I really enjoyed this place.
Bachelor party weekend , we got the back room. The ribs were off the chain good, great drinks and service and my son and I got the porterhouse ...was fanatasic.
Service and ambiance is amazing there.
The food is pretty good but not worth the price they charge for it. I got the filet medium well and it was very unseasoned. Besides that it was a cute experience.
My family had a wonderful experience dining here.
The ambiance was refined but still warm and the service was impeccable. Our waiter was extremely attentive and accommodating, constantly checking up on our table and quickly fulfilling requests. The food was ridiculously good. I had the chilean sea bass which was rich and perfectly cooked. The oysters on the half shell were super fresh and not fishy at all. The crowd favorites at the table were the wagyu carpaccio and crispy sushi sampler. If you really like truffle, the black truffle mac and cheese is loaded with truffle flavor. Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend this restaurant.

Husband and I split the filet mignon and we split all the sides with another couple. The house bread is amazing! Expensive but worth it! Free dessert for the bday girl!

I wasnt terribly hungry so I opted for a couple of apprtizers instead of a huge meal (plus my room had no fridge for leftovers). I ordered the wagyu carpaccio and octopus. Both were delicious and I would order again. I could see myself coming here for a full meal the next time I'm in vegas.

I went here for an early dinner. I had two servers. The female was very slow. But the male server hustled and tried to cover. The food was great. A wedge salad, shrimp cocktail, and a ribeye with the bone. All were perfect.

my wife n I were there on a Sunday night (June 23, 2024), the ambiance was very good, an upscale steak house, n the service was excellent (the waiter did try to upsell, which is to be tolerated even though annoying to some degree), but that was where the "good" ended: the wife ordered a "Chilean sea bass", but the bass was definitely not from Chile! it is immoral and unethical for a business to give u inferior quality food while charging a premium price. Wynn would not have done these. Mr. Jean-George have left town a long time ago. a word of wise to the management: we may be gamblers, but we are not stupid. i know a Chilean sea bass from a Mediterranean sea bass......i bought them from Bristol Farm all the time. i ordered a burger( after i saw the movie Menu, i am in search of the perfect burger), very plain with not much taste, Bardot next door offers a much better burger, Wynn Tableau offers the best burger i have had in Vegas in an upscale surroundings. By the way, the movie "Menu" is a must seen for people who love food!!!

Had an early dinner at the bar and the bartenders service did not disappoint. I was greated warmly and shown how to navigate the iPad to for their drink selection. I came during Restaurant Week and chose to take advantage. The crispy sushi sampler was delicious and melted in your mouth. My filet was cooked to perfection. I'll definitely return

So Rude and Mediorce
Hostess staff was so rude. We were seated 25 minutes after our reservation time. Waitress disappeared multiple times. Drinks were good, sides were just ok (mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese) and porterhouse was very weak overall with little flavor. I didn’t like the place the first time but wanted to give it a second try but was equally disappointed.
Expensive but worth It.
Very nice place and world class steaks. Not really busy at all when we went but it was early. I tried all three graded steaks here including real Kobe beef and might I say it melts in your mouth. It is priced at $67 an Ounce I believe so just tried 3 ounce taster. This is a very upscale steakhouse and is Not cheap whatsoever so please go there knowing that or you will be disappointed. Me and a buddy had a $563 bill before tip and only liquor purchased was I had one jack daniels. That being said worth every penny. Food was fantastic.

The food was incredible - the service was top notch! Granted I was with a private dining party but the experience overall was amazing. Wagyu was the best I have ever had. Only thing that was ok were the cocktails, nothing out of the ordinary with the cocktail selection.

Went to this restaurant for a business dinner and cannot say enough good things about the place and food. The ambience is very melo and the service is very high caliber. While the menu is a bit pricey, it is worth it. We had several appetizers and I had the Filet Mignon and it was excellent. Everyone else also loved their entree. We also had most of the side dishes to share and everything was spectacular. But for me, the deserts were the absolute best. We ordered every desert and, as a French person, I can honestly say they were some of the best I have ever had. Absolutely remarkable!! I would go back any chance I get just to order the desert tray :-)

Dinner and atmosphere was amazing! Our servers Juan and Jason were very attentive. Johnny, the general manager was so welcoming. The restaurant is lucky to have him.Even the executive chef came out and introduced himself.The food, especially the beef rib cap was fabulous. We will definitely return

I read about Jean Georges in the late 90’s so tonight I finally get to have this experience. The first thing I noticed was the decor and it was modern but warm. It’s located inside The Hotel Aria on the second floor. Our waiter was Eddie and we loved his style! A fun fact he started with JG at Prime in 1998 and his level of excellence really stands out! The food was outstanding and presentation was the same. A lovely woman came around to take a photo and at the end of dinner and for a fee we got to take home a memento of the evening.
A great celebration dinner
We came to Jean George for our 41st Anniversary. We were greeted at the table with a complimentary flute of champagne. Eddie and Richie were our team and they treated us like gold . The steaks were delicious and done to perfection. I had the 8 ounce filet and it was so rich I couldn’t finish the steak . We ordered Asparagus as our side and thank goodness we split that dish . The portion was very generous and was enough for four people . We didn’t want to consider dessert we were too full so I can’t comment on the dessert options . But after our plates were removed Eddie surprised us with three macarons to finish our celebration dinner . Thanks to all the staff that made our anniversary dinner such a special night .

Do not waist your time or money. We selected this place for our 49th anniversary celebration and it was not only below our expectations but embarrassingly awful! They should have paid us to dine there. From service to seating ….I looked at a pillar wall thing the waiters had to walk around to serve our meals and crammed next to another table. Wine by the glass 30$ Cal. Pinot noir ick!! sent it back. My steak was salty…potatoes were salty and sauces were too lemony . Just a terrible experience all around. Even the Caesar salad was awful too much lemon and served in cereal bowl….. really!!! Our side of asparagus was way fat and stalky and burned. Very expensive, very awful!

This amazing restaurant is our #1 "must" of ever Vegas visit. We prefer to sit at the bar where Darren takes care of everyone - you feel so cared for! The cocktails are always incredible - give him an ingredient and let him do his wizardy. The salads are incredible, the steaks as advertised, the scallops are to die for. I could also just go and eat only sides for dinner.... The sides are all absolutely amazing! My favorite spot in Vegas. There's nothing like it.

I do have my favorite server who is Shaunna (hope I spelled it correctly tho I'm in trouble)! There is only one and she is just 10 out of 10+ and a must when I dine here! I know her work schedule so that should tell you she is exceptional! The food is just one of a kind and I took two girlfriends of mine on the last trip to Vegas to experience their cuisine! Let me say that NOTHING DISAPPOINTED! I couldn't imagine anyone dining here and having any complaints seriously ! The ambiance is just right and the seating is equally great! To say phenomenal to describe my dining experience would still be a disservice to describe my time here. From start to finish I was left in awe by the service from their incredibly attentive staff, the atmosphere welcoming me with a tranquil setting but with a bold dash of elegance, and lastly the exquisite taste left in my palette after enjoying every single bite of each meal! This was something I doubt I'll ever get to experience ever again. Before making it to the steakhouse I've always had a dream to be given the opportunity to taste the certified Japanese A5 Kobe wagyu. All I can say is it was everything and more that I had ever dreamt of and there is no place on earth that I'd rather experience it ever again unless it is here.

The whole staff was very friendly and making it feel like it was a huge warm welcome from the minute you step into the restaurant. Everyone was very knowledgeable in regard to the chef and restaurants background and it truly shows that they are proud and care deeply. The food, THE FOOD! Every single bite was full of flavor and character, from the way it looks all the way down to the taste. The truffle, the A5 kobe beef, the sushi, and the desserts all carried a unique twist but that was the key to making it all perfection. The A5 kobe beef is a delicacy that is a must. It is an experience that you will never regret. Overall, they made this anniversary to never be forgotten. A big thank you to everyone there.

We all ordered steak, and it was decent, but we all felt like it wasn't seasoned well, and we needed some kind of sauce to eat it with. While the steaks are undisputedly the stars of the menu I happen to LOVE the appetizers, the crispy sushi sampler, crab cake and chargrilled octopus are just a few of my personal favorites. We enjoy eating at the bar at JG and Darren always takes the best care of us with five star service! We are huge Golden Knights fans and he ALWAYS goes the extra mile to get us in and out for dinner so we can make it to the game. Ask him to make his classic champagne cocktail and he will know who sent you ;) His espresso martinis are also out of this world and calories don't count at JG! If you can't sit at the bar with Darren and you need a table for a group I highly recommend you request Eddie as your server. I'm getting hungry writing this review...think I'll make a reservation!

This is by far my favorite restaurant with the best steak I've ever had and I am from the Midwest! Every single thing is amazing. My favorite thing to do when it's all adults is to sit at the bar. It's full service and Darrin is the world's best bartender. All of drinks are amazing and he makes the world's best espresso martinis. there is nothing on the menu that is bad! Ask to sit at the bar with Darrin! He will always make your night!

The restaurant is beautiful and the staff was friendly and attentive. I gave 3/5 because the steak we ordered medium, it looked like it was cooked great, but it was pretty chewy. The same with the octopus. I LOVE ordering octopus, the flavor was good but the octopus itself was chewier than I would've hoped for. The Mac and cheese was bomb. I also enjoyed the variety of sauces available at the table, they were all delicious. Unfortunately the espresso martini we ordered wasn't very good. I didn't like the espresso grounds floating on the top, it was weird to drink, and I would have preferred it to be shaken and frothy. Would I go back? Sure. But it won't be high on my list unfortunately.

This has been my go to steakhouse in Vegas for years, but my last trip there has me reconsidering. At first we were both given the wrong cut and then told they were accurate. I sent mine back while my friend decided to keep their "ribeye cap". The replacement steak wasn't much better. It was a low quality ribeye with mostly hard fat and grizzle not the F1 ribeye that I ordered. It was on par with a chain steakhouse. I hope this was a one off and not representative of what's to be expected for future visits. Either way, time to find new options.
Jean George's Steakhouse is a true gem in Las Vegas.
The service was impeccable, and the food was outstanding. The truffle Mac and Cheese was a delightful indulgence, and the cocktails were truly exceptional. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful! My parents are visiting and we have wanted to go to Nobu Malibu for years. I tried getting a reservation myself but it was next to impossible. So glad I was able to buy a reservation on appointment trader for a decent price!

Ok at this point I've attended a reservation purchased on AT by a friend and sold a reservation personally. Both worked pretty smoothly, nothing sketchy about it. A few areas for improvement including a way to more directly communicate between buyers and sellers, but the app always seems to be in development. AT customer support is really(!) responsive and helpful too if you have questions!

It can be under your name or a name you choose! Some reservation offers already include the AppointmentTrader Transfer Service which will transfer the reservation in to your name. If its not included you can add it on after buying the reservation for a small fee. One thing on that though: As many reservations become available at last minute, taking a reservation in someone else name is quick and great for privacy. Most reservations on AT are listed with a virtual phone number, so all you need to do is present the phone number at the hostess stand and you are good to go!

Does anyone know how AT plans to handle cases where a seller is quitting the platform but has a sell through rate <25%? The error message I got said to fill more bids or find other ways to increase the rate.

If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
