I thought the food was AMAZING - and this is coming from someone who is not big on red meat. Everything was packed with flavor, I ordered the short rib. I see a lot of reviews complaining about service, my experience was the total opposite to that. All 3 servers assisting our table for 2 were nothing short of excellent and knowledgeable with the steak selections! Even served us a small treat for our anniversary which was an unexpected nice touch! We will be back here again!!

I requested a birthday dinner for 6 people for my wife's 35th as we were planning out our trip to Vegas. Upon arrival, we waited 20 minutes to be seated. Ok I get it, it's a busy weekend. We were seated next to a group of 25-30 guys on a huge long table that were drunk and extremely loud. We couldn't even hear each other at my table. The waitress with really long blond braids and pregnant was extremely blunt and rude. She left us for 20 minutes without checking in with us each time. It took us 40 minueted to pay the check because she left so many times. We were there almost 3 hours for dinner. They messed up our order 3 times. But I'll have to admit, the steak was good, very good. Our appetizer was sushi on top of crispy rice was not flavorful at all. The manager was a very polite man but he was not able to control his waitress that was over powering the situation and wanted to argue with me on why I placed my order wrong and that she took the order correctly. I told her I'm not here to argue. I just want to get it right and let my wife enjoy her birthday that your so clearly on a mission to ruin. Overall im so disgusted with our waitress we will not ever go back here even if It was the last steak resturant in Vegas. I've never actually been in a position where I've argued with a waitress at a resturant, let alone a high end one like this place.

Food is okay, service is beyond horrendous! Our waitress was very hostile, rude and abrasive for no apparent reason. From the moment we sat down she wanted nothing to do with us and was very confrontational. Needless to say we won't be going back ever!

I've had a lot of great steaks in Vegas and this Tomahawk ribeye is in the top 3. If you're in Vegas and near Aria, I highly recommend you stopping in. Everything was delicious from the appetizers to dessert.

OMG! Jean Georges in the Aria is one of the BEST steakhouses I have been to in a long long time. The Restaurant is stunning. The decor is absolutely beautiful. It's a 1920s themed restaurant with plush couch-like chairs and plush leather chairs. It is also darkly lit, place settings and beautiful silverware and stunning glassware. To start, they even serve Veuve Cliquot by the glass! The Wagu A5 is Certainly the star of the show. Even though I did not order it, I had the 18 oz bone in ribeye which was cooked to perfection and juicy and charred perfectly. The accompanying side sauces were incredibly delicious. One of the signature side sauces is a miso-based steak sauce that is just phenomenal. The black truffle mac & cheese was to die for. Along with the asparagus which was cooked to perfection along with lemon zest and butter. On the menu is Valhrona chocolate cake which I am sure was probably insane. But I opted fir the Apple pie with maple and pecan ice cream. I will never be able to eat apple pie again. This was simply the most incredible dessert ever!

This restaurant was packed and very very expensive. They had a hamburger on the menu for $48. I had the sea bass for $53 which was the cheapest thing on the menu. A baked potato was $21. The service was nothing extraordinary. The wine menu was extensive. I just felt the prices were outlandish but that’s Vegas for you.

I bought the American wagyu and it was great. this place is modern in 2011. Worth an experience but i like Prime which is exactly the same menu and Gordon Ramsays steak across the street is way better.

NEW York- 3.5 starsShort rib- 3.5 stars, interesting soy ginger flavor was tasty, not enough sauce Truffle mashed potatoes- 2 stars, runny, French fries- 3 starApple pie- 2 star under seasoned and texture was off.

Classy place!! I really enjoyed the ambiance and glassine's of this steakhouse. Everything was top notch from start to finish. The service was beyond excellent! Our waiter was very knowledgeable with all the wine and their food and specials. I definitely recommend an early reservation as there might be some things on the menu that they can quickly run out of. For example, a few of us wanted the swordfish milanese but they only had one portion left. Thank goodness we were all able to try each others dishes because that fish was delish! But hands down, their glazed short rib blew my socks off and changed my life forever!!! I don't think I'll ever eat that great of a short rib ever again. I already can't wait to eat here again. This will now be on my priority list of restaurants to dine at next time I'm in Vegas!

Enjoyed valentines/anniversary dinner with our friends. Atmosphere was nice, service impeccable, and food good. Gave roses to all women. We ordered the 50 plus ounce steak to all split, price was not on menu. When bill came the steak was $500!!! All sides are separate price as well. We enjoyed our dinner but that was officially the most expensive meal we ever ate! It was a special occasion for us, but still way too expensive. Not sure average person can enjoy nice meals in Vegas anymore . Making everything Way out of reach! . 🤷🏻 ♀️

Came here for dinner as a group of 6, expectations were high given the places reputation. Atmosphere is very cool and elegant, among the best in Vegas. Service is great too. Food & Drink? Started with a Negroni cocktail that was a bit too strong, had a jumbo shrimp cocktail, excellent! Bone in rib eye was a bit overcooked hence not so awesome, spinach as you would expect. Steak came with 4 different sauces to share, tasty but tiny! Each one was about the size of a coffee spoon portion, no clue what that is about. Winelist is long but far too expensive, only 2 Napa Cabs in the 150s space, had 2 bottles of Newton and then a final Newton at about USD460. The issue is that all bottles got served way too cold resulting in flat flavour and taste. All in all a good evening and experience, but for the coins we dropped there are better choices in LV.

We made reservations for this restaurant skeptical after reading the reviews. But boy are we glad they were wrong. We had a wonderful dinner with rice crusted tuna (very thick cuts), sea bass with the largest maitake mushroom I have ever seen and husband had the filet. We also added a side of truffle mashed potatoes which are not on the menu but you can ask for them. Everything was delicious and our waitress and team were fantastic. I also highly recommend the orange & elderflower cosmos. Best cosmo I've had. We will definitely return.

I have now eaten at this restaurant on 3 different occasions. My Wife and I cannot seem to find anything on the menu we like except for the meatballs. It is a shame as the restaurant has a great atmosphere.

We had a wonderful trip to the Aria for a quick Fall getaway and decided to splurge with a great steak and meal at Jean George's Steakhouse. The service was wonderful and the ambiance was great (although when first seated it was very cool in the restaurant but our bodies adjusted lol). The steaks were very average; the brussel sprouts were tasteless and not cooked properly; the macaroni and cheese was lukewarm and so-so...honestly blown away by the sub-par food in contrast to the high prices - even high for Las Vegas!! The Wedge Salad was essentially a loose pile of iceberg lettuce with milky Blu Cheese Dressing dumped in the middle of it...very disappointing! The service was exceptional however. We didn't complain at all since it was a comped meal...but really - there has to be better places then this in Las Vegas!

My first visit to Aria's Jean Georges Steakhouse was a nice one. As expected, the space is beautiful and the service was exceptional. Aside from the steak, memorable items include their oysters, Brussel sprouts salad and cheesecake.

Ok at this point I've attended a reservation purchased on AT by a friend and sold a reservation personally. Both worked pretty smoothly, nothing sketchy about it. A few areas for improvement including a way to more directly communicate between buyers and sellers, but the app always seems to be in development. AT customer support is really(!) responsive and helpful too if you have questions!

Best Answer It can be under your name or a name you choose! Some reservation offers already include the AppointmentTrader Transfer Service which will transfer the reservation in to your name. If its not included you can add it on after buying the reservation for a small fee. One thing on that though: As many reservations become available at last minute, taking a reservation in someone else name is quick and great for privacy. Most reservations on AT are listed with a virtual phone number, so all you need to do is present the phone number at the hostess stand and you are good to go!

Best Answer Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

Best Answer Hey @EvocativeFold67, welcome to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Best Answer Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.

What happens if my bid expires unanswered?

Best Answer Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
