Great meal but not a good value- if you're spending $500 in steaks for the table you'd expect them to not be over cooked when ordered medium rare. Loved the complementary fries as a starter and the smoked chocolate dessert was incredible. I just expected more top notch from the meat and service if I'm going to be paying top dollar.

This is a busy restaurant, the first thing you have to except is the noise is so loud you feel like you're in New York City in a restaurant that slam packed.Server was very good, and went out of his way to take care of us as a fine dining restaurant should. My wife ordered the ribeye, and we were confused because her steak was so tough, but cooked to perfection. there must've been something wrong with the quality of meat. I had to dry aged bone in ribeye, it did not taste dry aged at all I've had dried aged steak many times before, and the fat content was not broken down as it should've been. My steak was very tough, and I could tell by the meat that it almost seems like it was a grass fed, organic steak. It was cooked to perfection, but the texture of the meat was missing the fat content that it should of had,in a ribeye. When you cut a dried steak with a good knife, you should not have to fight the steak to be able to cut it if it's cooked, medium rare. If the steak was dry aged properly, you should barely be able to cut it with just a fork and a knife is not needed. I was very disappointed, as I felt like I was scammed by the type of steak I was told they were serving.Go to any other fine dining restaurant, and try eating a dry aged steak that has been properly dry aged more than 20 days, and the tenderness and consistency of the texture in the meat is by far noticeable. Everything about the place was very good, presentation was an eight out of 10. I would go back there for maybe for a hamburger, but never again for dinner as the steak is not worth it, and quite disappointing. My dash hound did enjoy his bone when we got home and doggy bag.

Had a great time with friends at Bourbon steak last Saturday! The evening started out with the complimentary French fry flight. Three different seasoned fries with three different sauces. All delicious. The steak tartare was fresh and delicious but pretty much the standard tartare. Although they prepare it table side. We had the lobster bisque which was creamy with large pieces of lobster. And a great presentation. Our friends had a salad that look delicious. We ordered 2 dry aged rib eyes (one for each couple) It was cooked to perfection however, it did not taste dry aged to my husband and I. We have had dry aged a couple times before and it has a distinct flavor which I prefer. As sides we had Brussels and mashed potatoes which might have been my favorite part of dinner. The mashed potatoes were super creamy and the Brussels had a great flavor combination. Our husbands had ordered three drinks during dinner and had wanted one more drink before we left. Unfortunately, the manager came and asked us for the table and directed us to the bar area which was disappointing because we had asked for the drink right after finishing the dinner portion and had declined dessert but asked for drinks instead. We also had a pretty large bill and did not drag on the dinner without ordering anything. We felt that we had a large bill and would have had the able for longer if we had ordered dessert. So asking us to move was disappointing. We graciously went to the bar area without a problem and they had a table there for us. To our surprise the manager comped the drinks which was nice. The ambiance of the restaurant was beautiful, and hip! They did a great job with the buildout and decor. The staff was friendly and attentive. Parking can be a pain because there is only valet and that can get very backed up due to hotel guests.

We ordered the Japanese Waygu and I felt the need to close my eyes to savor the flavor. The paprika fries in the fries "flight" was a unique and tasty experience. Especially the different sauces. The highlight of this experience was undoubtedly the waitstaff. We had two small children and they accommodated us by making suggestions for the kiddos and sat us somewhere that helped us enjoy the experience. We are truly grateful for the experience and will certainly be back soon!

The food and service was excellent but this is the kind of restaurant that is best if dining with an expense report. There were 10 of us and we started with 3 seafood towers and a couple other appetizers. The towers were really high quality but $180 each. All steaks were at least $60 with some seafood choices a little less. The wine list is extensive but very few reds were less than $100. We tried most of the sides and all were good - creamed spinach, wild mushrooms, grilled cauliflower, mashed potatoes, truffle mac and cheese. A very interesting dish was the lobster pot pie, which was basically a large portion of lobster cooked in a pastry. The waiter prepares it for the diner to make it easy to eat.

This is now my go to steak place in South Florida. The steaks were cooked perfectly Pittsburgh medium rare. The sides were fantastic and they have this Gorgonzola risotto with asparagus that is completely over the top fantastic. For a high-end steak restaurant the prices were not too bad. And clearly worth the price. I will go back again real soon.

Ok at this point I've attended a reservation purchased on AT by a friend and sold a reservation personally. Both worked pretty smoothly, nothing sketchy about it. A few areas for improvement including a way to more directly communicate between buyers and sellers, but the app always seems to be in development. AT customer support is really(!) responsive and helpful too if you have questions!

Best Answer It can be under your name or a name you choose! Some reservation offers already include the AppointmentTrader Transfer Service which will transfer the reservation in to your name. If its not included you can add it on after buying the reservation for a small fee. One thing on that though: As many reservations become available at last minute, taking a reservation in someone else name is quick and great for privacy. Most reservations on AT are listed with a virtual phone number, so all you need to do is present the phone number at the hostess stand and you are good to go!

Best Answer Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

Best Answer Hey @EvocativeFold67, welcome to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Best Answer Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.

What happens if my bid expires unanswered?

Best Answer Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
