Je suis venu au restaurant et je portais un short chino et je n'étais pas autorisé à entrer, ils ont dit que je ne pouvais pas entrer avec un short. Je suis allé me changer et je suis revenu. Beaucoup de gens étaient assis en short quand je suis entré et ce n'était pas agréable du tout, je ne le recommanderais certainement pas. mauvaise gestion ne recommanderais pas I came to the restaurant and I was wearing chino shorts and I wasn't allowed in, they said I couldn't come in with shorts on. I went to change and came back. Lots of people were sitting in shorts when I walked in and it wasn't pleasant at all, definitely wouldn't recommend. poor management would not recommend

The menu and especially the location was so promising, but the actual food and service sadly disappointed. Service was lackluster despite it not being a full dining room, and so obviously looking to take advantage of tourists. Food varied from underwhelming to meh to ok, depending on the dish. Overall not worth the price - you can get such better food elsewhere.

We had a reservation at 20:00h. We were stuck in traffic and arrived at 20:22h. The very rude (typical French) hostess refused to give us a table!!! She said the keep it max 20 min. I got upset and even misbehaved somewhat, as we really were looking forward to having dinner at Coco. As a pro the gentleman at the desk gave at least some explanation. Enfin, if you go (we will never ever again) BE ON TIME!

We were given our table on time ok. The restaurant was full and we didn't had the best table but it was pleasant. The quality of our food was great the presentation was lovely . I think it is a bit overpriced. From our stay in Paris it was our most expensive check and we went to very similar restaurants. One thing I disliked was our waiter suggesting us to leave a tip . We usually do it if the service is great but I do know that it is not an obligation but a reward to a great service .

Appalling service. After being seated at a cramped table that faced directly out of the entrance, we asked to move. Despite the restaurant being completely empty (aside from two other couples) we were told that we weren't allowed to move, as they were ‘fully booked’ We questioned again, and pointed out there were many free tables - only to be told ‘it is not possible’ very rudely. After this, the waitress stormed off. Eventually, after several conversations with three different staff members, they eventually let us move - however it was obvious by their attitude they weren’t happy about it. The food was ok, but pretty average & defiantly not worth the price tag Definitely wouldn’t recommend, have never experienced such awful service ever.

July 18 it was 38C at 19:00 yet we had to queue outside in the heat for 15 mins. Then after queuing I was told that even despite the heat that shorts were not allowed. The dress code says casual chic. There is 1 receptionist and 2 bouncers (I guess to deal with the upset customers from the previous 15 mins). I dont normally write reviews but what pushed me was the way I was treated. It wasnt friendly, it was disrespectful and I was embarrassed. I have been here before and the food and setting is nice. But the attitude left me extremely upset. I dont remember the food, Ill never forget how I felt yesterday.

I was recommended to this restaurant, pretty ambience, we manage to get a table for 2 without reservation and seated outdoors, really close to the plants to the extent that we had some "friends" from the plants greeted us in the dish. I asked for hot water and it came in a teapot which contained black foreign substances and it was said to be tea leaves confidently by the server when I asked, which looked and smelled more like cigarette ashes to me. To our dismay, in less than 2m of distance between our table, there were a group of 6 girls seated directly diagonal from us and we definitely did not enjoy our dinner had we were told about the reservation right behind us. We would really appreciate if the server informed us earlier and we would happily take the indoor seatings. Let me share something, the best is yet to come after all this drama. When I asked for the bill, server came with a receipt for about $100 for 2 mains and one appetizer. When I said I will settle in cash, server said let me get you a fresh bill and it was an added EUR21 for no good reason, If the service was great I would gladly have paid for it. To date, I sent an email to the restaurant to check on the total bill I would have to pay for my meal and there is no reply. Perhaps, they should name themselves "Coco With Hidden Charge" We had a chicken and a cod for main, a langoustine ravioli appetizer. I suspect the restaurant changes the menu from time to time so as tourists like myself may not be able to dispute about the bill incurred. Where I come from, service in a simple cafe would have been simply 100% better, even a Starbucks barista would have served me better than the so called "posh" Coco Restaurant. I do not usually leave reviews like this, but honestly I am quite appalled by the entire experience in a restaurant that would so called represent or symbolize a city like Paris. They might be thriving because of their location and popularity, however if the service continues to be at such sub par standard, I really think the managers should take a good look if they even bother to reply my e-mail. My two cents worth of advice, do not bother going there for meals. I believe there are way better underrated restaurants around the city that is worth every penny of yours.

The food was so good that we convinced our friends to come back two days later for lunch. They agreed!!! The starters alone made me fall in love with the place. I could have had the ceviche and the smoked beef all day long. The cod gnocchi was elegant and delicious. Delicious. The profiteroles and the chocolate hazelnut dessert (I forget the name) was to die for. The service was impeccable. Sit outdoors if you can. It was just wonderful.

My friends and I were here on a girls trip and we're so excited to try this restaurant. We only brought small luggages with us so we all only had one "fancy" dress each. We showed up to the restaurant and got turned away because we were not dressed up enough. There were plenty of other tourist and the workers pretended they didn't speak English like the rest of the customers. Not to mention it was pouring rain when we walked up and they left us outside to wait just to tell us we were not allowed to be seated and it was "impossible". If you are planning to eat here dress to the nines or you will be turned away.

The ambiance is fantastic and the live music and DJ nights are so much fun. The food is beautifully plated and perfect portions. The wine selection is plentiful. Every time we have eaten here is was a memorable experience- merci!!!!!
