Have been eager to try this place in person after doing the carry out during the pandemic. Everything from start to finish was excellent. Everyone starts with the Salatim and pita. The flavor of each dish was unique and delish in its own way. For entrees we did the Spicy Spanish Mackerel and the BBQ Shortrib Shishlik which came with rice - recommend both. To end everyone gets a brown sugar soft serve and I was itching for seconds of that! The service and our waiter were also excellent and we will be back!

Absolutely love all of the salatim dishes! My boyfriend and I split the branzino dish, and by the time it came out, we were both stuffed. The staff gave us a whole box of leftovers and we were really satisfied with our meal!

This place is sooooo good! 1st time we came i knew nothing about it and turns out we were lucky enough to even get a seat at the bar on a weeknight. Cocktails were great. I wish I remembered the bartenders name because he was awesome and very knowledgeable! The food is also out of this world!!! Salatim with any entree order for the table, so delicious. Make a reservation if you can, you will not be disappointed! The 2nd time i came was for lunch and just as good!

With all the recent hype of Laser Wolf, we wanted to give it a try. However, this Israeli chic hot spot didn't really give us much to write home about. Our meal was exactly what you would have expected, nothing special. The Saltim is their ten sides to dip their homemade pita bread in (the pita itself was veryyy heavy, much too dense for my liking). They were out of the lamb & beef main, so we get the special skirt steak for $46, and boy...it was not worth $46 (let alone the tiny portion they gave). We also got the wings and fries to share - fries were double fried and great (homemade ketchup was a meh) but the wings were over cooked and dry. The soft serve was a nice way to end the meal, but again, nothing extra or over the top. We enjoyed the meal while we were there, but it's not one we'll need to repeat.

Im not sure if they changed their structure but when we were there, the waiter told us we can order main dishes to share - not everyone has to order something. Regardless of how many entrees we ordered, it will come with the Salatim (which is technically unlimited refills) for the whole table. You can order a brisket kebab ($40) and share with two people which will be $20 each person, making it much more affordable. We ended up ordering Beets with Dukkah, BBQ short ribs with passion fruit/amba to share with 4 people. This was definitely enough and we had left overs to take home. The staffs were very friendly and patient with explaining all the food as we're not familiar with some Israeli dishes. We also received complimentary dolma since it was our first timing dinning in. The portion of the main entree is definitely very little for the price. However - it's because the Salatim and the ice cream is included in that price. Overall I think you'll enjoy this place if you like Salatims. (Veggies and interesting spices). The soft serve at the end is amazing!Highly recommend but don't forget to make reservations as this place gets booked quickly. Q: And lastly, the question everyone has been wondering - is Laser Wolf or Zahav better??Factoring price, ambiance and everything, after going to both places ... I would come back to Laser Wolf again but probably not Zahav (unless someone offers to pay for me). Both places you'll be happy with the food!

I know I am going to be in the minority here, but I was not wowed by Laser Wolf. I much prefer the food at Zahav or Soraya. Our service was wonderful. Drinks and salatim were great as well (although I again prefer the salatim at Zahav). We were upsold on the dry aged ribeye and the whole Bronzino. Enjoyed the Bronzino but had to send the ribeye back. It was so tough that it could not be cut or chewed. I sensed it was supposed to be tender however, because we had not been given steak knives. Also not a huge fan of the soft serve dessert. Definitely a delicious meal but did not live up to the hype for me.

They have incredible menu and awesome cocktails. The entrees are a bit expensive but they're meant to be served family style and you get a huge plate of sides and the most amazing hummus and pita. Plus you get dessert. Worth waiting for the reservations!

I saw an open reservation for my birthday and knew I had to book after hearing so many great things and after trying a few other Solomonov owned restaurants. All I can say is wow wow wow, absolutely delicious and worth all the hype. I could've eaten the salatim all night--so much variety, each option so thoughtfully put together with so many flavor profiles plus warm fluffy pita. For the mains I got the mushroom shishlik and my boyfriend got the lamb merguez, then we were given a cauliflower shawarma on the house. All so good! I really appreciated the vegetarian options and the accommodations the staff was able to make. And then the brown sugar soft serve was such a great way to end the meal. Such a great and accommodating staff and overall wonderful experience.

.. We went to eat here a few months ago. The staff was beyond rude and turned us away because our 2 year olds were not vaccinated. They then offered to seat us outside when it was 30 degrees out. They said it wasn't fair to other guests for our kids to not be vaccinated but seating 2 year olds outside is??

Bottom Line: I'm a huge Chef Solomonov fan, and while Laser Wolf hits the spot for what you get as a whole, some of the individual salatim that you get are hits and misses. Will 100% recommend to go there, may not return for a second trip because there are other middle eastern options in Philly. Definitely should try this place. Get a meat, enjoy the salatim, and get a dessert included! the vibe is nothing special, staff are really accomodating, and the drink I had was a solid 4.5/5.

Can't wait to go back! Sat at the bar and was our first time going. My husband didn't really know what to order as he's not familiar with middle eastern food and the server was super helpful. The hummus is to die for. Could have done without dessert (nothing to write home about). All in all highly recommend!

Make sure you make a reservation in advance because they are super busy. The environment is really chill and fun. Service was very prompt and knowledgeable. They have their own pricing where you pick a protein and it comes with salatim. Their pita is amazing! It's warm and soft and absolutely delicious with the salatim. Honestly, I could have done without the protein. Overall, Laser Wolf has a great atmosphere and just for the pita, it is a nice place to come with friends.

As basic as it sounds, i enjoyed the hummus most of all. I was surprised by the entree portion sizes. Without mention, her koobieh and my kebab were presented on the same plate, so we ended up expecting another dish to come out, but with the salatim, we were more than satisfied.My issue comes with the 20% surcharge on the menu to ensure staff is paid properly. Why isn't this just part of the menu pricing like everywhere (literally) else? It's not a temporary measure, it's a fixed cost. I'm sad to say that this is the part of the meal that has stuck with me the most.

OK. So if you want to be blown off your feet with the most delicious food ever, go here.We didn't have a reservation, but when we popped in around 5 PM we were told we could come back around 6 PM and perhaps they could take us as a walk in. We came back and we found two seats at the bar. The place was packed with a diversity of people, all looking very happy.We ordered the Salatim, as we weren't very hungry and we are vegan, so didn't want to order the meat (although there are three vegan offerings from the grill that sound delicious). When that tray came out, our eyes nearly popped out of our heads. The colors and tastes for every single portion of the mezze was just outstanding. My favorite was the butternut squash with Libyan spices, but really, it was all amazing. Everyone was so friendly, including the other guests at the bar, who shared some French fries (YUM!) I have never been to a restaurant like this. It was the best meal I've ever had out....The ice cream that came out at the end was a very nice treat, with date syrup and wet walnuts. Go and enjoy Laser Wolf!

We were a party of 6 and arrived for our reservation but the table wasn’t ready so had a drink at the bar. We waited around 20+ minutes. They brought us French fries for having to wait which we appreciated!
Once we were seated our waiter explained the menu. Everything was so delicious. It initially didn’t seem like a lot of food, but very deceiving as it was plenty!!It was worth the wait. I can’t wait to return

Been wanting to try for ages and friend finally got us in via AMEX Resy. I can't say enough good about it. If you've been to Zahav, consider this a more casual, quirky, cousin. The food is inventive, delicious, and plentiful. Drinks are equally amazing. What make it so special was the staff. Our excellent server, Shane, clearly takes pride in the place, knew the menu and drinks so well, and made us feel so welcome. It was my 50th BD and he brought complimentary Cava. We expressed interest in a dish and he brought us a sample. Superior treatment! The rest of the team was equally friendly. Food wise, same excellent hummus as Zahav and Diezengoff! Salarim platter was generous!! The kale babaganoush was my favorite and to die for -delicious. After the Salatim, I chose the Iraqi short ribs for two. The taste and quality were beyond compare. Not much more to say except that I can't wait to return!! Thank you.

Whose name will my reservation be under when I arrive at the venue?

Best Answer It can be under your name or a name you choose! Some reservation offers already include the AppointmentTrader Transfer Service which will transfer the reservation in to your name. If its not included you can add it on after buying the reservation for a small fee. One thing on that though: As many reservations become available at last minute, taking a reservation in someone else name is quick and great for privacy. Most reservations on AT are listed with a virtual phone number, so all you need to do is present the phone number at the hostess stand and you are good to go!

Best Answer Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

Best Answer Hey @EvocativeFold67, welcome to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Best Answer Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.

What happens if my bid expires unanswered?

Best Answer Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
