The entrance is very nice as it is a representation of the Chunnel from London to Paris. As the restaurant is located in the hotel Paris in Las Vegas. The JIDORI CHICKEN BREASTconfit marble potatoes, thigh meat croquette, braised baby leeks, chicken jus beurre monte was very good. The steak was so tender. The lamb was excellent. Great experience and waiter was great. Will visit again on next trip to Vegas.
Service was great. Somehow we ended up with the same booth as the previous visit last summer which was a nice surprise. Mac and cheese is the best.
🤢
Overpriced and disregarded an onion allergy.
We told our waiter about a serious onion allergy as soon as we sat down. He made sure the steak dish was fine, but regretted to inform us that the bread has onions in it and our slider app also had crispy fried onions on the bottom. We found both of those out the hard way after a bite. Disappointed to say the least. The booths are nice upstairs though, definitely quieter than the first floor.
😒
The Good: The food was very good.
The beef Wellington was good. The Bad: They made us wait 30 minutes past our reservation time (party of ten) for seating, then put us upstairs in a room with another group of 14 men celebrating a bachelor party. They were unapologetic about the delay (advised me that others were extending their stay). The bachelor party group were loud, cheering, hooting, hollering, while we were trying to have a business dinner. This was my third time dinning at this location and second with a large group. Sadly likely my last. Too many quality options at this price point to tolerate the above.
🙂

Everything perfect, service on point, place ambiance was excellence. They didn't have broccolini, unfortunately at this high scale restaurant you expect to do not get the unfortunate comment of " we ran out of that" . My steak was an experience overall the food was fantastic, great job.
🤢
The service was amazing, the drinks very good.
The worst steak my mother and I have ever had. It was very tough, lacking in flavor. I did not send back unfortunatly. Don't waste your money!
😍
By far the single best meal I have ever had in my life.
The American Wagu sliders is the best slider I've ever had. The beef Wellington exceed expectations. My waiter Oliver was great. I can't wait to go back to Vegas and eat their again.
😍
Delicious beef Wellington! Service was great and nice
Delicious beef Wellington! Service was great and nice atmosphere. I thought that charging for water was a bit much, considering how expensive everything was, but overall a great experience.
🤮
Spent our two year anniversary here with my wife.
Service was great, scenery was great, half of our food was awful. The risotto was under cooked and hard, the beef Wellington was soggy and not tasty at all. I forced myself to eat it and my wife didn't finish hers. I'm not sure what happened but I know this isn't Gordon's standards. We spent a lot for a five course mean and it was not worth the price at all.
😍
All I can say is WOW! This meal was absolutely delectable!
All I can say is WOW! This meal was absolutely delectable! My 8oz American wagyu filet with house-made steak sauce was to die for! Hands down the best steak I've ever had in my life! Also loved the scrumptious Mac & cheese with crispy pork belly, smoked jalapeño crème, onion jam, Gouda and smoked cheddar! The grilled asparagus with lemon vinaigrette and smoked salt was delicious also! The queen's cocktail with sipsmith gin, chareau, apple, lime and East Indian tonic was so yummy and a drink fit for royalty! Highly impressed with Gordon's steakhouse at the Paris Hotel in Las Vegas! I am such a huge fan of Gordon Ramsay. He is such a talented, incredible, inspiring chef and an amazing person in general. I love that he's unapologetically himself and not afraid to speak his mind! Anyway, this was a five star experience and I am forever grateful! The staff here was also fantastic and impeccable! Thank you so much to Gordon and the entire team at this location! I highly recommend eating here next time you're in Vegas! When you do, please don't forget to try the exquisite sweet pudding cake with brown sugar toffee and mouth-watering brown butter ice cream for dessert! P.s The steakhouse itself is stunning and very lovely! Beautiful interior design!
Our daughter loves Chef Ramsay (and Tilly!) and always asks to dine at his restaurants when possible so we enjoyed all of the options in Vegas! Even in off season, lines are long and it can be difficult to get a table quickly in Vegas so finding the Ramsay restaurants on Open Table made everything so much easier! We all ordered a steak here and they came well prepared. The service was a little pushier than we would've liked as they tried to upsell us on everything. We enjoyed the experience of passing through from Paris to London and had a good evening all the same. One area of improvement, my husband wanted a British beer (we were in "London" after all!) and was shocked that they had nothing available.
We’ve eaten here 4 times and have had bad experiences 2 times. Over priced and the food quality has gone down as of our last visit. Most importantly though is the obvious management method of upselling on both main and side dishes. I can say that we’ll be sure to pass along by word of mouth not to attend any GR restaurant from here on.
We went to dinner here for a large business dinner after an event. First off, I want to give a shout out to our server, Richard! He was fabulous! Took wonderful care of our entire table, was super pleasant and very informative! Now to all of the haters, I don’t know what you are all talking about…. We came here this one time and this was by far my favorite meal! It as if Gordon himself had prepared it. We got the infamous Beef Wellington, and I haven’t had anything better than that. The steak was cooked to perfection, the pastry was flaky, and the seasonings were on POINT! It was a beautiful environment too. We sat upstairs in a smaller room so it was a little loud but then got quiet and then was loud again with the younger crowds coming in. All in all, we loved it. Not one person in our group had a negative thing to say about anything there! I would definitely go back if given the opportunity!!
🤮
Food is not even close to what you pay.
Don't bother, we went to hells kitchen first witch to start off os cheaper and much better. We were under the impression from Gordon's website that it had a dress code and required a reservation. But you can just go sit in the lounge and bar and wear shorts and t shirt and have the same experience. My wife got a chicken dish and it had a hair in it, they did fix it and it was good. I ordered a steak and it was about 100 dollars and I've had better 20 dollar steaks. They over cooked it, and it was chewy and lacked flavor. For a supposed top of the line restaurant it was disappointing in the spotty quality and confusing policies on entry. So if your looking for an overpriced steak, walk right in to the bar in your filp flops and tank top and your sure to pass off all those who got on a waiting list months in advance, ie like us. No excuse will make up for the experience, time and money that was wasted.
🙂
Steaks are always amazing
We have been here 4 times. Great experience each time. This time we had Dennis and Alexis and they were amazing! My husband had Wagyu Felet and I had same but butterflies. Mack n cheese and asparagus. Ordered drinks from bar wi h was amazing.
🙂
The mushrooms alone were worth a visit!
We sat in the bar as it was crowded, this was fine and a small table for two was perfect. I had Branzino which was a healthier and delicious dish. The side order of mushrooms with a glazed sauce were heaven.
Service and food were both great. Only complaint was that the restaurant was cold. A little fancier and high priced than what I’m used to, but not too big of a deal for a date night out on vacation
😍
Best two steaks I’ve ever had!
Absolutely loved the atmosphere. From taking the Chunnel from Paris to England the experience did not fail to amaze. I tease I had the best two steaks there finishing my girlfriend’s steak. Highly recommend the wagyu rib cap; does not disappoint.
I’m a big Gordon Ramsay fan so I love everything about his steak house. We went for the tasting menu and it did not disappoint. Yes there are many steaks to choose from but the tasting menu was an experience. The Beef Wellington was amazing. Ever course was perfect and cooked to perfection. Service was incredible. Our server was knowledgeable and on point. Ambience was beautiful and elegant with a few pieces of art work inspired by Paris.
This restaurant is fabulous. We had an incredible experience and highly recommend it. Just might be the best steak I have ever had! 10oz Filet with Oscar style add-on...superb. GREAT service, great atmosphere, great dessert and great music in the background. LOVED IT.
😍
20th anniversary dinner
Excellence from beginning to end at Gordon Ramsey Steak. From the onion soup, salad, giant seafood appetizer and then the steak. Oh yes, everyone had something different and all 9 guests were enamored by the taste and presentation. Truly an experience to remember for our 20th anniversary with some great company. Service was spectacular and the establishment was amazing.
the guys serving us were brilliant and did great job to create the special experience that we were hoping for. I had the lamb rib and the food was greasy and awful. it all came back out when i was sick in the Venetian 30 mins later which ended the evening for me. Gordon, you are letting your staff down at this location with some complicated food that is hard to understand. As i came through the door the guy told me that i was passing through the channel tunnel from France back to the UK and then he took me back to France or (where ever) when he showed me the menu!! judging by your character and the simplicity of the name of the restaurant and the massive union flag painted on the ceiling, some thought needs to go into the items on the menu. why can't you do lamb with mint sauce or some sort of amazing meat pie etc. Someone in the kitchen has no idea how to support your brand and clearly has no idea what British food is. As you would say - what a !!
We loved the entire experience. We had the Tasting Menu and we’re able to experience so many flavors. The wine was wonderful, I loved the decor…very deep colors and open feeling. Our waitress was so nice and kept us happy between courses with fresh water and awesome wine. We had a great experience.
😍
Many Photos added. Excellent food and service
My wife and I dined here for dinner. We made a 8:15pm reservation and were seated immediately. My wife ordered the El Matador cocktail. The meal started with a bread roll that was half wheat/half white formed into one roll. Sorry picture came out blurry, but it was a great presentation. We shared the 18oz Bone-In New York Strip Steak and a side of Potato Puree. For dessert we had to have the Sticky Toffee Pudding, and it was excellent. Presented differently from Hell's Kitchen. It was deconstructed. Pudding on the left, caramel sauce in a cup, and a divine butter ice cream shaped like a stick of butter. We actually had to ask what the bar was because my wife refused to eat a stick a butter. We were supposed to mix all 3 ingredients together. We did and YUM! My wife and I will dine here again on another special occasion, as we don't usually eat at such high-end restaurants. Management should be very proud. WOW! What a great meal.
This is a MUST when we visit Vegas. Yes it is pricey. But you won’t find a better wagyu steak than here. Get the rib cap. It’s delicious!!
Laugh all you want at my title but it's true. I love Gordon Ramsay I watch all of his stuff and I can tell you that he would be so disappointed if he ate here. It's obvious the name alone is all that has to do with him because the standards were disappointing. Appetizer came out cold and then when we sent it back the manager didn't bring it out. When you're spending $500 on a meal you truly do expect a manager even at the smallest mistake to apologize and be accountable. Nope. Replacement appetizer showed up after dinner was served and was still lackluster at best. The steak was not hot either and didn't have much flavor. My friend's wife requested A1 - That's embarrassing at a topnotch steakhouse. Here's my thought: Management needs replaced because they should be doing it the way Gordon would want it done.... I had his Burger restaurant the following day and that was 10 times better. Just beware.
Food was good. Service lacked. Water glasses empty and had to “catch” someone fir a refill. Waiter was a bit rude. He told me to “ have a good evening without dessert.” I was too full to order dessert. I wanted to tip him less, but I gave a 20%; the service really didn’t deserve it.
We were looking forward to this meal, and it did not disappoint! Every single thing we ate was cooked to perfection. The service was top notch. It was expensive and worth every penny.
My family & I went to experience a nice meal for a graduation celebration. Overall the food was good. The service was mediocre for the type of restraunt The most disappointing and honestly shocking part was getting the bill and seeing a “suggested tip” of 20% that actually was almost 50%. I noticed something didn’t look right so I added it up and luckily caught it before the card was ran. The fact that a restaurant would try to scam hard working people is startling. We are no stranger to spending money for great food at a cost but this was just a scam to be honest. Don’t know if we will be back
😍
What you need to know :Make reservations atleast two weeks
What you need to know :Make reservations atleast two weeks in advance Or you'll only be able to sit at the barDon't look at the pricey, just eat . Order the sticky toffee pudding, you won't regret it . This is the second Gordon Ramsey establishment I've been to and my mouth and tummy are always happy. - if you love love love banana then try the banofee dessert otherwise it feels like you're eating a banana
We went with a party of 10, we all got steaks with sides. The Mac and cheese was amazing. Drinks were great as well, only complaint is the wait time from ordering to receiving the food.
😍

Great experience, amazing food.
From the time you are greeted at the door this is a top notch experience. I mean an experience from the intro of the chunnel to the detailed description of the menu and each item on it.
Had the new york , lobster Mac and cheese , asparagus, shitake mushrooms and my wife had the filet all was seasoned and cooked to perfection we were thoroughly impressed and with this a waiter who only waited on 2 tables so he was there for any and all questions.
Amazing food and amazing service can't wait to go back
Kind and professional staff. Interior is chic, modern and clean. Loved the salmon, chicken, lamb and all the delicious sides.
😍

This steakhouse exceeded my expectations! I am so happy we spent our first night in Vegas here.We chose this restaurant since it was in Paris, where we were staying. I'm so happy we did! The entrance has these cool red lights and it really sets the atmosphere from the moment you step in. The restaurant is way bigger than it looks from the outside! I loved the open kitchen and the decor inside. Our server gave great menu recommendations. We never felt rushed and the service was perfect. To start, we had the tuna appetizer. If you are a sushi fan, this is a must try! The fish melts in your mouth and is so flavorful. For my entree, I had the branzino. It was perfectly prepared and was a great recommendation from our server. For our side, we shared the truffle mac and cheese. It was utter perfection! My friend had the beef wellington, which is Chef Ramsey's signature dish. He hasn't stopped talking about it... it was THAT great! For dessert, we shared the sticky toffee pudding. It was such an elegant and upscale version of this well known dessert! It's not super big, so get it even if you're full! All in all, this was an incredible and memorable dining experience. It is a perfect spot for a special occasion, whether it be a birthday/anniversary/engagement/etc. or just celebrating being on vacation in Vegas!

The best part of the experience was the table service and wait staff members. We did a tasting menus, everything was good but not great. If you add the wine pairings to the tasting menus keep in mind that you get fullPours of a new wine at each course. Another thing to note: they will not seat you unless the entire party is there.
😒
Overall I was satisfied with our visit.
Came to celebrate my wife's birthday and was pleasantly greeted several times with happy birthday wishes. The food was incredible. The servers seemed to be hit or miss. Our server was pretty short winded, only explaining that they had a tasting menu and what the signature dessert was. Servers around us really detailed what the tasting menu was. Had the tasting menu been explained better, we probably would have ordered that. We were slightly disappointed that no birthday desserts were offered, despite previous reviews showing otherwise, but not a huge deal. The biggest disappointment was enforcement of the dress code. Seeing people in basketball shorts and worn t-shirts when smart/business casual is the advertised attire was a big let down. Not sure we'll go back, but it was a decent experience.
🙂
Gordon Ramsay Steak did not disappoint.
It was everything I was hoping for and more. For starters I had the foie gras, which was lovely. I was beyond excited when I saw that they offered my all-time favorite cut of meat, a veal chop. It was extraordinary and melted in your mouth. I was very pleased with the temperature and plating. For dessert, a Gordon Ramsay must, sticky toffee cake. Every time I eat at one of his restaurants this is my go to dessert!
😍
Had an excellent dinner at Gordon Ramsay Steak.
We were seated right at our reservation time. We were walked to the restaurant through the "Channel Tunnel" from Paris to London, then seated in an awesome booth. Victor our server was excellent. Made great recommendations. We had the British Onion Soup, bread, 8oz Wagyu, Beef Wellington, with potato purée and mushrooms. Finished with the highly recommended sticky toffee pudding. All was prepared excellently and would order all again, except for the mushrooms. Just weren't our type of flavor. Looking forward to coming again.
😍
Best meal of the trip!!!
This was by far the best meal of our trip. Between my husband, my daughter and myself we could not have asked for a better night! The beef wellingtons were beyond delicious, scallops were the best we have ever had and the Potato puree is beyond words delicious and the sticky toffee pudding almost made us tear up with joy it was so good! . And our server Jessica was five star fabulous! Yes, it's expensive so if you don't like the price point then don't go but for us it was more than worth it!
