TLDR: Great setting, good (if straightforward food), good drinks.The scene: This place is large, and so it can provide a variety of dining settings. Outdoor patio, bar, regular tables, private room. It's got a lot of activity and hustle (lively place). The drinks: Just a few cocktails, but they were winners and the server was quite knowledgeable about wines by the glass.The food: Great reliable thin-crust pizza, killer meatballs, generous salads. Chicken paillard wasn't my cup of tea but my friends loved it. Roast salmon was kind of meh. All the sides were delicious.Desserts: Tiramisu was very good (that's all we had).A fun night out - maybe not foodie-worthy, but everything was tasty and the place was jumping! Prices? yeah, too much but after a few drinks we didn't care.

I actually have never been to brunch at Cecconi's and boy I had no idea what I was missing out on. The brunch was so delicious.... I had the truffle scramble and it was to die for. As always everything was delicious and the service was excellent. If you have not been to brunch here you must try promise you won't be disappointed.

I spent the night by the toilet and then ended up in the emergency room. I called Cecconi's but they don't seem to care. So I don't feel like they care about the quality of what they are serving. I am also pregnant so it was extra scary. Stay away if you want quality food.

Upon reading the yelp reviews I wasn't sure what to think because it seems like people either love or hate this place. After our meal, I can confirm Cecconis is super average and not worth the price point. They were running late with tables so even though we showed up 5 min early for our 7:45pm reservation, we were didn't get seated until 8:10pm. We ordered the following: crudité, whipped ricotta, beef carpaccio, truffle goat cheese pizza, cavatelli pasta. All of these were nothing to write home about, but I was especially annoyed with the truffle pizza because I could not taste a single speck of truffle on this and it cost a whopping $53. I even tasted a piece of truffle alone and it didn't taste like anything, but I'm pretty sure this is because they cooked the truffle in the oven and did not shave it fresh. We ended up sending this one back because it was not worth the price tag. All in all, save your money for something better unless you are just coming for the scene.

Nightmare in West Hollywood. I have traveled and dined around the world for the last 20+ years. I’ve had meals at this chain’s restaurant in Mayfair. this was the worst dining experience of my life. The food was awful. The waiter was incredibly rude, and when I tried to politely point that out to the management they made it clear that they could not care less. If you’d like to pay a lot of money and get abused for lousy food, head over to the overpriced dump. Otherwise, go anyplace else.

arrived and was quickly seated in the semi-outside bit but we were all warm since there were heaters Straight away asked if we wanted water and drinks order, our waiter kindly took a photo of us and was good We had the buratta and butternut squash soup to start, all of which were amazing and the mains were equally as good, 2 of us had the rigatoni bolognaise and the other 2 had the lobster pasta To finish we shared the tiramisu and profiteroles which were also amazing overall the service was incredible, the atmosphere and vibe was great and the food was all perfect, it’s a shame we’re only visiting LA because i could come here every week! (the photos make it look quiet however we arrived at 8:30 and the restaurant was full, id advise booking!!)

When we arrived our table was not yet ready so we had a drink inside at the bar which was very vibrant and everyone seemed to have a good time. The restaurant was beautiful but we chose to sit outside on a beautiful evening. Our waiter and all other services were to perfection. They did not rush us and the food was perfectly cooked and really good. Cannot say enough about our experience there and will definitely go there for dinner again during our next visit.

Overrated Italian Dinner My Husband took me here for my 40th Birthday dinner (we are travelling from Australia) and unfortunately it missed the mark. Hostess at the door was super rude - perhaps she needs to find a new industry to work in, followed by super mediocre food and service. Not worth the hype. Have had better Italian at my local Italian restaurant paying 1/3 of the price! Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere like try Bestia for better pasta!

We had Saturday brunch at the restaurant and it was packed with a good vibe. Our server was great offering fast service with a good attitude. The hostess however wasn't friendly at all. Our food was delicious and well prepared. We had the meatballs, focaccia and rigatoni. The prices are very high for the portion sizes so be aware.

Except from the spider inside of the cup, the knives that didn’t cut, the pizza that it’s not worth 32 dollars, the dinner was good. The only thing that I appreciated were the waiters, EDI and ADOLFO, super polite, always ready to satisfy every request. THANK YOU FOR THE DINNER! (Anyone reading this will think i’m making the spider story up. But I’m not. There was a spaceship with the shape of a spider inside of my cup) RECCOMENDATIONS: - Eliminate bugs or check at least the table before the guest seat - Buy new knives with my money - Lower the pizza price - Get a promotion for EDI and ADOLFO

Maybe I am mistaken, but something with the acoustics of that place - it is sound very loud but not because of the music. It is filled out with people but not overcrowded. There are was a mistake made with the order, so part of it we were waiting an eternity until we figure out that the waiter did not understand us right thinking that we canceled some items... Ahi tuna tartare did not look the common way, seems like wasn't properly shaped and it felt too dry. Appetizers were replaced with recooked ones. So we did not go for the main course. Among positive things - the cocktails were good. Unfortunately the place did not work for me last time...But the interior looks pretty nice and I love the striped floor around the bar...I heard a lot of positive things too about the restaurant, so I have to come back and try it one more time.

Went here with two friends who ordered a good amount of food, but I only had a couple bites... everything was really good. I'm not really a lunch person, so I had a couple espresso martinis. I had pasta with truffle and salad with quinoa but even in the cheapest restaurant I ate tastier than here. The restaurant was very dirty, sofas stink. They brought champagne in a glass there was hair, the fork was in tomato paste((I'm even ashamed to write so many bad reviews about one restaurant, but it all happened to meonly the waiter was good in this restaurant, he felt guilty when something was wrong all the time.

Was in LA last week to visit and had a delicious dinner with my friend. I ordered an espresso martinis and a pizza, my friend ordered a glass of wine and pizza. Pizza was delicious, espresso martini could have been stronger. We sat outside, service was slightly slower than I was hoping but it was also a busy night! Would recommend for date night spot or girls night out!

The vegan sausage pizza tastes better than regular sausage and the hemp aioli made it so creamy and to die for. Filet minion was cooked perfectly. The only thing they could improve upon is the wait times and service. The waiter seemed a little stressed and spread thin, he barely checked in on us and it wasn't even packed. We went during lunch time. The appetizer came before our drinks lol and we had to ask to order our lunch. They maybe need more staff on hand. But overall the food was good. I'd come back.

Don't accept reservations for parties over 4 online and request a call. I've called 6 times over the last 3 days and nobody answers the phone. Their voicemail says to email them which I did, 2 days and no reply. Very poor service, really disappointing. I've eaten here before when I was in town a couple years ago and wanted to bring a group back because I remember enjoying it. Maybe I dodged a bullet coming back if this is the level of service they're giving now.

There was food on the floor I stepped on and i slipped and fell. The manager (Ray) came to ask how I feel. I hurt my knee but decided don't ruin the evening and enjoy the dinner and told him I wont file complaint. However, dining experience was far from pleasant. The waiter didn't give us any recommendations or explained the menu. Our orders were messed up. For example, instead of truffle pizza we got Buffalo pizza. Instead of tomato basil spaghetti got some spicy pasta. I must say we got our correct orders eventually. Btw, the octopus was very dried. "Catch me if you can " describes the service here.But the management is even more weird. After I said I'm not having intentions to file a complaint, we were completely disregarded. We moved to the bar and i tried to get the manager attention but we were ignored. It's very FRUSTRATING. PS. After the "fall" incident with oily slippery food on the floor I would think they could be more careful and clean. But not ... watch your steps please ... speacially wearing heels.Definitely, gonna address my concerns to the top management. I do hope my review won't stop people to enjoy this chain in Miami or New York as there they take customer service serous and food experience is really good.

Ok at this point I've attended a reservation purchased on AT by a friend and sold a reservation personally. Both worked pretty smoothly, nothing sketchy about it. A few areas for improvement including a way to more directly communicate between buyers and sellers, but the app always seems to be in development. AT customer support is really(!) responsive and helpful too if you have questions!

Best Answer It can be under your name or a name you choose! Some reservation offers already include the AppointmentTrader Transfer Service which will transfer the reservation in to your name. If its not included you can add it on after buying the reservation for a small fee. One thing on that though: As many reservations become available at last minute, taking a reservation in someone else name is quick and great for privacy. Most reservations on AT are listed with a virtual phone number, so all you need to do is present the phone number at the hostess stand and you are good to go!

Best Answer Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

Best Answer Hey @EvocativeFold67, welcome to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Best Answer Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.

What happens if my bid expires unanswered?

Best Answer Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
