We made a reservation through OpenTable so that was handy. Were seated quickly, hostess was friendly and server was fantastic. Food was 7/10. Not a big portion for the price we paid. Ambiance was fantastic, staff let us wander around looking at memorabilia. Gift shop had large variety of novelty items, a bit over priced for me but it is Las Vegas after all.
Came here for breakfast, yes they served breakfast here.
Guess what, this place rocked my breakfast with live music, good music tho. I forgot her name but she played Elvis, some country and some mix of rock and roll. The place is really really good for anything. You can ask for the outdoor, which I prefer but mi esposa is the boss. Lol. No bad seat here I would say. The service is good, the food were great, priced right. I bet this place is better at night, maybe next time. We were gonna go to Dennys, prolly for their pancake but there was a long line and we are not willing to deal with it. We decided to try the hard rock, good decision for the day. We had a good time. I bought my hat after eating breakfast, another good decision too. Overall, at least once on your trip to Vegas, come and see this place. Btw, good pictures if you select their outdoor to dine here, as long as the weather is good.

Lovely server who we ordered drinks starters and mains from, the drinks took awhile which was fine until our mains came out brought out by a different girl, we just said we ordered starters, to which she threw the plates down and said so rudely I just bring out the food you just eat it ! We would have no problem getting the starter then but weren't given the option. The rudest person I've met !

Very nice home. The burgers and the service. are very good but very high prices. They make you wait min. 15 minutes before giving you a table so that you can visit the souvenir shop these clever little ones.

Amazing food & service! I was told it would be a 40 minute wait, but I only waited for 10 minutes before being seated. The workers were all super kind & helpful. One sweet lady gave me a free Hard Rock pin. The food tasted pretty good.

Live Music and Good Food
If you enjoy live music and classic american food this is a great Las Vegas destination. It was busy when we went so allow enough time to wait before being seated. We all enjoyed ourselves and the food was yummy.

$20.00 for a sad little cheeseburger and some fries. The burger was ordered medium, it came out still mooing. The service was atrocious. The place was pretty dead yet I only saw my server once when they took the order and once when they dropped off the bill. They didnt even deliver the food to the table and then suggested an 18% tip. You are lucky you got one at all. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

As a Vegas local, I am beyond disappointed and will never recommend this place to out of town guests who are here to visit. The breakfast I had this morning was a serious flop. The eggs benedict was disgsuting. The hollandaise was so sour. I don't know if too much lemon juice was used or what, but I had to scrape it all off. The tiny portion of breakfast potatoes was pathetic. Could you spare a few?! I know inflation is bad, but come on, this is just sad. It's definitely NOT worth the $16.95. I could've gotten a better breakfast at Jack in the Box!

This hard rock café is amazing. The waitress which we had was the most loveliest waitress and so attentive. She made sure we were always fulfilled with both food and drink. The food with a great quality and quantity, and if anything was a little too much, but that’s not a bad thing. We sat out on the rooftop terrace overlooking the sunset over the strip of Las Vegas. Well worth a visit to anybody that enjoys good quality food at a good price even though at happy hour.

Stopped in to have lunch at 11am and it was packed. Had to wait for a table. Normally we do a reservation for Hard Rocks so something to consider. We shared the nachos were huge and amazing. Service was great as always!

Visited Vegas in February this year and enjoyed our time at the H.R Cafe and was greeted and served by very friendly staff. Did make reservations but did not need to we found out, as we had in Summertime. Vae was our server and she was so nice, genuine and made our meal more enjoyable and Fun. Clean, good music & video's on the screens and good vibes all around.

We went for breakfast two days in a row. The experience was wonderful. Recommend Hard Rock Cafe for breakfast, had live music, great food and excellent service. Mandie was wonderful. She made our first breakfast delightfully great. The next day we had D and he was good too.

I was surprised how nice the bar upstairs was! I have lived in Las Vegas for decades but had never been in ... it definitely won't be my last visit. The large curved bar has plenty of seating with a view over the Las Vegas strip. The service was excellent without being too eager... we only had nachos with beef and they also exceeded expectations. A my friends had craft cocktails and were very pleased with them. Very good value on the strip!
AVOID AT ALL COST
I really don't know where to start with this review. All I will say is that it is by far the worst place we have ever eaten at. Food was average and just about warm. But worse of all was the waiters, they just didn't seem bothered in making your experience a good one. I really could go on but my blood is still boiling so I won't go any further. My advice is leave this place well alone.

Right on the Strip near New York New York. Price/performance ratio was great. Brother was super tasty, the rest like the ambience was classic Hard Rock.

Wanted a casual dinner and very pleased with our choice. The decor could take hours to explore. Ordered a burger and manhattan. Excellent decision as the burger was delicious. My brother had chicken that he thoroughly enjoyed. Service was excellent. There were many videos and great music to enjoy.

Great American food, drinks and ambiance, there was a live rock band playing while we ate delicious food. This place come totally recommended!

Gosh, the food was wonderful. Their onion rings we're tasty. We had mushroom burgers, Cousins had Chicken strips, and a salad. All were awesome. Our server was Daisy and she never missed a beat. Impressive.

I often try to avoid strip locations as much as possible, but I had a gift card and an appetite so I paid for parking and headed to Hard Rock Cafe! See, I've been here before for events, and the staff here is very friendly; this is my first time dining at the restaurant portion, and I was pleasantly surprised! my waiter I think her name was Roxanne made our experience five stars. Though the food was what I expected, her energy and kindness made my families experience so worth it. Upon arrival, there is three levels to this location. The restaurant is on the second floor there's music playing, and there are screens at the booths. We found ourselves enjoying the ambience, but probably would not visit again to eat. Food was great! But definitely out of the way.

They serve breakfast!!! Menu is a good size, bar is opened bright and early, friendly faces and this hard rock is 3 levels tall. Bottom level has a bar and gift shop, second level is the actual Resturant and their level has the stage, a bar and more seating.

Wonderful! My parents are visiting and we have wanted to go to Nobu Malibu for years. I tried getting a reservation myself but it was next to impossible. So glad I was able to buy a reservation on appointment trader for a decent price!

I was veeeeeerry skeptical that this would work, particularly at a restaurant as hard to get into as Nobu Malibu, and it was perfect! We had lunch outside on the patio and it was fabulous!

Ok at this point I've attended a reservation purchased on AT by a friend and sold a reservation personally. Both worked pretty smoothly, nothing sketchy about it. A few areas for improvement including a way to more directly communicate between buyers and sellers, but the app always seems to be in development. AT customer support is really(!) responsive and helpful too if you have questions!

It can be under your name or a name you choose! Some reservation offers already include the AppointmentTrader Transfer Service which will transfer the reservation in to your name. If its not included you can add it on after buying the reservation for a small fee. One thing on that though: As many reservations become available at last minute, taking a reservation in someone else name is quick and great for privacy. Most reservations on AT are listed with a virtual phone number, so all you need to do is present the phone number at the hostess stand and you are good to go!

Does anyone know how AT plans to handle cases where a seller is quitting the platform but has a sell through rate <25%? The error message I got said to fill more bids or find other ways to increase the rate.

Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.

Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
