I came here before the pandemic several years ago and to this day, this is still one of the best meals I've ever had in my life. Hell's Kitchen is one of the best restaurants in Las Vegas and it is totally worth the effort to come here!I came here for lunch with a friend while we were here on vacation and we were actually able to get seated right away with no reservations as there was seating available for 2 at the bar which we counted ourselves very lucky as lots of other people were waiting out at the entrance. When we were seated, we ordered cocktails where I chose the meet your maker which was delightfully refreshing and we both decided on getting the lunch prix fixe menu which came in 3 courses and we also ordered some appetizers including the seared scallops and lobster risotto!Caesar Salad -The caesar salad is one of the best I've ever had and it was delicious! It is a very refreshing start to the heavier main course. There is a good amount of dressing and the croutons with the parmesan cheese frico gave a nice textural crunch with each and every bite!Beef Wellington -Man oh man was this amazing! The first bite I took left me speechless. The beef inside was so tender and the puff pastry on the outside was flaky and crispy! The potato puree with the demi-glace paired really well together and this dish is worth all the hype and talk that I had heard over the years! It is a MUST TRY when you go here!Sticky Toffee Pudding - One of the best desserts I've had up to that point and the portion is fairly big so its definitely a shareable dessert and I loved how soft the pudding was with the dulce de leche ice cream on top! Seared Scallops & Lobster Risotto -Both dishes were amazing. The seared scallops were cooked perfectly with the corn puree below paired well together with the bacon lardons which added some nice fattiness combined made the dish delicious. The lobster risotto was rich and creamy and the lobster was cooked well and made the dish overall very decadent!Service here was amazing and the staff at the bar were very courteous and helpful and always checked up on us to make sure we were satisfied. If you want some amazing food and service, come to Hell's Kitchen! You won't be disappointed and reservations are highly recommended for big parties but you might get lucky if you stop by for lunch and get bar seating! 5/5 all the way!

One of the most in-demand restaurants in LV because of the reality TV and of course, it's by Gordon Ramsay. Make sure to reserve far in advance if you have a big party, especially during the weekends. If just the 2 of you, you can probably snag a seat at the bar without a reservation. We started with a dozen oysters and their famous Smoked Old Fashioned. Oysters were super fresh and good size and the Old Fashioned was very well made. The presentation was fantastic as well. For the 2nd course, we got the Seared Foie Gras and Pan-Seared Scallops. Both were delicious. As for the main courses, we shared the Prime Dry Aged NY Strip and of course, the star of the show, Beef Wellington. The strip was just OK but the Wellington, OMG. Seriously, it was perfection. The shell was golden brown and flaky and inside was cooked with precision. Rare in the middle and you can see the different layers from the middle. Just exquisite. We also got a side of Mac N Cheese and Wild Mushrooms. Definitely, the Mac N Cheese was the winner. For dessert, we couldn't resist the Sticky Toffee. It was simply divine.Overall it was a great experience. Expensive but worth it especially if you're familiar with the show. Just like in the show, the open kitchen is divided into 2 (red vs blue). My only gripe was the table (tables) looked cheap. No white table cloth here. Ours were actually scratched-up wood so it needs some refinishing.

Amazing experience with Charles, our waiter, at Hell's Kitchen today. Everything we order was wonderful (scallops, lobster risotto, beef Wellington, Mac and cheese, dessert). Definitely an experience to remember.

Had an awesome time here celebrating 50th birthday of a friend. Tried signature beef Wellington which did not disappoint!! The service was super slow though. That was the one huge drawback.

Over priced tiny portions
In short my title says it all. The noise in the place was deafening my ears hurt for days.
Food quality was OK but the price and portion size are $$$ and Small. The wait staff was good.

Words cannot describe how underwhelming this experience was.
Thank god I didn't pay for it. I used comps. Fine dining on the strip is generally over rated and over priced, however there are still some good options. HK is not one of them. As others have said, this place is nothing short of a tourist trap. Lobster risotto - ok. Lobster cooked well. Foie Gras/macaroon - the smoke overwhelmed the entire dish. The macaroon was from a vending machineBeef tartare - just ok. Lots of salt. Served with cheap cracker crisps that taste like communion cookiesBeef Wellington- The holy grail, right? Wrong. So underwhelming. The beef Wellington I make at my house blows this out of the water. This welly has no flavor and it didn't even appear there was prosciutto present. Sticky toffee pudding- you'll love it if you like super sweet desserts. The best part of our meal was the service. No complaints there. I would never dream of revisiting HK. I'll take Old Homestead any day of the week and it's also nothing special.

So we had no reservations but walked in a got a seat at the bar. Jose was fantastic! I ordered the. Braised short rib which was absolutely amazing! The crispy potato and cook spinach was the perfect touch. I also had to try some of the sides. The macaroni and cheese was outstanding. The Brussel sprouts had great flavor. My only complaint was threat they were not hot and at best barely warm. I like my food hot so that is why I did not give them 5 stars. The peanut butter dessert was so tasty and balanced. Lastly my drink which I let Jose choose Meet your Maker which was refreshing and delicious. Check it out. Caution the bill is not for the faint at heart.

My first time eating here and I have to say this restaurant
My first time eating here and I have to say this restaurant is a "must" every time I visit Vegas. I loved the atmosphere of the restaurant. I absolutely loved the Lobster Risotto was delicious. It was so flavorful. The Sticky Toffee Pudding was amazing. My favorite dessert ever. We also got the Filet Mignon and the Chicken Scallopini and both were awesome. Every time I come I will always need to get the Lobster Risotto and the Sticky Toffee Pudding. One of my favorite restaurants in Vegas.

My sister and I visited Hell's Kitchen in Las Vegas on May
My sister and I visited Hell's Kitchen in Las Vegas on May 18, 2021. I recently found my receipt, which reminded me of how unimpressed we were. It started with shirts being sold out. Our waiter, William, Terminal 939, Table 51, had a horrible personality. A lot of the staff looked unhappy. Ours was one of the worst. On the bright side, we had a very nice window seat. It's pricey so we expected more but it started off with an awful drink that I had to exchange, which probably got William irritated. Not impressed with the pricey filet mignon and braised short ribs. Gordon Ramsay's burger restaurant in Planet Hollywood is much better. SAVE YOUR MONEY!

If I thought my experience at GR burger was amazing than this blew my mind. They say a picture is a 1000 words so I tried to capture as many pictures as I could (down below). If you have ever seen the show the Hell's Kitchen than you already know the basis of the restaurant. The kitchen is split in a red team and blue team in the show but here they all work together to make your food. You do get the feeling that you are sitting in at the set of Hell's Kitchen. As for the food, we started off with lobster risotto and scallops which are a Hell's Kitchen classic. For mains we got the world famous beef Wellington, chicken jandori, and crispy skinned salmons. All the food are mainstrays in Hell's Kitchen show and every single mains lived up to their expectations. But the final course, the thing Gordon probably meant for people to keep coming back for more with a sweet taste to leave with. His world famous legendary sticky toffee pudding is flames !!!! His dessert is just that, "LEGENDARY"!! It's brownie like texture that is made out dates with dulce de Luche ice cream with Carmel drizzle. If he opened a restaurant and just sold this, he would be making bank just off this. Anyone else could start a dessert empire based just off this dish. If you ever get a chance, I highly recommend getting reservations and going. Word is he is also opening three more locations in the states.

After hearing so much about this place, I decided to give it a try on our visit to Las Vegas! I was able to snag the last reservation of the entire weekend for Sunday at 11 am about 3 weeks in advance. Upon walking in, I was very impressed with how quickly we were seated. We initially ordered everything a-la-carte, until our waiter Sam noticed that the plates we wanted to order contained the same plates as the prefixed menu. Sam recommended us to get the prefixed menu instead and add other plates that we wanted a-la-carte so we would get the same items with an additional desert item for $20 less! We reasonably agreed with her suggestion. Dozen oysters: One of the freshest oysters I've ever had. I enjoyed their mignonette and in-house cocktail sauce that goes with the oysters. Steak tartare: The ingredients were fresh but the steak tartare was more on the bland side. This dish wasn't bad, but it also wasn't amazing. Pan seared scallops: This dish has potential. It was good, just not phenomenal. Beef Wellington: Everything about this was perfection. This was the first time I've ever tried a beef Wellington and both my boyfriend and I were blown away. The meat was super tender and I was impressed with how all the flavors of the sauce, mushroom, and prosciutto worked together to compliment the filet mignon. This is definitely a must try! Sticky toffee: This was delicious! The warm and moist cake paired really well with the ice cream. I wish it was vanilla ice cream instead of caramel ice cream because it got a tad too sweet at the end, but nevertheless, I really enjoyed eating this. Overall, this place met my expectations. The restaurant is well-lit and very clean. We were seated really quickly and we didn't have to wait long for our food either. Staffs made sure to come by and wipe down any food that dropped on the table between different dishes. I can't wait to come back for the beef Wellington and to try other dishes on the menu.

A well oiled machine, a bit too oiled.
This restaurant is a well oiled machine. The kitchen and staff are always moving. Jade was our server, pleasant enough but that was it. I was there for my birthday, my daughter and I ordered our drinks Notes from Gordon and Fear and Loathing. Drinks were large but not much alcohol. I am a lightweight and I felt nothing. I ordered the braised short ribs and my daughter ordered the pumpkin soup and the mac & cheese. The meal was at out table in about 2 minutes. It arrived before Our drinks did by quite a bit. Daughter liked the soup, the mac & cheese was good too but ours made at home is better. The short rib with the potato was absolutely fantastic. I could have ordered another one but I could never have finished it. I then ordered the scallops because I watch Gordon and the scallops all the time on TV. I swear they were at the table in one minute. They were good but I think they cut the scallops in halves horizontally. I had had better scallops the day before at the Eiffel Tower restaurant. I tried the sticky toffee pudding for dessert. It was the first time I have ever had it. It was delicious but it is a dessert that needs to be shared by 4 people. The restaurant is clean and fun to say you have eaten there. $147.06 for lunch for 2 people but the short rib alone was $44.00 but worth it to me. Food came out way to fast though.
There was a group of 8 of us we arrived before our time got seated right away and got our orders taken and delivered in a quick time. Everything was delicious we would come back if in Vegas again and they catered to one in our group that was gluten-free

Just as I had hoped! After watching the show for years I was dying to try the scallops and the beef wellington. Both were amazing!! The food was delicious. The wine was great. The service was fabulous. We had such a good time. Would highly recommend making a reservation, even at lunchtime, because it was very busy!

Ridiculously amazing food!
If you're in Vegas you do NOT want to miss this experience. The service is great, the food is unforgettable
๐
Awesome meal and experience
I ordered the 3 course meal - scallops, beef Wellington, and sticky toffee pudding. The scallops and dessert were superb but my favorite was actually the lobster risotto. It was flavorful and did not disappoint. The beef Wellington was a bit disappointing- just a hunk of meat with little flavor. My husband tried the ribeye and was also disappointed with the steak flavor.
The service was average. The waitstaff did not tell us any specials or menu/wine highlights as I would have expected given we mentioned this was our first time eating at a Gordon Ramsay establishment.
Unsure if Iโd indulge a second time at Hells Kitchen.
Second time visiting, this time was to celebrate our engagement the night before. The staff were lovely, they asked if we were celebrating and when we told them they brought over free bubbly (lovely touch).
My partner ordered the set menu with wines and I had the lobster risotto, Braised short rib and the famous sticky toffee pudding. Every single item was presented well and tasted amazing.
We were seated near the back so unable to see the kitchens (we sat near the kitchens a few years ago so it didn't bother us) but we had an amazing view of the Caesar Palace gardens and fountains this time.
Our waiter kept checking on us and our drinks were refreshed in good time. our waiter also had a good knowledge of the wines which my partner had chosen on his fixed menu.
We had a great time celebrating with amazing food and we will certainly book a meal here for our next trip to Vegas.

Hellโs Kitchen Vegas
3pm reservation, promptly seated. Didnโt even get our drinks food was on the table. Table stripped and we were out of there by 4 15pm.
Wellington was soggy, my sister had explicit request no meat, bacon came on green beans she said something the gave her Half raw beans. Short rib dry, dry, dry.No aptpetizers, one drink each and no sides nor desserts$400. What a disappointment.

Great meal and service
We had a great experience! Food was amazing, service was fantastic and the ambiance was so fun, especially if you like the Show. My family has the scallops, beef wellington and steak and all were delicious. But make reservations, most of the time it's by reservation only!!
๐
Birthday โTreatโ (not so!)
Too noisy & rushed.
Wanted to sit and have a cocktail before ordering and despite us requesting this the waitress came 3 times to take our order! Food was nice, ambience not so much. Disappointed they stuck a candle in my dessert & brought 2 spoons for my husbands birthday - since when do I share! ๐คฃ
Also remembered why I donโt like travelling to the US โฆ. tipping! $75 recommended just because we had champagne ๐
Wouldnโt go againโฆ.
My wife and I are huge fans of the show, and we knew that we had to stop while we were in Vegas for our honeymoon. We started out with the scallop appetizer (which was amazing), and I ordered the salmon, and my wife ordered the beef wellington. Both were delicious and cooked perfectly. HIGHLY recommend if you are in Vegas-fan of the show or not. The only downside is that the gifts at the gift shop are somewhat overpriced ($14 for a shot glass), but we weren't there for the souvenirs anyway.
๐
Fantastic service, fantastic food.
The scallops are incredible. The highlight of any of the meals is the sticky toffee pudding - could eat that all day, every day. Water was never empty, and the wine pairings were fantastic. Can't wait to come back here for another go!

Amazing!! If you're in Vegas or visiting you HAVE to come
Amazing!! If you're in Vegas or visiting you HAVE to come here atleast once for the experience and food. I order the salmon entree and the skin on the salmon was chefs kiss!! They weren't lying about it being a signature meal because it really is amazing. Our waiter John F was super sweet and an amazing host! Super attentive and gave us good recommendations! Will come here again definitely 10/10! And the toffee cake dessert was super good too! Must try.

Very good food but service was average.

We are huge fans of the show so when we decided to get married in Las Vegas, this was a MUST! I made reservations in January for March and I'm glad I did. Our wedding dinner was perfect! Hands down, the best dinner ever. The beef wellington (me) and filet (him) just melted in our mouth. I also had the scallops which were amazing. We both indulged on the sticky toffee pudding for dessert/wedding cake! Wow! We couldn't finish it and were sad to leave it. We were so full and satisfied when we left. I couldn't decide on a cocktail and John, our waiter, asked what I liked on the menu and helped me decide on the Notes from Gordon drink. Wow! SO delicious and it included a hilarious Gordon quote from the show. John was professional and excellent! When a waiter knows everything on the menu - the tastes, the ingredients, etc. - it shows so much about the restaurant AND the waiter. We got to talk sporadically about his experience working there, meeting Gordon and Christina and he took us up by the kitchen for a picture! He made sure our experience was the best it could be - and it was. We will remember this night forever. Thank you John. When we watch the show, we will remember this dinner and all the tastes, smells and sounds. It was well worth the cost. Next time -- we must have the risotto! Thank you for making our wedding dinner so memorable. Maybe I'll need to get those recipes and attempt to recreate them.

Great atmosphere, outstanding service but the food did not live up to the hype. This is one of those occasions where expectations did not meet reality. The menu was limited and my dish needed salt to add taste. I had the crispy Salmon and, although it was perfectly cooked, it was lacking on flavor.I gave this restaurant 4 stars because it was a well oiled operation, but you need to lower your expectations if/when you decide to come here.Extremely overpriced for the overall experience.

Being a fan of the show, ย I've been wanting to check this
Being a fan of the show, I've been wanting to check this place out for a while, and finally had the opportunity earlier this month. My mom, dad, cousin and I went to celebrate my mom's birthday and we all LOVED it.Some of the items we ordered were scallops, lobster risotto, steak tartare, foie Gras, beef wellington, filet mignon and green beans. Our meal was OUTSTANDING! Every single thing was beautiful and delicious! The scallops melted in your mouth, the risotto was light and creamy, and the meat was cooked perfectly. We were so full after indulging in all of these tasty treats that we didn't leave room for dessert, but since my Dad had ordered the pre fixe meal, and it was my mother's birthday, they brought us out two orders of sticky toffee pudding and OH MY GOD, am I glad they did!! I am not a big dessert person, but this was one of the best desserts I've ever had. I have dreams about this sticky toffee pudding now. If I were on death row and given the choice of a last meal, Gordon Ramsey's sticky toffee pudding would be at the top on my list! Please do yourself a favor and check this place out. You will not be disappointed!

I was expecting a touristy type experience, but the food
I was expecting a touristy type experience, but the food and service was excellent! This place was super busy at 11:45am! We came during lunch because this was the only available reservation time. Plan on making your reservations at least 3 weeks before you visit. I trusted the recommended dishes by our server and he was so right! The beef Wellington is a must and the lobster risotto. We also had the braised short rib. Super tender and flavorful. Their beef Wellington's are all individually cooked, not sliced from a larger tenderloin. The filet was so tender, probably the most tender filet I've ever had. The lobster risotto was Devine! I wanted more, but I need to save room for the other dishes. The restaurant is beautiful. Lovely contemporary decor with very high ceilings and a large open floor plan. Enjoy and plan on spending about $200+ per couple.

My boyfriend and I are huge fans of the show so dining here
My boyfriend and I are huge fans of the show so dining here was the highlight of our Vegas trip! For my drink, I ordered the Duchess - if you want a pretty drink with a little show this is perfect for you! I loved the color-changing gin and tonic that changes from blue to purple. We ordered one set of the prix fix meal that came with Seared Scallops, Beef Wellington, and Sticky Toffee Pudding. We also ordered another Beef Wellington and Lobster Risotto. The Lobster Risotto was my favorite! Soo creamy with that delicious truffle flavor coming through. The lobster was on point and not rubbery at all - I practically licked the plate clean! The scallops were cooked beautifully with just the right amount of sear. We loved the celery root purรฉe the scallops came with and the apple garnish was a refreshing addition. The Beef Wellington was a perfect medium rare. The presentation is stunning and the mushroom duxelles with the red wine demi-glaze was so unique. Our server Heidi was so sweet and gave us an extra Sticky Toffee for my birthday! Basically a brownie topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. We both thought this was wayyy too sweet for us so we only were able to finish half of it; however, if you have a sweet tooth you'll definitely enjoy this.Honestly, the meal was a bit pricier than should be for the amount of food you get, but the quality really does make up for it. I truly can't fault how any of the items we ordered were cooked. The service was perfect and we loved being seated so close to the open kitchen for the full experience!

.a perfect! The dessert! The pudding was SO good! Delicious.. i wish i could order and bring this here in the bay area. Everything about our dinner was perfect! I had a caesar salad so nothing special about that but the onion soup that my son had, i tasted and i could eat the wholething! I wish i had ordered that instead.. over all it was perfect! Glad we ate there.. given the opportunity to go back again and again
Food was good but was pricy. For the price I was expecting something a little more upscale and intimate. Kind of just seems like a typical chain restaurant just more expensive.

I've been wanting to try this restaurant and it did not disappoint! What an amazing meal we had! Me and my friend got the three course meal and it was so good! Finally satisfied with the entire experience
When we knew we were going to Las Vegas we immediately started booking the top restaurants. After watching Gordon Ramsey on his show. We said โletโs go there and see if heโs as good as he thinks he isโ
It was impossible to get a dinner reservation even three weeks out so we decided to have a late lunch before the show.
I love gourmet food and was very excited about their menu that included four gras, steak tartare, beef Wellington , salmon etc.
The menu is limited which I feel is a very smart thing to do. Focus on what you do best
The four gras was spectacular accompanied by a pear and a macaroon cookie. We almost ordered a second round. We decided to split a beef Wellington , unbelievable. Donโt ask for well done they will look at you and politely tell you your in the wrong restaurant. Good for them. We also split the Brussel sprouts. They are sweet and Spicy. Great recipe
After all that food and two smoked bourbon old fashions each we decided to pass on dessert. The waiter told us we couldnโt leave without trying the Sticky toffee pudding. Oh my god there wasnโt a single morsel left on the plate
All in all this restaurant is the only place Iโve been to in many years where we left saying that was fantastic. Canโt wait to come back.
I rate you my best pic for 2021-22

The best beef Wellington on this whole entire planet.
As well as their scallops!! Cooked to perfection and service is outstanding! The hype is real when it comes to Hell's Kitchen! Everything you've heard or read about this place is nothing but the truth! Dallas very short from perfection.
๐
Fantastic! Everything I wanted it to be.
The food is grand. Lobster risotto was the creamiest risotto I've ever had. The beef wellington made me want to give up all other food and eat just wellingtons forever. I almost died of mouth orgasm happiness. Then I died again for similar reasons over the sticky toffee pudding. People let me tell you...he is not Gordon 'the ram' Ramsay for no reason. He is a food god.

What an amazing experience! We didn't have a reservation
What an amazing experience! We didn't have a reservation but my Wife and I had just renewed our vows, so we decided to take a chance and ask the host if there were any options for walk-in guests. They were able to seat us at the bar, and we were very happy with this experience. We dined on 3/13/2022 around 2:30pm. Cat and Brian were our Bartenders and were very entertaining. Immediately after finding out about our vow renewals that poured us champagne. They kept us laughing and engaged the whole meal. Hell's Kitchen has been on my bucket list for a very long time. I follow Chef Ramsay in all that he does, including reading both his biography and autobiography. I watch of his TV series including those that are only shown on BBC. Back to the food:We started with Smoke on the Boulevard I believe it was called, a bourbon drink with orange bitters and made with real smoke in a capsule table side. It was an amazing show to watch the bartender make this! Definitely order one of the smoking drinks if you visit! We also ordered a glass of Gordon's Reserve Cabernet which I found to be full of flavor with a lovely plum forward and paired very well with my short ribs that I ordered. My wife ordered from the Prixe Fix menu, $(89.95) and was very pleased with her choices. She ordered the Pan seared Scallops, beef Wellington, and sticky toffee pudding. This prixe fix is also available with a wine pairing for each course. I ordered the lobster risotto, boneless braised short ribs, and we were given a salted peanut decadence. We also ordered a side of Brussel Sprouts and Wine and Shallot braised mushrooms. The appetizers were amazing! The scallops were very flavorful and the sauce was a great accompaniment, however, I would order the lobster risotto again in a heartbeat. It just screams, GORDON RAMSAY & HELLS KITCHEN! It was amazing light and airy, buttery, and the flavor was like heaven. The lobster was poached perfectly and added to the flavor of the risotto, instead of taking away the starring flavor of the risotto. The entrees:Beef Wellington.... OMG... I have to be honest it was hard to not each order a Wellington, but I had to try more of Gordon's signature dishes. The flavor of this dish is absolutely incredible. The filet was cooked perfectly medium rare which is not easy to do in a Wellington. The potato purรฉe it sat on, was flavorful and creamy. We ordered a side of brussel sprouts and they fit really well with this dish. We were warned they can get a little spicy so the bartender suggested we get the chili sauce on the side. After trying the sauce, it was more of a sweet heat than spicy heat. I ordered the short ribs, and let me tell you, the term fall off the bone has a new meaning after you try these. It was served on a potato pancake, and all of the flavors combined meshed so well together. The wine and shallot mushrooms that we ordered also accompanied this dish perfectly. Kudos to the Chef and the Red and Blue kitchen (since I don't know where this came from). I'm not a huge fan of dessert, it has to be something really special for me to waste my calories on it. And I have to tell you, The Sticky Toffee Pudding was worth all of it and more! It was soft and the accompaniment of the vanilla ice cream was an excellent touch. The salted peanut decadence was given to us as a congratulations for our renewal, and although I only had one bite of that because I was completely STUFFED, it was flavorful and the bottom tasted like it had a waffle type cookie on the bottom. Overall, Hell's Kitchen isn't cheap, but let me tell you this. I do not regret for one second spending the money I spent there. It was worth EVERY SINGLE DOLLAR. This won't be the last time I visit this amazing restaurant. Very special thank-you to Cat, Brian, Jason, Manny, and the incredible hosting team!

We went for a special occasion (birthday) and noted that on the reservation. When we arrived we waited in line for a bit and were seated about ten minutes after our reservation time because of the line to check in. Our table was by the window. Lots of light in the restaurant and very spacious and clean. Our server talked about the show (20+ seasons) and explained the menu to us. He also wished our friend Happy Birthday right away. We order a few dishes to split. Everything was light and delicious. Presentation was beautiful. Recommend sharing plates so you get to try more. Prices were on the high end, but worth it. Not over priced, just pricey. We got drinks and the friend with a birthday was given a glass of champagne. There was noise in the restaurant, but wasn't too noisy. Everyone was so nice. I'd definitely go back for a special occasion.

One of the best experiences in my life.
The food, drink, environment, staff, everything was perfect. Although you need to book in way advance, but it has definitely worth it. Try the chef signature course.

Overall good experience at Hell's Kitchen.
Our reservation was for 4:45 on a Wednesday but we weren't seated until 5:15. They sat us towards the back of the restaurant by the fountain. Watching the sunset during our dinner was great, really added to the experience. Once we were seated the servers were very attentive. I ordered the Fear & Loathing cocktail made with mezcal. One of the better mezcal cocktails I've had, just the right amount of sweet but not too sweet. Once I saw the pre fixe menu I knew that was the best bang for my buck but we also ordered other appetizers. I am an oyster girl so I had to get them...kind of wish I didn't. They were very disappointing. The oysters themselves were maybe the size of a dime. We did love the lobster risotto! The lobster was tender, not over done and the risotto itself was very flavorful. Our entrees were great. The Beef Wellington was cooked perfectly. If you're not a fan of mushroom or medium rare I don't suggest ordering but I LOVED. For dessert we ordered the Sticky Toffee Pudding & Coconut Dessert. Umm both were amazing and really were the perfect ending to our feast.
