Great food, poor servide
The food was excellent, However the service was very poor. On several times we had to look for a waiter to get some attention.
This branch of this chain are thieves.
They charge $195 for a bottle of Rose that other top class restaurants charge $45-$50. When you complain , they say we are a brand restaurant and we can charge anything we want. Very rude and dishonest people. The meitrdee is so rude and obnoxious
Classy Victuals on Worth Avenue
Very elegant and typically Palm Beach restaurant. Imported from Manhattan with the same type of vibe. Very good food, carefully selected to please American tastes, not typically French cooking despite the name. Quite high prices, especially for wine and liquor - but commonplace for its Worth Ave location - . Atmosphere is sunny, bright and attractive. Waitstaff are pleasant, smiling and attentive. I like Table 13 in the back of the restaurant but for those Palm Beachers who want to be seen, tables by the entrance are superior. The Maitre ds are very solicitous, friendly, surprisingly amiable (especially if you are well dressed). Definitely worth a trip. And an improvement from their NYC place. RHLourié

One of the most incredible dining experiences in palm beach! The food is delicious and the service was incredible. Great place to celebrate a birthday as well.
THE Palm Beach exhibit A!
It’s located on Worth Avenue Don t go if you plan to wear shorts or flip flops! The bouillabaisse was one of the best I had and the poulet Cajun was succulent. No question food was good. The wine list was quite expensive so be prepared to reach deep in your pockets if you want to pair your meal with wine. The menu itself was not also cheap. The ambience was a typical worth avenue crowd with its pretentious extravagance matched to some extent by the waiters. Nevertheless it was a good meal and evening.

wine bottle prices are crazy expensive, least expensive wine on menu is $145 (red Sancerre) and waitstaff tells guests this is not a good wine! They should really have a more balanced wine list. With some wines under $100

Beautiful but cramped outdoor setting, eager to please but inexperienced service, and inconsistent (ranging from poor to exceptional) food. Raw oysters were dry without brine-didn't seem to be freshly shucked. Signature chicken dish was excellent. Quality of ny strip steak seemed less than top notch, not as good as prior meals, but they likely changed in order to keep the same price. Tarte Tatin was out of this world! Stingy pours on wine; seems they switched to coupe glasses for martinis to reduce amount of gin. Warn friends about inconsistency before taking them there.

Best way I can put this is avoid this place. Management is inattentive, servers are pompous, rude, and do not listen. My New York steak was only warm at best. There are so many great restaurants in Palm Beach. Sadly, this is not one of them.

I brought my family here for dinner This was our first time. The hostess Olivia was so warm and inviting when she greeted us. The service from Laurent was exceptional. I have been to all the restaurants in Palm beach. This is by far the best. Considering the atmosphere, food and staff. I will always recommend this restaurant. You need to ask for Laurent and be sited in his section. Super service

I have eaten at Bilboquet many times and this evening changed my whole view. I had stopped by with my partner for a drink & the hostess greeted us in a usual great way ready to show us to the bar. As this happened, a gentleman stepped in front of us and informed us that the restaurant was "fully committed" for the evening, even as we viewed multiple open seats at the bar. He was arrogant, condescending and will be the reason I no longer eat at Bilboquet moving forward. Thanks for the distant memories.

I did not find the restaurant pretentious as others have said. This is a beautiful restaurant with lovely covered outdoor seating and attentive service. All the food we had was very high quality. Loved the shrimp and foi gras appetizers and the veal, brick chicken and bouillabaisse entrees were all well done. The bouillabaisse was such a rich lobster base with a variety of fish and shellfish. And to top it off the profiteroles were delicious! Yes, this is an expensive restaurant but honestly so many restaurants are these days that it didn’t seem that extreme given this is a fine dining establishment.

Late night table for me and my colleague that wanted sweets and for me craving savory night cap. We were surprised the restaurant had space for us and when we sat we were pleasantly surprised that we could still order food. Cocktail was delicious, and they even offered a NA pairing for my colleagues dessert choice. I had the cioppino and a delicious wine selected by our waiter. Ambiance is lovely, lots of fun was had that night and every table around us was having a blast. Definitely a place to be and to be seen if you're in PB.
WORST resteraunt on the island.
Having been to Le Bib in Sag Harbor and Atlanta, I was looking forward to my experience. Instead, I get over cooked chicken, high-school-first-job level customer service, and cheap interior decorating. Make no mistake -- a McDonald's on the Island would be better.

Wonderful! My parents are visiting and we have wanted to go to Nobu Malibu for years. I tried getting a reservation myself but it was next to impossible. So glad I was able to buy a reservation on appointment trader for a decent price!

I was veeeeeerry skeptical that this would work, particularly at a restaurant as hard to get into as Nobu Malibu, and it was perfect! We had lunch outside on the patio and it was fabulous!

Ok at this point I've attended a reservation purchased on AT by a friend and sold a reservation personally. Both worked pretty smoothly, nothing sketchy about it. A few areas for improvement including a way to more directly communicate between buyers and sellers, but the app always seems to be in development. AT customer support is really(!) responsive and helpful too if you have questions!

As a seller, I like the fact i have the ability now to transfer money out of my AT account and into a bank account. Makes getting the money much easier then the process before.

It can be under your name or a name you choose! Some reservation offers already include the AppointmentTrader Transfer Service which will transfer the reservation in to your name. If its not included you can add it on after buying the reservation for a small fee. One thing on that though: As many reservations become available at last minute, taking a reservation in someone else name is quick and great for privacy. Most reservations on AT are listed with a virtual phone number, so all you need to do is present the phone number at the hostess stand and you are good to go!

Does anyone know how AT plans to handle cases where a seller is quitting the platform but has a sell through rate <25%? The error message I got said to fill more bids or find other ways to increase the rate.
Is AT really going to block sellers from withdrawing their money? Especially revenue made before the sell through rate was introduced??

Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.

Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
