip. This was hands down the low point of the trip, and I tested positive for Covid when I returned home. Don't waste your time.
🤢
So, we came here accidentally.
We were looking for macarons and found a bistro. A little more than we wanted, but hey, when in Venice (Venetian). The waiter didn't sound French, but he certainly acted it.You are going to drop hundreds here per person, and this was not a good intro.... Spoiler alert. We ordered the Beed Tartar, Escargot, and some Cappuccino. The dude forgot the Cappuccino. When it did come out, there were drips down the side. The tartar came out with extreme black grill marks (charred and smelling burnt). When I asked for different bread, his response was, "If you'd like some bread 'less grilled',, we can do that for you". It was a combination of "your issue, this is how we serve it," and "we'll do you this favor"Very French. So, if black burnt bread is what you like, and you want to feel as though the waiter is a guest in your restaurant, then come here.On a side note, the bread served at the table was excellent (not the charred tartar bread), and the escargot, with the mini puff pastry, was phenomenal. This was actually the worst dining "service" experience I've had in years, and that includes self-service and dives.
😍
Great food and great service.
Food was exactly like in the bouchon in Napa. French onion soup was rich. Foist gras was also a hit at the table.
🤮
Solo black travelers beware..
The front desk staff recommended Bouchon to start my Venezia stay. The hostess was nice and I received a menu, water and bread upon being seated. However, the wait staff never acknowledged or came to my table once. Three waiters worked around me and never offered to take my order. I waited 15”. Why? At first, I asked the hostess to be seated In a different section, but why spend good money with bad people. Done with Bouchon.
😍
What can I say about Bouchon? Everything is completely on
What can I say about Bouchon? Everything is completely on point, every bite is heaven! The service is absolutely PERFECT- super friendly and knowledgeable about each item. Our server was an absolute sweetheart- I asked her for ice like 5 times and she was just so accommodating!
😒
Excellent Service Disappointing Steak
I had dinner at Bouchon located in the Venetian and ordered the Steak Bouchon served with Bearnaise sauce. The 8 oz eye of the rib was served a perfectly cooked medium rare. My expectation was to enjoy a sweet, rich flavor, buttery melt in your mouth texture steak. Instead, the steak was overly charred and lacked any flavor. i'm not sure what went wrong in the preparation of this steak. The salad, the onion soup and the service were all excellent but the steak was a disappointment.
😒
Location and vibe 10/10 (sit by the window if possible
Location and vibe 10/10 (sit by the window if possible tho)Love the appetizer bread Our brunch dishes were NOT worth $30 each. None of us loved them. Best part of whole meal were pastries.. the croissant specifically. I got the egg basic Americain, friends got croque madame and other the crab Benedict. Those were meh. One came with too many fries.
😍
Delish! Great food! Clean.
Free parking and fabulous atmosphere. Enjoy Sunday brunch.
🤢
Let me start by saying I hate writing negative reviews.
But what a disappointment this restaurant was. The duck appetizer and pate appetizer I could not eat. The chicken dish was ok. I just expected more from the Thomas Keller restaurant group. The restaurant ambiance was very nice, the food was not.
😍
Service was impeccable and courteous.
I had the short ribs as recommended by our waiter and was in no way disappointed. In fact, one of the best bites of the evening was the small piece of cauliflower which was in the braising liquid. A definite on my next trip.
🙂
Still one of my favorite breakfast, brunch places to eat in
Still one of my favorite breakfast, brunch places to eat in Las Vegas. Bouchon knows how to make French food taste so delicious. Even in the morning, you can be eating escargot, foie gras, and mussels all in one sitting. I like how they still give you these little puff pastry for each escargot. Don't forget to make a reservation because this place does get busy on even the weekdays. Overall I had an enjoyable breakfast and the service is always friendly and nice.
🤢
The French onion soup was delicious.
The Steak Frittes was a little dry. It needed more flavor.
😒
Great service and no wait on a busy weekend dinner time.
But the food was very mediocre. We got onion soup, escargots, and trout. Nothing stood out. Not the best bang for your buck.
😒
Food was not amazing, and venue outdated and cramped
The food was OK but not spectacular, being a Thomas Keller restaurant. The staff treated my like I was spending $350, but the first table seated at was cramped. The atmosphere was outdated. Not impressed.
😍
Wonderful elegant French restaurant
I read on line that Bouchon was difficult to find and a long walk from the Venetian. It isn’t. From the Venetian reception it is about 2 minutes to the Veneziana tower, and then to the 10th floor. I had seen it recommended on social media more than once, so thought I would give it a try as I was seeing a show at the Venetian. Bouchon is a French restaurant and quite elegant. The setting is lovely, in a large nicely decorated room next to a garden and swimming pool. The staff are attentive. The menus are slightly quirky, printed on brown paper that is folded to hold the napkins.
There is a seafood bar with fresh seafood on display, and oysters, lobster, prawns and mussels all feature on the menu. The choices are quite traditionally French, starters including onion soup, foie gras, beef tartare or snails. Meanwhile the main courses include a couple of choices of steak, lamb, veal and trout. Followed by a choice of three or six cheeses. There is also a ‘specials’ blackboard with the daily choices, tonight was tomato and piquillo pepper soup, roast beef ‘New York’ and chocolate and hazelnut tart. I did not see a desserts menu but I suspect there is one.
Warm bread and butter and a small bowl of pistachio nuts are placed on the table before you order. I chose half a lobster, and an endive & Roquefort salad as I did not want anything too heavy. The lobster was chilled, having been removed from its’ shell, tossed in herbs and olive oil and replaced. It was very tasty. The salad was very fresh and crispy, although the bitterness of some of the endive leaves was apparent through the dressing and there was very little cheese and pears crumbled on top. I washed my dinner down with a glass of the house rose. I had a very pleasant meal, with excellent service and will book again next time I am in Vegas.
😍
Delicious French Bistro tucked away in the Venetian
In Vegas, where everything is over the top and flashy, Bouchon is an established player in the quiet private hotel inside the Venetian. It's a beautifully designed French bistro with amazing service and a compact but delicious menu.
We had Deviled Eggs and Foie Gras to start and loved both so much. They brought us plenty of extra toast and bread to enjoy with the Foie Gras.
Our main courses, the Poulet Roti and the Croque Madame, were solid, but I'd skip the chicken next time and go for something else.
Our waiter and all the service staff were outstanding, as you would expect. The prices are moderate, but compared to other Vegas restaurants I thought the value was spot on.
🤢
The best quiche I’ve ever had has been taken off the menu
My most recent trip to Bouchon was very disappointing. Of my three go to brunch choices the quiche and French onion soup are no longer, only the croque madam remains—however changed and now almost double in price. While the fresh bread is excellent, it’s unlikely I will return. So sad as this was one of my favorites. Everyone seems to be on the same page as the once always full restaurant (at least on the weekends) was close to empty Sunday, Jan 2.
