😍
This was an expensive dinner but worth every penny.
Everything was delicious and cooked to perfection. We had ribs, steak, shrimp, asparagus and Mac and cheese. The lemon cheesecake was divine. Will definitely be back when we are back in town.
😍
International Smoke exceeded my expectations in every way.
We had a reservation, but showed up with a few extra people (15 in total) and our group was accommodated with no hassle. Between all of us, we probably ordered just about everything on the menu, and there was not one thing I tasted that I didn't love. The cornbread and their special butter is awesome, I loved the asparagus and mac & cheese, the cocktails were adorable and delicious, and the rib sampler was simply amazing! I don't often repeat restaurants in Vegas simply because there are so many options and I love to try new spots, but I definitely plan to eat at International Smoke again!
😍

We had dinner here 3/15/23 and the food and service was outstanding! My husband and I shared the Caesar Salad (huge portion), we both had filet mignon and shared the garlic parmesan fries. We both agreed the filets were cooked perfectly and were the best we'd ever tasted! Very tender. Our son had the salmon and caesar, his friend had the chicken. They both said the dishes were great. Our drinks were tasty, too. Dessert was the spiced apple financier w/creme fraiche, which was very yummy! If I have any quibble, it's that I ordered coffee w/Bailey's with dessert, and it didn't come until later and was lukewarm, like it was sitting at the bar and forgotten. I still drank it though, after all...Bailey's! I highly recommend International Smoke and would definitely eat here our next trip to Vegas! Wonderful experience!
🙂
Try the Korean Beef rib
We came with a group of 8 Australians and a Canadian here for The ConnExpo show. We were well fed and watered for reasonable by Vegas standards money. I highly recommend the Korean beef rib truly mouth watering. Hope you enjoy.

We tried again and were still disappointed
We tried this restaurant before and had a bad experience; but we thought we'd be fair and give it another try. We were seated within a few minutes of our reservation, which was very nice. But then we waited and waited and waited for our orders to be taken. Once the food arrived, the ribs were overcooked and it was clear the kitchen was over-compensating by using too much sauce. We found it difficult to get our beers and cocktails refilled - so much that we eventually just gave up. The restaurant staff were extremely friendly, which was great; but they clearly need training on providing attentive service. We won't be returning.
😍
This is my new spot during my visit at the MGM.
The service and food were awesome. They have a vast menu. The selection on beer is huge and you should have an issue finding something new. Ask for a sample. My visit was on Saturday evening and there was a crowd, but the bar was open and comfortable. Make sure you stop by and give them a try. Enjoy!

First time here Located at the MGM near the Grand Arena We
First time here Located at the MGM near the Grand Arena We were told there would be a 10 minute wait for a table or no wait if we wanted to eat at the bar ..... so we sat at the bar Gregory was the bartender/server He was friendly and attentive Decor inside is nice Venue is clean There are several TVs throughout the restaurant and bar So you can catch a game We ordered half a rack of baby back ribs, corn bread, garlic noodles and rib tip mac n cheese Food is good I especially liked the garlic noodles and the Mac n cheese Both items are really good Full of flavor Ribs are good also Meat literally fell off the bone Corn bread is good Kinda sweet I would definitely come back and try other items on the menu
😍
Some of the best fall of the bone ribs I've had.
But the star was the pork belly Bao bun appetizer
Some of the best fall off the bone ribs I’ve had. But the star was the pork belly Bao bun appetizer. Also great service

Dope place and food was so good! It's was very pricey tho but good! I would recommend this place
Food was great, service was fabulous, portions were large, prices were fair! The Chardonnay on special was worth another glass.
🙂
We had reservations so there was no wait for us.
We started the evening with a few drinks and roasted bone marrow as an appetizer and ordered Korean short ribs, Salmon, and fried rice to share. While Bone Marrow looked awesome, there wasn't much quantity. I couldn't even scoop up even the tiniest bit with my fork or with the bread. Fortunately, the rest of the meal was simply divine. We absolutely loved the Korean short ribs, crispy salmon, and pork belly fried rice. The short ribs was flavorfully paired with kimchi and white rice. Mrs. loved the crispy salmon, and we shared the rice. Service was also exceptional. They made sure to keep our table clean and water filled. We highly recommend the place.

I struggled between a three and four.
Ultimately it came down to if I came back could I assemble a superior meal. The answer is yes. was everything good? Not really. We started with the cornbread. I get it as a signature dish. The curry butter is unique and tasty. Moist with enough sweetness but room for the slightly sweet butter to shine. Little steep in price but I get it. It was good but didn't really justify. I got the fried chicken as a meal. I had overdone it a little at a buffet for lunch. I was not a fan. It was way too salty. I hate an under seasoned chicken but this was over the top. I didn't finish it. My brother got the ny strip. He doesn't make good food decisions in general. So ordering steak at a bbq place, I'm not sure what his problem is. We agreed it was ok. The ribs were amazing. Not only falling off the bone but those little cartilage things at the other end of the rib could almost be eaten. It lived up to the bbq standard. The sides were super weak. The fries were meh. They did no harm. The potatoes though were way under seasoned and just boring. I would probably have chosen different sides. But the thing about eating in Vegas is you rarely get second chances.
🙂
Average food with high prices.
Had dinner here with the family, we all had the 1/2 rack of barbecue ribs. They were good but more like an average restaurant, the prices I believe are a bit high. The scallops appetizer was really good, but not worth the $21 for such a small amount. There are many other restaurants in the area with food good and lower prices.
Not often one to review but loved this place - great service and very flavourful food. Would come back
Our waitress was absolutely wonderful. She was very friendly and a wealth of information when deciding what to have. The meal was beyond anything we could have expected. The filet was melt in your mouth and the shrimp were perfectly seasoned. The mushroom trio that was suggested as a side was perfect.
This restaurant, food, ambiance and customer service is out standing! Loved every aspect of it! Will definitely become a regular here! Kudos to Mrs Curry!
The food was fantastic and the ribeye steak is a strong recommendation. Our waitress Trisha could not do enough for us and was the most helpful server we have ever had. We will absolutely return especially for the fantastic service she gave.
Stopped by for quick drink at the bar before our show. Sat at the bar and asked what we should have. Bartender was friendly and knowledgeable. My daughter liked old fashioned’s and he suggested a smoky one that she enjoyed. My drink came in a spam can. It was good and kind of kitschy. We had the Tokyo fried chicken aka karage, which was ok. Kind of expensive but everything is at the MGM Grand.
😒

We got the chowder, the wedge, and the 3 types of ribs and the lillikoi maitai. The american bbq was way to mustardy for my taste, the lemongrass was pretty good the Korean was the best. The chowder and the wedge were AMAZING. The maitai was decent. Its served in a Spam can which is kinda gimmicky. Think about the size of a can of Spam. Its super small. It was way over priced for the size and flavor. Overall 3 stars some parts were amazing some parts were mediocre. The service was ok. Not included in the rating: while we were waiting to be seated a drunk lady walking by stumbled into the corner puked all over the place then walked away. The restaurant staff called housekeeping right away and they were there within a few minutes to clean up the mess.
😍
One of the most INCREDIBLE meals I have ever eaten! Mashed
One of the most INCREDIBLE meals I have ever eaten! Mashed potatoes I drooled over, the meat Mac and cheese yum!! And the filet mignon was to die for! Major compliments to the chef and the wait staff was on point with refills and knowledge of the menus. I will DEFINITELY be back.
The best ribs i've ever had. The service at the MGM location in Las Vagas was excellent. I recommend if you like ribs.
😒
Staying light with a meal for a late evening I really had
Staying light with a meal for a late evening I really had the AYESHA'S FRESH BAKED CORNBREAD - thai red curry butter for my main course. Okay, don't judge me on that part. Though good, I would say the interesting choice of butter for a covering did not add as much flavor as you would think it should. I did sample the PORK BELLY FRIED RICE - eggs, scallions - which were oddly bland as well.Given the above, I think even though this was only an appetizer experience I still had a (lack of) "flavor" of what this place is about.
😍
This place deserve more than five stars! I am very picky
This place deserve more than five stars! I am very picky when it come to meat, but had the best American BBQ ribs here. The ribs were so tender and packed full of flavor. I also ordered the Mac and cheese, which was big enough to split between two people. It was delicious, and so rich, perfect with the ribs. I can't wait to visit Vegas again just to come to this place again! I highly recommend International Smoke to all visiting and living in Las Vegas, it does not disappoint!
😍

Our server, I believe his name was Miguel, was phenomenal!!! He truly took care of my husband and me while celebrating his birthday. The food was amazing! I ordered the short rib with the rib tip max and cheese. When I say good, I mean GOOD!! For starters we ordered the Tokyo fried chicken and angus beef lettuce cups. Goodt!!!! I mean sooooo good and the punch bowl was even better! Thank you so much for an amazing time!!!
🙂
Beef Short Ribs! Mmmmm.....
This did not disappoint in the least. Kudos to the chef! 4 Stars because the front staff handling reservations or drop-in customers at the entrance could do better to make people feel welcome.
🤢
We decided to go check her out again.
The second time around wasn't the best. My whole lobster came out...cold!! Our waitress wasn't on point. We kept having to hunt for her when we needed items. Our food took forever to come out. The rib trio was pretty good. I guess if we saw Steph...that would have made all my food really HOT!!! But no, I guess we will caught him if we return. Right now...looka like a hard NO.
🤢
Highly disappointed in this place.
It just show people would put their name on anything because they have name recognition. Key, this is what I look for in a restaurant, is their any wow factors like Dam you got try this place. Something that makes you want come back or write home lol . This place is very nice, great layout, nice bar but the food didn't match the look. We basically sample the menu the menu is very small so when the menu gets compact I expect a lot from the food you don't have much to do. We order the smoked bbq ribs , the Korean Gochujang Ribs , Jamaican style Oxtails , Brussels Sprouts, Charbroiled Salmon, Roasted Carrots, BBQ Rib tip Macaroni & Cheese, Pork belly fried rice , Yellowtail Sashimi, Ayesha's fresh baked cornbread, and Tokyo fried chickens . The Oxtails was terrible and just down right disrespectful. Nothing good about them . Taste pure vinegar or something I sent them back . Out of all the food we had nothing grab me or us , theirs was no wow factors going on . Nothing to say I must come back. I would not recommend this place tourist trap. The service was good when he was at the table but it was slow. I think he had a big area and how does the app beat the drinks out ??? I would not recommend this place unless your just a fan and want support.
🤮
Let me start by saying, I was really looking forward to
Let me start by saying, I was really looking forward to coming here based on how much hype the Curry family puts into this place... I got the "Jamaican braised oxtail" (pictured), with a side of mac and cheese (not pictured) and it was really terrible to say the least. If theres one thing about me, I LOVE oxtail but this was the WORST I EVER had! The oxtail was tough, pink, and BLAND. No seasoning whatsoever. The mac and cheese was basically just cheese and noodles, nothing more nothing less. The service was also bad and slow to bring refills/ to check if we needed anything. For a $60 per person meal I expected better. For Ayesha and the rest of the curry family to hoop and hollar about how good this place is I definitely expected better. This place leaves much to be desired. Would not recommend. 0 stars if I could!
🤮
I was very disappointed.
This was the worst meal I've ever had in Vegas. I ordered the half lobster, Tiger shrimp, and pork belly fried rice. Everything was horrible. The seafood had a funny taste like it had been washed in dirty dishwater and then stuck in an oven for a few minutes, but not long enough to be thoroughly cooked. The rice was mushy and overcooked. I felt ill from the small amount of food that I did eat. I spent over $80 on a meal and barely ate any of it. I guess getting a proper meal at this restaurant is a gamble in Vegas too.
I was skeptical about this place, but this is not just any BBQ joint. Dinner was amazing and had a fusion flare to the recipes. I love the international flavors. I had the mahi mahi and a leek soup. Best food I've had in Vegas!!
😒
We've tried the 14oz New York Steak Strip in Medium.
The food presentation is good however our steak are a bit burnt and dry. The roasted mushrooms tasted good as well as the garlic truffle fries. I liked my Shape Shifter drink. I believe its a good place to eat it just so happen our steaks are not cooked to our liking.
Excellent! What a great choice for dinner. Service and food were amazing. We would definitely come back and highly recommend!
🤮
Avoid this overpriced, lackluster excuse for a restaurant at all costs!
What a sad disappointment. One expects better from Michael Mina. To begin with, once we told the server we would not be having drinks and only wanted water, we were seemingly dismissed, as we would not be driving up the check price with drinks. The server's attitude changed completely, and for the rest of our dining experience, he was barely present at our table, and we were there when the restaurant was only 20%-25% filled. The server's bad attitude was bad enough that I decided against ordering any starters, so while we didn't order drinks, the attitude caused the restaurant to lose money because we didn't order starters. My companion ordered a wedge salad with chicken added on. You know the wedge? It is literally a wedge of iceberg lettuce, the least expensive lettuce sold on the planet earth, yet International Smoke has the unmitigated gall to charge $18 for a WEDGE SALAD. Yes, it comes with crumbled bacon and blue cheese crumbles (the operative words being 'crumble' which is synonymous with 'few' or 'a tiny amount'). I don't know how much they charge to add chicken, but the few chunks I saw looked like they wouldn't amount to 1/4 of a breast. I ordered the Charbroiled Salmon, which comes with 'roasted potato, braised greens, grilled broccoli, smoked brava sauce.' Let's start with the charbroiling: the skin was not crispy at all; the salmon and the skin were limp, like a dead snake. Pay careful attention to the 'roasted potato' because as you can see in my accompanying photo, it is literally ONE potato, one NEW potato; in fact, it looks as though I might have only received 3/4 of ONE, NEW potato. Look at my photo. Do you see 'braised greens'? My salmon was on a bed of what appeared to be broccolini, not broccoli, which tasted and appeared to be steamed, not grilled, as it was as limp and lifeless as overcooked pasta. And the 'smoked brava sauce' tasted like a can of Chef Boyardee. And this dish--this dish of limp, uncrispy-skinned salmon, maybe one new potato, overcooked broccolini, and orange-colored tangy paste sauce--was $38. For an additional $18 (you read that right, $18 for a side dish), I ordered the Roasted Mushrooms. They are the only reason this restaurant earned the one star I gave it. They are a 3-star dish, and managed to save my otherwise abysmal meal. They, unlike any other part of my meal, were roasted to perfection and the seasoning highlighted the earthy mushroom flavor without overpowering the dish the way the 'brava sauce' drowned the salmon and broccolini. Overall, I'd say you'll have a better meal at the Subway on the other side of the hotel.
🙂
Another good one by Michael Mina
Great service, no waiting to be seated, and every issue that we had with our meal was resolved promptly. My ribs were delicious as well as the Brussel sprouts. Ordered a cocktail that was served with a very pour, almost a virgin drink, and that too was corrected. This establishment is part restaurant part sports bar. Good music from the 70's, 80's, and 90's playing and a general cool ambience. This is the second Michael Mina restaurant I have eaten at in 2 days and they both are above average.
😒
Good not great. The cheesecake and cornbread however we’re above average
We ordered cornbread , brussel sprouts , a half rack of ribs and cheesecake for dinner before a show. We found the staff to be very nice and attentive. The cornbread and cheesecake were above average. The rest of the meal was good not great.
Sat at the bar for a dinner as I did not have a reservation. My Moscow Mule was good. I tried the pork bao buns and the thai beef cups. The service was very good, but the food was not. Too bad.
🤢
Don’t Believe They’ll Make It
Got dinner before show. Had the truffle Mac and cheese for $25. No truffles and it was dry and mushy. Rest of meal wasn’t great. Wouldn’t recommend.
😍
I'm always in Vegas and finally got to eat here.
If you are a bbq lover you must eat here. The portion sizes are good, the prices are fair for Vegas prices and most importantly the food quality and taste is excellent. I ordered the half ribs and side order of mac n'cheese and mashed potatoes. All three items were good enough portions to share for two people. Great place for lunch or dinner at the MGM hotel.
