Loved every moment of this experience, celebrating an early birthday lunch! From the three Michelin starred Cerea brothers in Bergamo, Joel Robuchon and Nobert Niederkofler. I'll let the photos speak for themselves. My entree, "You & Me in Capri" the Lemon Ricotta Ravioli with Bottarga was heavenly and hit my nose with the most beautiful fresh citrus fragrance imaginable. After lunch, Chef Mattia Agazzi came to our table to say hello and we learned that not only did he work in Florence but he also worked in Sydney Australia at another one of our favorite restaurants. P.S. photos would not load in the order I wanted.
The Gucci Osteria has a beautiful patio space.
They offer a la carte and two tasting menu options. We started with bread service, complimentary amuse bouche, followed by salad, a couple pasta dishes, then the burger and fries. The sourdough poppy seed bread was great as was the tortellini. The burger was shake shack inspired but I personally prefer a more traditional burger. Although good, it was just not my preference. It was heavily sauced in a tasty gravy.
Overpriced and mediocre food.
The only good part of my experience was the bread service and the attentiveness of the waiter. Our waiter was extremely knowledgeable and friendly but the food fell short. The "risotto disguised as pizza" was digestible at best. If you're not from LA and want the fancy over the top cliche Gucci experience and don't care to drop at least $400 then go for it. As a Beverly Hills native this was not an impressive experience. Go to Steak 48 or Spago if you want something upscale. Really disappointed to write this review as I've driven past this restaurant and always wanted to try it.

Truly a unique and delicious experience. $42 for a Choppin vodka soda just makes the experience ridiculous. it's such a shame their alcohol is so over priced.

Food was delicious and beautiful. Bravo . Our server told a lot of things about our dish. And of course because it was our anniversary we had a little complimentary from pastry chef. I like decorating of this place - real Gussi ! And it was calm music . Beautiful

This is not a cheap place.
You are paying for the experience. With that said, I definitely had a marvelous experience. I do have this feeling that if you treat the wait staff and servers nicely, they will serve you very well. The customers next to us were very snooty and demanding of the staff, and we could tell they weren't getting the same engaging and respectful experience that we were getting because we were patient and well mannered to our servers. Food was ok. We got the Tortellini with truffle, a vegetarian version of the Tortellini (Risotto instead of Tortellini), the Garden of Love, Bunch of Flowers, the Gucci Goblet, and the Flower cocktail. We also received bread, butter, chocolates and gummies! I really appreciate they have a vegetarian menu! It was all yummy, but I could get that same quality of food somewhere else at a more reasonable price. BUT AGAIN, it for the experience! This place is a definite "one-and-done" thing to do. HOWEVER, I will come back if they bring back the Uni Carbonara!
Very uninviting and utterly snob staff.
The ambiance of the environment and the food of course are wonderful but the rest is a complete turn off. I mean, a locked gate with no way of communicating with the staff at the entrance is as rude and uninviting as you can get.

I dined here on a trip last year and completely forgot to write about it. This restaurant felt a little unnecessarily over the top to me. First off obviously it's Gucci, so you'd expect the staff to dress in Gucci wear and I really loved the china that everything was brought out on. The seats weren't comfortable but anyway, I digress. The food was great but it is such a hit and miss on the portions. In general it's over priced, but they can get away for it for being in Beverly Hills. I ordered a special with truffles and while it was delicious, it wasn't worth the 3 figures they charged for it. Left hungry and needed a snack shortly afterwards. The service is impeccable and have no complaints about the staff.
Sunday brunch was amazing.
It was a pre-fix menu. Wine pairing was additional. The wine list was nice - on the high end side. The cocktail menu was also amazing. Everything that came to our table was exceptionally great. Surprising that it is not a Michelin Star yet. We started with a Selection of Freshly Baked Bread and Pastries Sweet and savory spreads, Cured fish* and meat. Followed by Eggs w/ Bacon crunch, potato foam - Caviar is $60 additional. Then we had the Organic wild salad, Spinach filled crepe, bechamel, crispy pancetta and sage, Russet potato cartouche, spider crab*, smoked trout roe*, Crispy Enoki Mushroom, Mini slider & French Fries. Then for the sweets, Pavlova - Merengue, chestnut, rum, chocolate, Gelato alla crema, K&K raisins, Honey Yogurt - Cardamom granola, fresh berries, and finally the Modena Cheese Tart Parmigiano Reggiano curd. All of the dishes were such a delight. The ambience added the best experience of being in Florence. The utensils and plates were of course Gucci. We had 3 glasses of wine plus 3 people in the party totaled to almost $900 including tax and tip for 3 people. They validate the valet for $10. It's definitely a special occasion type of place. It is very expensive. Top notch customer service. Can't wait go back again. * I couldn't even post the other food since yelp only allows 10 max of photos.

Exceptional service, artful presentation of dishes that were all delicious and a warm and welcoming ambiance! Dishes are shareable and small so you should order 4-5 for 2 people if you want to have some room for dessert! Great dining for a special occasion or impress someone! A must try!

I don't claim to be a food blogger or food expert but the food here is definitely not worth the price. The desert was good. - the ambiance was amazing - the service excellent however our server was TOO PUSHY for us to order items and drinks more that we all got extremely annoyed. I have never seen any server being this pushy on ordering more items. We at least wasted couple of hundred dollars because he kept adding things to our order. Regardless, he was an amazing human being with great knowledge of his work. - would it worth it for the experience? Maybe, you be the judge of it. :-)

What you get with a reservation at Gucci Osteria is an experience. The space is serene and beautiful - it prepares you for the special. An amazing mind bending experience that deserves the spend. Every single dish was inventive and beautiful - the flavors were focused and concentrated. I've been cooking for forty years and I don't know how chef Mattia does it. He's gifted. Amuse that leads with Asian pate and kim chee pickles. Bread with Scottish butter. A bagel with caviar. Pumpkin tortellini made of nothing but pumpkin. Risotto that looks and tastes like a pizza and a cheddar dish with Alba truffles that defines refined. The filet steak was perfect. That's hard to do. The service was elegant, friendly and informed. Wine service surprised to the upside. Wines were paired from regions you haven't tried, and if you have - don't expect typical expressions. So delicious, complex and worthy. I loved it. And it was worth it. And chef Mattia came out to say hello - a very nice touch. Happy to have this memory and experience. Grateful.

Let's be honest.
This is a pretty mid restaurant. The views are beautiful and so is the restaurant itself... but I have no idea how they got their star. Service is always expected to be exceptional at a Michelin-star rated establishment, but the food is truly nothing to be writing home about. I tried their pasta dish and dessert, and both were just okay. The pasta was pretty one-dimensional and for an entirely vegetarian dish...$30 is insane. The dessert was some lychee and sakura thing, and it was decent. I definitely picked the right dessert because it was light and refreshing. Overall, it was a good experience but the lunch menu is quite limited and nothing really sticks out as a must-order or must-try. Perhaps their dinner menu is better?
Amazing experience
We visited in December 2023 for the third time. We have loved Gucci Osteria every time we have been! The Risotto Disguised as Pizza is amazing, and the Italian fries are the stuff dreams are made of! I actually dream about them. The service is outstanding in all the right ways. The servers are happy to offer guidance and answer any and all questions. The setting is absolutely gorgeous...even on a rainy day! Highly recommend.

Wonderful! My parents are visiting and we have wanted to go to Nobu Malibu for years. I tried getting a reservation myself but it was next to impossible. So glad I was able to buy a reservation on appointment trader for a decent price!

I was veeeeeerry skeptical that this would work, particularly at a restaurant as hard to get into as Nobu Malibu, and it was perfect! We had lunch outside on the patio and it was fabulous!

Ok at this point I've attended a reservation purchased on AT by a friend and sold a reservation personally. Both worked pretty smoothly, nothing sketchy about it. A few areas for improvement including a way to more directly communicate between buyers and sellers, but the app always seems to be in development. AT customer support is really(!) responsive and helpful too if you have questions!

It can be under your name or a name you choose! Some reservation offers already include the AppointmentTrader Transfer Service which will transfer the reservation in to your name. If its not included you can add it on after buying the reservation for a small fee. One thing on that though: As many reservations become available at last minute, taking a reservation in someone else name is quick and great for privacy. Most reservations on AT are listed with a virtual phone number, so all you need to do is present the phone number at the hostess stand and you are good to go!

Does anyone know how AT plans to handle cases where a seller is quitting the platform but has a sell through rate <25%? The error message I got said to fill more bids or find other ways to increase the rate.
Is AT really going to block sellers from withdrawing their money? Especially revenue made before the sell through rate was introduced??

Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.

Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
