The food was amazing, it excessed our expectations. Our server was great and our food came out pretty quick. We did the phoenix menu, you get to taste a lot of things from the menu. Every dish had flavors. We all enjoyed it. I loved the atmosphere.

Be warned, it’s a high end restaurant in a strip Casino, it’s going to be expensive. The food was pretty good. The garlic beef was as tender as I could have asked for and the dumplings were straight up delicious

We arrived without a reservation. We ate at the bar but there were lots of empty tables and when we left there were still lots of empty tables. The bar tenders were nice and the service was good but the sweet and sour pork was tough and cost $47. The drinks were fine but at $23 and $24 a piece they should have knocked my socks off. Needless to say we won’t be returning there anytime soon. I would give it a pass. Lots of fabulous restaurants in Las Vegas for much less.

We both worked at the Aira and the similar chinese restaurant would be Blossom, we both think Hakkasan is definitely much better. I love their Hakkasan basket and their Wagyu beef puff. We ended up getting their lotus menu and surprisingly their vegetable fried rice is crazy good and full of rich curry flavor. All the servers who served our table were super nice and attentive so the service is definitely on point. Also their ambiance was very classy, I really like how they set up their bar section even though I don't drink I wouldn't mind coming to their bar just to chill and order maybe just a mocktail. I will definitely recommend Hakkasan to my friends since I'm a foodie.

Related to Tao located in MGM Grand. Ambience cool and chic. We ordered the sharing meal for two I think for $58 per person. Totally worth it!! Dumplings looked like jewels. Good variety. Dipping sauces were tasty. My sister chose pepper steak and I ordered General Tao chicken. Her steak was perfect!! So delicious and tender. I couldn’t control my yummy noises! My chicken was elevated and tasty, but next time I’m getting the pepper steak for sure! We had to leave early so we took the dessert to go. Service so attentive and nice! I recommend this restaurant!

It's such a shame because it used to be one of my favorite spots in Vegas. The best cocktail I've ever had is their Buddha's Palm. It's now a shadow of its former self and not even close to how it used to be... What used to be a complex, perfect drink is now just a crappy cup of sugar. The Tao Group acquired Hakkasan and you can tell that they're penny pinching (just like any big corporate take over... the soul and good parts are carved out to increase revenue and save money - and you can tell here, big time). The food just wasn't as good as it used to be and the service was subpar. I was once a regular, but I won't be going back.What a shame... I loved that damn drink.

The staff was great and the food awesome. We had selected a couple nice bottles of wine from a good selection and ALL of the food was so delicious and well presented. Nice cocktails as well. I really like the Tao group restaurants and very comfortable and confident taking clients or my wife! The nightclub afterwords if the icing on the cake (went to Tao nightclub).

Made a reservation a day before for Sunday at 6:30, the restaurant wasn't packed. We ordered the vegan dim sum, hakka dim sum, and the New Year dim sum trio as appetizer. We ordered chicken Claypool, wagyu beef mapo tofu, seafood assam curry, and roasted Chilean seabass. All dishes are flavorful, and must eat it with rice. Definitely worth the price.

I missed the SF location that closed down, so I came here hoping to get a taste of Hakkasan. I ordered the CNY menu and a lot of the food tasted really salty. It was all edible, but I wish it wasn't as salty. I really enjoyed the red rice and black sesame dessert. I wish I could've tried the cocktail also.

The service was excellent as was the meal,so I am going to rate that as exceptional. But there was an issue that both embarrassed and upset me. At the end of our meal I said I will charge this to our room and was told that we could not charge our meal to our room because the room charge system was down and had been for days.As I handed my credited card to our server I said that seemed odd and not the best way to service a guest.She said she would get a manager and within a short time he was standing beside our table.He repeat what our server had told us and then added “If you are worried about points” and that’s when I informed him I was not. By this time the people dining around us had taken notice, I was upset and my wife said to the manger “So we are here for 4 nights in a Skyloft and we can not charge to our room and you think we are looking for points.He put our credit card down and within a few minutes returned with a room charge receipt. “What the heck was the real problem”

We dined at Almalfi's, Scarpetta's and Hakkasen while in Vegas. All were very nice restaurants but we all agreed that Hakkasen was the best! Their sea bass was amazing. It will be on my list again for our next trip! Excellent food and service.

I had a dinner here with a friend of mine and food and wine were great. The location is also really nice and makes food even more enjoyable. Then the bill come and the joy ends. I really understand that great food and location have a price, but 350$ for two people just for a main course, a glass of wine and a dessert is really too much.

Service is wonderful. But nothing special about the food. In fact the fried stuff is kinda oily. If you want good Chinese, go to Grand Wok at MGM or Din Tai Fung in Aria.

Ambiance walking in and inside was beautiful. Very great for large groups. Our server Jacob was super awesome. We had a variety of food and literally everything tasted great. The portions we thought, "that's it" but we were all stuffed! There's 7 of us let me remind you! A must try for yourself!

The magic of this restaurant starts as you enter through the narrow, personal hallway covered with flowers. This really sets the mood for what you are about to experience here. On the inside, the atmosphere is elegant, romantic, and dark with blue lights from the bar radiating throughout the restaurant. The drink list here is extensive, and I was happy to find one of my favorite bourbons, Eagle Rare 10, with the special touch of a custom Hakkasan sign ice cube. The beef filets were cooked perfectly and the merlot sauce provided great flavor without overpowering the flavor of the meat. The asparagus and peppers were a great addition to the meat, and the steamed rice tied everything together. My experience at Hakkasan was one that I'll remember for a while and I will definitely be coming back in the future.

Made a reservation for Hakkasan and it was the first time here. Came here for the duck and it did not disappoint. As with everything in Vegas, it is grand. The waitress was super helpful and even recommended a noodle dish to go with the duck.Everything was great and the duck was sooo good. It was such a filling meal for 2. I loved that it came with the wrappers and not the baos. The skin was super crispy and the breast was a lot bigger than other peking ducks. The noodles (ho fun) were a little more "wet" than we liked, but when eaten the next day, it was even better. We had asked for a to go box for our leftovers and somehow they had accidently tossed our noodles. They we so nice they made us another one to go. Also, can't leave without getting dessert. Truly works of art and tasty to match it.

I have to say I was very pleasantly surprised. The food was excellent and the service as well. The place is very lively, I highly recommend you give this place a try.

We ordered the Lotus menu and everything was absolutely amazing. The Dim Sum was my favorite. The had General Tsao chicken and the chicken pieces were all white meat with a perfect crisp on the outside and still saucy. The green beans were amazing. The desert was beyond words as you can see in the pictures. This is the perfect place to go if you want something different but also top notch dining.

Even after all these years, the hype is gone but this is still a fun place to have a great night out.You can find it in the far corner of the MGM and next to its very famous nightclub... the restaurant itself has a very cool bar area along with a bunch of intimate seating options upstairs and around the restaurant. It's ibey but not over the top... kind of a good happy medium for a Vegas meal. It is a very safe bet for a date type place. My group had a seafood-oriented menu and was delighted with all of the fresh crab, lobster and other varieties available. Service was on point and the combination of the whole party atmosphere made for a great night out.

However yesterday food was bad, all 5 of us got sick. Drink had creme that was curdled. The noodles were hard and tasteless. Worst was all 5 of us felt sick a few hours after eating here.

Ok at this point I've attended a reservation purchased on AT by a friend and sold a reservation personally. Both worked pretty smoothly, nothing sketchy about it. A few areas for improvement including a way to more directly communicate between buyers and sellers, but the app always seems to be in development. AT customer support is really(!) responsive and helpful too if you have questions!

Best Answer It can be under your name or a name you choose! Some reservation offers already include the AppointmentTrader Transfer Service which will transfer the reservation in to your name. If its not included you can add it on after buying the reservation for a small fee. One thing on that though: As many reservations become available at last minute, taking a reservation in someone else name is quick and great for privacy. Most reservations on AT are listed with a virtual phone number, so all you need to do is present the phone number at the hostess stand and you are good to go!

Best Answer Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

Best Answer Hey @EvocativeFold67, welcome to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Best Answer Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.

What happens if my bid expires unanswered?

Best Answer Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
