For a high-end steak house, this restaurant did not disappoint. The wait staff were top notch, the drinks were very nice and the steak was exceptional. Thank you for a stellar experience!

This place deserves 10 stars! Every detail from the service to the cuisine was amazing. We were greeted twice walking through the restaurant. Anthony was our server. And David was assisting him. Anthony is very knowledgeable, made excellent recommendations, friendly, attentive, professional and enthusiastic. I can tell he loves his job and has an excellent team. David made sure our table was set and refilled our drinks. The ambiance is elegant, clean and modern. Anthony recommended the black cod and I was amazed. The cod was cooked to perfection and it was melt in your mouth buttery. We also had the lobster bisque. Best lobster bisque ever. The cheesesteak bites were delicious. The Mac and cheese was creamy and delicious. Best Mac in cheese I ever had. The shared spinach was delicious and complimented the black cod. My husband had the 18 oz ribeye. He loved it. It was buttery and tender. It was perfect. The tropical ice tea was perfect. We ended our meal with the hazelnut ice cream. It tastes like fresh hazelnut. Made with love. The experience was top notch. We will definitely return and I highly recommend this Gem inside the Resort World. Anthony and David provided a memorable experience that made a lasting impression. Bravo to this restaurant with amazing team members.

I'm so biased about this place I was hesitant to leave a review at all. This is a must try, not overly busy, great customer service and everyone is very attentive BUT not annoyingly attentive. I'm here more than I should be but consistency is hard to find.
Great atmosphere and the service was exceptional.
I had the ribeye which was good and the Caesar was delicious. Steak was cooked a little over for my liking but tasted good. It's worth a visit. Enjoy!!!!
While staying at Resorts World this Steakhouse is a MUST
While staying at Resorts World this Steakhouse is a MUST stop ! service is excellent and servers are attentive, sharp, and well polished. food is very good, the choice of steak knife "choose your weapon" presentation was theatrical but a fun experience. Dress code is stressed, but clearly not enforced. dining room is a tad loud, so intimate is not the conversation level.

Made a reservation for a business dinner while in town for a tradeshow. We were originally a party of 8 and had to add 2 additional members which they were able to accommodate. A few of my team members and I decided to split the Australian Waygu and was really disappointed. The texture of the meat was really chewy and tasted like a $15 piece of meat. When we shared this with our waiter he tried to make some excuses as to why it's not supposed to be tender like a traditional waygu, but he was completely incorrect. However they were able to comp and provide a new filet mingnon which was much better. Overall I wasn't really impressed with the overall food and service at CarverSteak. There are more flavorful and exciting places to eat where they really specialize in steak.
service was good.
Ambiance was ok Food was not the greatest! Chicken was so dry , couldn't finish it. There was NO flavour what so ever ! Would not recommend, for the prices you pay ! Will Not be returning or recommending to anyone!
Service was top notch.
Thomas was head waiter. Along with him and his assistance they were attentive but not helicoptering. Food was great. Everything was seasoned well and not overly salted.
Excellent restaurant.
The lighting and table arrangement looked great. The steak was very good as well as the twice baked potato. Service was as probably the best I ever had. James was excellent. This place adds a unique touch to a steak house. The server comes to your table with a box. It has five different steak knives in it. He explains the difference in them. You pick out the one you want to cut your steak with.
Phenomenal upscale steakhouse experience.
The food was exquisite and the service was unmatched in all of Las Vegas.
Service was blasé and not attentive.
The steak was undercooked, and, to top it all off, they add an automatic "gratuity fee" that they don't tell you about. All-in-all I can say I wouldn't go back.

I'm giving this establishment a one-star rating due to poor service and disappointing food quality. During my recent visit with coworkers, I ordered the short rib and requested extra Demi glace on the side. The server, rather than accommodating my request, attempted to dismissively explain that short ribs don't come with Demi glaze, insinuating I was mistaken with prime rib and trying to Mansplain to me short rib doesn't have Demi glaze. Despite my culinary expertise, he persisted in his ignorance, even though the dish arrived with Demi glaze on the plate, indicating his lack of knowledge. Furthermore, the majority of the meat was fat, leaving me unsatisfied with my meal. It's unacceptable to be patronized and treated condescendingly, and I won't be returning to this establishment. Educate your staff.
This might be the best steak house in Vegas.
I've been to almost every one. Great service , attentive but not overbearing. Caviar poppers were good but too much creme fraiche, overwhelmed the caviar. Just get caviar next time. The domestic rib cap was spectacular, full of flavour and obviously really tender. Wife had the black cod, who gets fish in a steakhouse. Kidding aside it was excellent if you don't want steak. Side were done perfect: pomme puree, fries , brussells, Mac and cheese. Our kids were there as well hence the 4 sides. They also said the rib cap is the best steak they have had. Will be back even though we like to try new spots.
My medium steak was delivered medium well/well done.
I don't like to complain, but I did ask our server what temp he would call the steak, which he agreed was much overcooked. After an awkward silence he asked me what I wanted him to do. I rarely feel comfortable sharing mistakes at restaurants, when he placed this back on me it' doubled down on the awkward/uncomfortable experience. I'm not sure why he didn't immediately suggest a re-fire when the $87 steak was cooked wrong. Everything else was great, but it really put a damper on the evening which was planned to be the highlight of the trip.

One of the best meals I've ever had, the filet mignon was excellent, bone marrow and the mashed potatoes with black truffle might've been my favorite. Also their signature old fashioned hit the spot. Service is also top notch but bring your wallet it's all high dollar
Wow this place is so beautiful.
We were lucky enough to sit on the patio. I came on a Sunday night with a group of girls. We ordered a few cocktails before dinner and they were delicious. We also had the rose espresso martini after dinner which was perfect with their desserts. I loved the chicken it was juicy and went perfect with their crispy Brussel sprouts. I loved being able to choose which knife to use. There was plenty to choose from and the server helped me find the best fit for me. It was a fun experience and our server made sure to fill our empty glasses of wine and get anything out of the way. I am looking forward to coming back here
One again Carversteak did not disappoint.
Our server Jen was outstanding! We had the 18oz Ribeye and Atlantic Salmon and split them between us. They sliced the steak and divided the wedge salad for us. This is one of our must go to places in Vegas. It is also nice that we usually stay at Resorts World.
Great food and service.
Our server, Anthony was friendly, knowledgeable and provided great service. Second visit and will definitely be back.
Great service and quality of food.
Great customer experience especially with ability to select your own steak knives.
Absolutely amazing!! Highly recommend.
We were first time diners last night for dinner at Carversteak. The staff are top notch, the food is outstanding, and all in all had an exceptional meal and dining experience. Will definitely be back. A++++
We had a group of 17 recently dine at Carver.
we had made our reservation for the "Knife Room" months in advance, knowing it would be a busy weekend. At the last minute they changed our reservation to an hour earlier and when we got there, we were told our reservation had been bumped somehow and we no longer had the room we reserved. Their initial solution was to scatter us all around the restaurant, in different dining areas. After the manager getting snippy with our host, we were all seated in one area, with a table for 4, one for 8, and the rest sitting at the bar. The best part of the meal was a cocktail that the bartender made. The rest of the meal was "insult to injury". My ribcap steak was awful - charred on the outside and bloody on the inside (I asked for medium plus to medium well), another lady at my table had an awful steak, as did 3 others in the party of 17. Food was lukewarm, at best, when it came out. The whole experience ruined the entire evening. We've eaten there several times and it's been great, but the dismissive treatment, along with the horrible food has pretty much cemented it: We won't set foot in there again.
I very very happy with this meal.
. everything hit very nicely.. Foie gras on a bread pudding was fabulous! French onion soup was one of better if not best. The rib eye cap was scary at first.. you see the picture how black it is. But inside was perfect medium rare. The black part gave it a thin crispy shell .. the flavor was sooo good. Potatoes au gratin was very good. The crispy Brussel sprouts was not the crispest.. however, the flavor of how they cooked was so tasty , it makes up for it. My ice tea was top notch!! Good flavor but not over extracted. Free refills!! This place is a winner in my opinion
Don’t sit by the front door.
If you are seated by the front door, save yourself $$$… walk out. What a poor design for a high end steakhouse. If there was a barrier or a divider, that’d help. Felt like we were in a low end diner. Food was really good but the constant door opening totally diminished the experience.
great service and atmosphere, some great food but a little bland on the steak
booked for dinner in advance on the day we are checking into resorts world. was there at the earliest slot around 530pm so it was empty and quiet. but it starts to fill up quickly nearer to 7pm and did get a little noisier but atmosphere was still good. like the interior design overall. service wise was excellent with a special shoutout to Sophia. attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. able to answer most of my random questions about the food and made something special happen for us on for our honeymoon. food wise i would say pretty good overall, loved the garlic butter bread/bun thingy at the start, please try it! started with 2 apps, the cheesey beef slider and the brussels sprouts. we thought the brussels sprouts was outstanding and very tasty. the sliders were good as well, will delight you if u are a beef and cheese lover in general. had a cod and an aged steak for entrées. cod was beautifully cooked and seasoned. enjoyed it. steak was honestly just ok, we felt it wasn’t seasoned enough, i needed to add salt and pepper to it. perhaps u really need to add on the sauce which had to be ordered separately for a cost. dessert was a really rich and huge chocolate to share and we couldn’t even finish half after everything we ate. so was kindly packed in a to go box for us to bring back to our room. the glass of wine i had (mid range) was pretty smooth as well. overall good experience except a little hiccup on the bill at the end where i was charged 2 glasses of wine when i only had one. could have easily missed it if i didn’t just happen to decide to look thru’ the bill which i normally don’t. however Sophia quickly sorted it out which we appreciated. value for money wise i will think its just ok, for the prices they are charging, i think the review for the food does have to be strict and for me thats a 4 stars in my opinion. but 5 stars for service and atmosphere.
Excellent food & service at a private dinner
We booked a private event during Super Bowl weekend with cocktails on the terrace & dinner in a private room. They did a great job with service and all of the food was delicious. We enjoyed the seafood tower, tomahawk steak, miso cod, filets and sides. Conveniently located near the entrance of the Conrad & Crockford Hotel with easy access to enter & exit.
There are better options
Not worth it! Food is only good. Not great. Reservations not honored. Gave away our table. Kept us waiting for twenty minutes. We got a round table as requested but location ( inside) was freezing. Staff said our table is known to be cold but no extra heaters or blankets were available. So they knew there was an issue but had no solutions Server was pleasant but took forever to come around. Drinks took a long time . Long pause between courses. Hamachi was good. Pork belly and steak tartare were lacking. The fillet mignon was perfectly delicious. American wagu and strip loin better than the ribeye which was over cooked. Black cod was tasty. Sides were fine. We enjoyed many of the other Vegas venues much more. And for sure better steak houses

Disappointed with this restaurant. The reservation system was great and we were sat right away. Went on a Friday night during NFR, busy but plenty of open tables. The hostesses were incredibly nice. We sat on the “patio” which was a nice temperature until the overhead heatlamps kick on every 10 minutes and melt you. We ordered waters and drinks, which took 20 minutes. Our waiter came over to get our food order before we got drinks. We got two steaks, a filet and a ribeye, and the scallops with potato purée and sprouts. The bread arrived pretty quick and was good. About 20 minutes later they came by with the knife box for us to pick our knives, which is a big deal there. We thought that meant our meals were coming. We were wrong… 40 minutes later our dinner arrived. During this time our drinks were empty half of the time. I really don’t think we would have minded the wait if our drinks were full. The scallops were delicious as were the sides. The filet was a little over cooked but the ribeye was good. The side of bernaise sauce was separated. They offered dessert but we were worried about how long it would take. There’s definitely better steakhouses on the strip.
The seating area. Most important.
This review is not about the food but the seating area. (Food and service good as one would expect with the prices charged) We were there in June 2023 and denied the main dining room and placed in an outer area. The continuously opening main door gave a wind tunnel experience which was not conducive to the enjoyment of high end dining and wines. Fast forward to tonight (22nd Nov. 2023). I had booked our table for two, four weeks ago, but when we arrived earlier this evening, we were ushered to the same table in the outer area! Only when I remonstrated with a member of staff were we given a table in the main dining area. We are frequent visitors to Vegas, not so much for the gambling, but for the fine dining. We are unlikely to visit Carversteak again, as we are reluctant to go through the same procedure where it seems one is offered the outer seating area, and only when one complains, is one given access to the holy inner sanctum. I hope this review is helpful for future guests.
It was worth the work
Definitely worth visiting! Excellent meat, lobster and Brussels sprouts! Delicious cocktails and very good service!
Absolutely Wonderful
This restaurant fires on all cylinders: great décor, table spacing, lighting, food and service. We were skeptical at first as there was a long line for our early 5pm reservation. But it moves fast, and we were seated within a few minutes. We had a booth that was just wonderful. There is excellent spacing between the tables, so you don’t hear your neighbor’s conversation. The dried flower arrangements throughout are gorgeous. But wish they could have different artwork than the same themed picture on each wall. Lighting is perfect, as was service. Started by sharing the Yellowtail Sashimi that was amazing. We had the wagu ribcap steak that was perfectly done and delicious. Ditto for the Caesar and crispy brussel sprouts. Only complaint was the music was too loud for us. Just an excellent restaurant to enjoy.
Fantastic food, great service.
My wife and I visited this restaurant to celebrate a birthday whilst staying at Resorts World Casino. We’d heard good reviews and were not disappointed. Although the restaurant was quite dark, that didn’t spoil the overall experience. The food was amazing, really great tasting steaks and huge portions. We shared steak fries and onion rings and there was more than we needed. The French Onion Soup was also really tasty. The service was fantastic, the staff were very attentive and went out of their way to make the experience special. I’d highly recommend this restaurant, having been to numerous steak restaurants in Vegas, for flavour, this place beats them all.
Pay attention to your check especially if you ask to split!
We were there to celebrate but.. 1. The chimichuri came 10 minutes after we got the stakes. 2. We asked to split the check, we got the splinted checks, we signed and suddenly just one of us charged for the check.. 3. The manager who spoke with me was really not polite. Instead of taking responsibility he said “ mistakes happen to everyone even you make mistakes”. I told him I don’t like the way he talk and we will not come to this restaurant again. So just FYI they can charge you whatever and whenever they want, even if you actually got the check and signed on it. So not professional!

Great Service - amazing dinner!!
Read about the site in NYT and bought a reservation at Mother Wolf in LA 2 days later. Worked great and the food was amazing!!!
Worked perfectly!
Got the reservation (that I couldn't get anywhere else) and was able to entertain a group of friends at the infamous Bern's Steakhouse.
Got into Nobu Malibu
Wonderful! My parents are visiting and we have wanted to go to Nobu Malibu for years. I tried getting a reservation myself but it was next to impossible. So glad I was able to buy a reservation on appointment trader for a decent price!
Very easy
Was very hesitant going into this experience but am glad to say that it worked out very well ! will definitely use appointment trader in the future
Fabulous Lunch
I was veeeeeerry skeptical that this would work, particularly at a restaurant as hard to get into as Nobu Malibu, and it was perfect! We had lunch outside on the patio and it was fabulous!
Great reviewer team
Just wanted to take a second to shout out the reviewer team. Even though they probably review hundreds of listings and bids a day, they still take the time to leave great comments and respond relatively quickly. Thanks!
Incredible
I got a reservation to Don Angie, which I've been trying to book for weeks! I am very happy with this service.
Best platform out there!
Super simple, easy, and fast to secure reservations for hard-to-get restaurants and locations!
This app is life changing
This app has opened my world up to so many wonderful new experiences I would never have the chance to have without access to this awesome app! 10/10!
Worked perfectly
Was a little nervous at first but was pleased to see that the booking went through flawlessly.
Highly recommended.
Success on Short Notice
Was able to snag an indoor table at Don Angie through an absolutely seamless worry-free process.
Worked perfectly, thank you!
This is a crazy holiday season in NYC and I was very pleasantly surprised to see that AppointmentTrader works! Will be using again!

So glad I came across this app :)
Quick table in Miami
I didn’t have my hopes high as it was a party of 4. In 24 hours I had a carbone reservation available! I was very happy as my family really wanted to come here

Worked perfectly to get into Carbone. So delighted
perfect
Worked well, got me into a restaurant with no availability
I was skeptical, and I still don't really know how they managed to find this hard-to-find reservation, but it was a win-win from my point of view, and I'll use this service again.
Last minute reservation for Delilah Las Vegas
Got a last minute reservation, dinner for 2 at Delilah Las Vegas: super impressed! The process was simple, transaction seamless. We had an amazing time! Couldn’t be happier! 😍
It works!
Ok at this point I've attended a reservation purchased on AT by a friend and sold a reservation personally. Both worked pretty smoothly, nothing sketchy about it. A few areas for improvement including a way to more directly communicate between buyers and sellers, but the app always seems to be in development. AT customer support is really(!) responsive and helpful too if you have questions!
Money transfer
As a seller, I like the fact i have the ability now to transfer money out of my AT account and into a bank account. Makes getting the money much easier then the process before.
Love this app
Got to go to places otherwise unreachable
Easy Access
Very easy to get into one of the hardest restaurants to reserve in New York.
Whose name will my reservation be under when I arrive at the venue?
It can be under your name or a name you choose! Some reservation offers already include the AppointmentTrader Transfer Service which will transfer the reservation in to your name. If its not included you can add it on after buying the reservation for a small fee. One thing on that though: As many reservations become available at last minute, taking a reservation in someone else name is quick and great for privacy. Most reservations on AT are listed with a virtual phone number, so all you need to do is present the phone number at the hostess stand and you are good to go!
Appointment
I was waiting on the transfer for name but it hasn’t happened yet and my reservation is tonight , will it be an issue that is hasn’t changed into my name yet
Buyers interested in Bern's Steakhouse: PLEASE READ
Same goes for 4 Charles and I Sodi
Prepaid Reservation Fee
Agreed. Ultimately not addressing this month after month is clearly resulting in a drop in certain venue’s rankings & sales.
Congrats on 3 mil
🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🧨🧨🧨 now on to 30 mill!
Need to cancel a bid, not getting a response… how do I do it?
Click on "Take off the Market Option" in your portfolio
Working on your bid?
Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.
Process after bid is accepted.
Hey @EvocativeFold67, welcome to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.
Where do the Reservations on AppointmentTrader come from?
Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.
What happens if my bid expires unanswered?
Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
