I walked into the restaurant for takeout at 4:45. The rude host informed me that every night they decide if they will do takeout at 5:00? What? I went back at 5:05. The rude host informed me that she needed to check with the bartender. Oh joy! On a Sunday night with no one there, I was graced with their service. $32 for broccoli beef and $15 for hot and sour soup. Got back to my room and the cheap plastic fork tynes broke into the barely cooked broccoli. LOL 80/20 broccoli to beef ratio. I am being generous. The soup was inedible. Never again.

Although pricey, I thought the food quality, ambiance, and the service here was great. We came here in a group of five for my friend's birthday. Although we were on a waitlist for the Peking Duck, we were still able to get one, and I highly recommend it. They bring the entire duck out in front of you and cut it up, so it's quite the experience. The duck was absolutely the best thing we had; it was crispy and juicy and perfect with the wraps. One complaint that I do have is that it doesn't come with nearly enough wrapping papers, and extras do cost $10 which is pricey. Other than that, we also ordered the Eggplant, Black Cod, Crab Vermicelli, Chasiu Bao, and Cucumber. I would recommend everything except for the crab vermicelli, which was very expensive and not that great. In regards to the service, our waiter was really attentive and kind to us, and he even brought burn cream for our friend who burned himself on one the dishes. The ambiance of the restaurant is very moody and dark, so it has a classy vibe.
😍

So good! Everything was delicious- only wish we had ordered the duck ahead of time! Service was very good as well!
🤮
We scored “a duck” . Nessun Punto
We were delighted and excited to be able to order the duck entree. Only 2 of us and the waitress advised that it was plenty of food, not to order anything else as it should feed 4. We were embarrassed by the size when it arrived but couldn’t wait to tuck in. They encouraged us to take a photo before the carving began. They served us a small starter portion each which we devoured, by this stage the normal sized adult duck had been returned to the kitchen. It’s almost $150 dollars so we presumed this was to keep it warm. We asked for “more please”. They served us a small plate of bones? Thus of course had to be a mistake? Not according to the manager - that was all that was left, the duck after all was only 48 days old and perhaps we’d never eaten duck before! I asked him to put the duck back together. Where were the legs, the thighs, the wings? The second breast? What a scam!!!!!! This duck was preordered and prepaid .. supposed to feed 4. We left disgruntled, insulted and hungry. If you order it - don’t let it out of your sight.
🤢
the food was okay at best.
very mediocre the service was good. the ambiance was okay. overall would not go again because it was mediocre at a high price point.
😍
Loved everything about this place.
From the service , ambiance to the dishes. Highly recommend the duck. Make sure you pre order this at least a week prior or when making a reservation.
😍
This was my first time at Mott.
I was blown away! Had low expectations since one of my family members in the past said it wasn't great but boy, they were wrong! We had a group of 8 people and we were trying to get there early for the private room on Friday night. We were in luck!!! Server was able to seat us in private room with a bathroom! It was very nice and convenient. We also were able to talk in a more private group setting. Ambiance was great..dark but not too dark. Lighting was perfect. Perfect place for time out with friends before club or date night. The main reason why we wanted to come here is our friend raves about the duck!!! We definitely had to try it. We had gotten some apps beforehand- crispy sea bass, calamari, frog legs and pork bun. Yum yum yum!! All were delish. I like the crispy sea bass and calamari- it was not made with heavy batter. Very light and tasty. Not oily either. The fried frog legs were off the hook! Tasted like chicken and seasoning was off point. We actually wanted more of this too. Pork buns were crispy outside and soft inside. Filling was a bit light but I didn't care for it being heavy since the main star was duck. We got 2 ducks to fill our needs. Oh my DUCKGOoOOoDNESS! It was amazing. They brought the duck in with a chef who cut it in front of us. Very nice profesional cuts. They had this thin rice paper you put the duck in with the veggies and these 3 amazing sauces. Oooooweeeee it was all that amazingness in my mouth! Duck was very tender and seasoned well. They also served the duck skin as well separately and it was like duck chips! Yum!! We devoured most of it but the remaining they asked if we wanted to make crispy duck fried rice or deep fried salt and pepper duck. We had do one of each... the fried rice was my fav. Great flavors and crispy. The salt and pepper were mainly bones left but still tasted great. I asked for crab fried rice since that duck fried rice I wanted more of but it wasn't listed on menu. Crab fried rice was also delicious. All fresh crab used, no heavy oils, and tasted light as well. Desserts and Drinks you cannot go wrong with anything on their menu. Our group practically tried everything on their menu for the cocktails and desserts. My favorite drink would probably the Hong Kong at 5 o clock. Desserts- my group like the coconut one. Anyhoo, I'll definitely would love to come back here again!! It's on my list to go with a group of friends in town. Great photo sessh too. Service was almost on point. They did forget a soup but later was able to remember when one of my friends ask for it again. Staff were all very attentive to us. Loved it! ***most important thing to remember if you want duckFYI- it takes about 45min so make sure you tell them when you sit down.

If you preorder the Peking duck it's absolutely lovely, its not as dry as traditional Peking duck, so actually I enjoyed it more. Comes with the usual pancakes, scallions and cucumber and an array of sauces. But it's very expensive because they only serve you a starter portion for $150 - they say it feeds 3 to 4 people which if you are served the whole duck it should - so don't let it out of your sight once it's at your table and the chef has done their carving magic- they serve a small amount and then whooo he makes it disappear. The menu and the server will make you believe you're ordering the entire duck, but then they'll argue it doesn't when you're looking for more. The manager was rude, insulting and condescending. Service pleasant but very slow.

Come here for a friend's birthday and we made reservations
Come here for a friend's birthday and we made reservations in advance but I didn't know that when you make reservations you needed to reserve the duck as well. Sadly we did not get to resver the duck or the BBQ pork but the hostesses were very accommodating with our situation since we went during a event that happened on the strip which cause us to be an hour later to our reservations so thank you for them for being very understanding however that was the only thing that keeps this from going down to two stars and the dessert. The restaurant is within palazzo and it is a beautiful modern restaurant. The decorations were red and gold all over. We were seated in a side area with red velvet couches. The table setting were neatly placed and went with the vibe. Our server Dani informed us at the very beginning that they were out of duck and bbq pork which is fine so we ordered our drinks and food. The drinks we go were hong kong iced tea, hanami, and jasmine cooler. The Hong Kong iced tea was okay but it had the perfect kick of tequila. The hanami was definitely more fruity and flavorful with yuzu but I'm not a big gin person so the I did taste the aftertaste of gin. The best drink we had was the Jasmine cooler which was a mocktail that was very fleshing. Those were ordered first while we tried to decide what to order since they were out of the best things they had there. We decided on some dim sum soup dumplings, siu mai, sea bass, Jellyfish starter, the rice noodle with beef, string beans, and then we asked our server dani for a recommendation for one dish which was the beef short rib. We got the Jellyfish first which was definitely more crunchy than what I am used it and a little spicy but other than that it was bland. The sauce they provided on the Jellyfish wasn't spread evenly unless we mixed it and even then it was still bland. The next dish that came out was the beef ribs which was what was recommended from our server and that was delicious. Soft, chewy, a little spicy, and sweet. It had so much flavor but it didn't melt in your mouth like normal wagyu would which is fine. Maybe it was supposed to be more on the chewy side but it had amazing flavor. The string beans came next and those were just normal tasting string beans they didn't have any amazing wow factor to them. Which was sad since it is suppose to have diced wagyu beef. It definitely didn't taste like it did but it did have tiny dry chunks of chewy meat. After getting our third dish we were still missing our drinks we ordered before the food so we mention it to our server and he was able to get them out a few minutes later. We then got our dim sums which were bland as well the siu mai had more flavor than the soup dumplings which was very disappointing since they are soup dumplings. Their soup dumplings were definitely sweeter than other soup dumplings I have had and they weren't too full of broth either which made them more doughy. Our sea bass came out and that looks promising until you tasted it. The fish was so bland unless you added the sauce. The miso sauce gave it more of a sweet taste but the sea bass itself was just bland. They could have added some salt or pepper to it but they didn't. The our last dish was the flat rice noodle, this was the most disappointing dish out of all the dishes we ordered. It was over priced for a bland stir fried flat noodle. I could get a more flavorful dish up the street in China town for half the priceWe ordered the fresh mango coconut glutinous rice roll, sweetned bean curd cream mango soup, the Panna cotta lychee sorbet and the honeycomb coconut ice cream. The glutinous rice rolls were more like squares and are covered in coconut flakes. The dessert was chewy and not super sweet which was nice but you can barely taste the mango flavor. The mango soup was mediocre as well, barely a mango flavor, and more beancurd taste than anythingHowever these last two desserts, the Panna cotta lychee sorbet and honeycomb coconut ice cream are to die for. The Panna cotta was sweet yet like and mixed perfectly with the lychee sorbet making it less sweet. The honeycomb crunch with the coconut ice cream was heavenly. It was creamy and smooth but had the crunch from the honeycomb. Those are definitely worth getting if you are at mott 32Overall, my experience at mott 32 was underwhelming with overpriced bland chinese food. It's more upsetting that the only good dishes they have are the two items you have to reserve in advance. That says a lot about the restaurant, that their only star of the shows are the duck and bbq pork. Maybe I'll come back for those specifically and the two desserts but other than that, this is a waste of money and time.
😒
Overpriced and mediocre.
I was expecting a lot more. Ambiance ruined by nonstop EDM club music.
😍
I cannot say enough good things about this place.
You definitely pay for what you get. But every single item was delicious.
🙂
It felt like an overpriced Panda Express lol.
I will say though that it is a nice place to celebrate a special occasion. Service was fine and the food was good! We ordered General Tso's Chicken and I believe it was the Stir Fried Noodles, without any meat by request. Not the most adventurous choices but tasty ones for sure. It was more than enough food for two people with smaller appetites. Note that there are several dining areas at this restaurant with just a few individual booths if that is your seating preference. If wanting a fancy dinner and in the mood for Chinese food, then Mott 32 is for you.

Anna May Wong Heaven. There's a bar upon entry and as you go in deeper, the dining area is set up in a circular structure. The cooks/chefs are situated in the kitchen behind the dining area, visible to the diners which gives it an authentic flair. The service is great. The ambience is swanky, sophisticated, mysterious. Old films of Anna May Wong projected onto the walls for viewing and entertainment. Gives it a touch of old Hollywood glam... But the food? Overpriced. Not nearly as good as what you'd find on Spring Mountain Road or Chinatown off the strip. The price tag for the quality is definitely not worth it. This place is only for the looks and vibe, for the impression of the mysterious East... or for those not really wanting to eat authentic Asian food but still be in the realm. If you are looking for real Asian food in Vegas, you should already know where to go, .
😒
Mott 32 is a nice fancy dinner place that serves Asian food.
Located inside Las Vegas Palazzo side on the ground level near the slot machines. We had a large party of 20 that came for dinner and had made reservations since it was for such a big party. They are famous for their duck and got to try them out. The skin is crispy and quote flavorful but the meat itself seemed a little bit on the dry side. We ordered a few fried dishes, lobster, beef, and small appetizers for the table. My friends did get quite a lot of alcoholic drinks for themselves. But overall food dishes came out quite well but the overall food itself might not seem traditional. It is fusion and it does state that. For me, I would say the price point was high but we still had a great time.
🤢
Good service but disappointing food
The restaurant offers a welcome refuge from the noise and blinking lights that one has to suffer to reach it. The service is good and courteous, but the food is not good. We were five for dinner, and we sampled a number of dishes, including beef, shrimp, various vegetables, a fish soup and what not. None of the dishes were horrible, but none was not good enough either. The chef has a tendency to add sugar and lots of salt to the dishes, making either too sweet or two salty, or both. The cut of the beef was excellent, soft and juicy, but the taste destroyed by the sugar. This is not a good Chinese restaurant.
🤢
Food was good, but not good enough for the price
This was easily the most disappointing restaurant experience of our February 2023 Vegas trip. The food was good, but they really are on board with the "Less for More" idea. The a la cart menu was annoying - you literally get nothing extra without paying a large amount of money for each individual side dish and beverage. They couldn't even bother to give free refills on soft drinks. Overall, the food was good, but some was unusual - the crispy beef had an odd texture. And prices were ridiculous, i.e. the market price for the whole King Crab is currently $1100 per plate. Lobster was apparently a steal at only $350 per plate. Obviously, seafood was off the menu for us.
😒
good food, not good atmosphere
The food was amazing and the service was awesome. But the ambiance was not good. This restaurant was in the middle of the casino. Some of the seats are in the middle of the facility and some are are next to the casino floor. We were near the casino floor, there is no wall between. There were people smoking in the casino so our meal was smokey. There was loud music in the restaurant and there was louder music in the casino and they competed with each other. There were also loud sounds from the slots next to our table, the effect was a lot of competing noises that made our meal not enjoyable. But they made me an amazing cocktail!
Had reservations. Seated 35 minutes late. Food was sent to wrong table. Got it an hour later. Had 4 kids who did not eat until 11pm. Worst experience ever.
😍
Fabulous dinner at Mott 32
We had a fabulous meal at Mott 32 in Las Vegas. The setting and atmosphere were great, the service really good and most importantly the food was wonderful. Really wide choice of food and the server was very helpful in helping us choose what and how much to order. Separate gluten free menu had good choice as well.
I don't know where to start: 1. Food is amazing! Chef was nominated for James Beard award and should have won. Amazing elevation of classic Chinese food. Smoked black cod was so good our party ordered another plate. Pork bad buns had the most amazing pastry. Creative hot and sour soup dumplings. 2. Service was great: we were not able to get a reservation and ended up seated at the bar. Bar staff was attentive, letting us order from full menu. Selection of cocktails creative and high end wines by the glass. I enjoyed the French burgundy. Pricey, yes but unusual to have this level of wine by the glass. Bar staff amenable to conversation which made for a pleasant evening. 3. Ambience convivial. People at the bar were friendly and our party of 4 were able to sit together because others were friendly and gladly shifted seats.
We were lucky. We didn't know hou have to reserve duck one week beforehand but ladies at the table next to us gave us their duck, they were full already. The duck was amazing, if you go there the duck is a must!! We had arround 8 courses and 3 deserts at the end and I mus say it was all amazing. Really great food and the service was amazing. Our server was amazing and made our experience even better.
😒
Warning- reserve your duck ahead of time
We were so looking forward to our dinner. Made the reservation two months ahead of time and arrived on time. We were going to this restaurant specifically for the Peking duck. We tried to order the Peking crispy duck only to find out that we were supposed to “pre-order” a duck. And, it was suggested that you do that two to three weeks ahead of time. Argh. Apparently it is noted on the website but not noted when you make a reservation or on the online sample menu. Overall the food we had was good, service was good but experience was mediocre because of this.
I would say it's a good/very good restaurant. Nothing WOW to deserve 5 stars but quite good. Dumplings were very good. One of the best I had. On the other hand, main meal like general tso chicken, chicken broccoli etc was good but not sure if worth the price. The wine selection was quite overpriced. They should have better price variety.
🤢
We have visited the restaurant when it first opened and it
We have visited the restaurant when it first opened and it was amazing. My second visit was not as stellar. The waitress was beyond rude. I'm not sure if she thought we were blind but there was eye rolling. For what? I'm not sure since none of our requests were out of the ordinary. When she placed our appetizer down, we had a question and said "excuse me", she told us to wait a few mins because she is busy. It took her quite some time to come back. We also had to keep asking for water. The experience was pretty ridiculous for having spent $400 for a meal. The chili chicken dish was 80% chiles and had a few pieces of chicken. The duck spring roll was all paper. The flavors of each dish were subpar. Like on the level of PF Changs. We are locals, so no worries, will happily spend our money elsewhere.
🙂
Amazing Decor and Experience
Being from LA and frequent Hong Kong, food was solid but not the best cantonese food I've ever had. The duck and the cha siu have to be reserved ahead of time. Dishes were generous portions. Decor was amazing. Service as well. I told of server I loved our tea at our end of the meal. She brought back togo cups and poured the rest out while giving us 2 additional portions of the tea bags.
😒
I celebrated my birthday here and our server was great.
However, towards the end of our meal, management let us know another party was waiting for our table and to wrap up our dinner... it was weird because after that the server gave my birthday dessert with a candle. I didn't know if I had time to eat or not because we felt so rushed! I'm giving three stars because the server was great and the food was good. The end of the dinner was a disappointing.
😍
Drinks out of this world
We didn't eat here but were enticed by the fantastic doorman to have pre drinks here on one night of our trip. We were absolutely blown away. It wasn't busy the night we came out, the bar was relatively quiet but the restaurant seemed to be more lively. The fact it wasn't rammed with people actually made us stay longer. Every cocktail was crafted with care and love. Service was incredible and just what we needed. I think we got through most of the main showstopper drinks on the menu. Thank you
😍
As always, Foon was so very wonderful.

We always make sure we sit in his section as it is his great service that makes the meal fun and memorable. The peking duck had gone up in price so that was the one thing we had to sadly skip this trip. Everything we ordered were still super delicious. Mott 32 is our MUST-GO-TO restaurant every time we are in Vegas.
🤮
The ambience was good but that was it.
Super expensive and not worth the price. We got the the crispy triple cooked wagyu beef short ribs ($88), the grilled sea bass in sweet miso sauce ($48), the Alaskan crab meat fried rice ($32). The food was not bad per se, but at their greedy price points, we were expecting great food and were severely disappointed. The Mott 32 business model feels like "let's take Asian food and make it worse and charge more for it." My first bite of the wagyu felt like the Hindenburg airship crashed in my mouth. I can only endorse Mott 32 if being financially reckless is one of your hobbies. On a more serious note, you can get much better quality food at lower price points in Vegas. Don't come here. Below you can see a bunch of yelp elite reviews who gave 5 stars. They are all sheep who probably got invited for free meals and reflexively gave 5 star reviews in exchange, perpetuating this gross cycle of misinformation.
🤮
The service was great but that's about it.
I would honestly give this place a 0/5 if I could. While I can acknowledge that the food here is a tier above your average takeout Chinese food, the portions were not justifiable for the price. Honestly felt borderline cheated. After finding out they were out of the peking duck (which honestly dampened my mood quite a bit), I was sold on the cubed string beans with cubed M6 Australian Wagyu only to find that they were cut into bites that resembled the tiniest specs of dandruff in your hair after not rinsing properly; this applied to the rest of the items (the smoked cod, cucumber salad, frog legs, noodles, etc.). My family and I refer to this thing called the dollar-to-taste ratio and the ratio here was appalling. I can understand that the birds eye soup is a delicacy but you literally get like a 1 1/2 cup serving for $80. Din Tai Fung or even your local chinese takeout place is miles better in that regard. I cant really speak on authenticity but the value just wasn't there. The optimist in me tells me that the peking duck would've been different so if you do end up trying this place Our sever recommended calling a week in advance to reserve it. Otherwise my only advice is to stave away from the dishes they tout as their signature or exotic because most of these items were really disappointing.
😍
I've been meaning to write this review for a month now.
Our visit to this restaurant was one of the big highlights of our Vegas trip. The service from Iven was top notch. He steered us in all the right directions and gave us his honest opinions. The Sommelier Kyle, was incredibly helpful and walked us through the wine menu to the perfect choice at a great price. I ended up buying a few bottles once I got home because we loved the wine he chose so much. The iberico pork- wow. That was my favorite dish of the evening. Iven perfectly paired other dishes so we would get a well rounded menu experience. We loved this restaurant so much that we made reservations for our family arriving the next week. They went on and on about how great their experience was with a special thanks to Iven and Kyle.Thank you to the entire team at Mott 32 for making our anniversary visit so special and memorable. We will be back!
🙂
Came here for my friend's bday.
Had such a nice experience. We ordered dumplings (forgot to take a pic), hot & sour soup, peking duck, crispy noodles, lobster, and desserts. I recommend the dumplings, Peking duck and lobster.
😍

Amazingggggg! I think the best bbq pork bun I've ever had, even better than the one from Tim Ho Wan! They are little clouds of deliciousness. Sweet & savory and I would go back just to eat this! Other highlights were the smoked black cod, wowww the smokiness is so apparent, it's a little bit sweet as well. Perfectly cooked and melts in your melt delicious! The truffle siu mai was so good with the perfectly soft boiled quail egg inside! The hot & sour soup dumplings was good but I feel like the skin was a little too thick! Otherwise the flavor is delicious! Also, the cocktails are amazing! Can't wait to go back next time I'm in Vegas!
First visit, the restaurant was on our must try in Vegas list. The ambiance was nice, service was fast, presentation was good. Cocktails were delicious. We ordered an appetizer crispy squid and received sea bass. Waiter apologized for the mistake however noticed that we were charged the higher price for the mistake (almost double). The appetizer was really good however we were disappointed that waiter didn’t adjust for his mistake. My son had broccoli and steak, steak was good. I ordered blackened cod which was ok . Nice restaurant- Probably wouldn’t return though.
😒
Atmosphere good, food solid nothing outstanding
Space is interesting, nice, service good, price for the Dim Sum a bit high for what you get, we order 3 different ones all good, but not best thing I ever ate. They were out of all BBQ dishes for some reason, so maybe other menu items might have improved my thoughts. Had a noddle disk that was good. Order a Soup that seafood/rice, just so/so. One of those places not sure it is worth the price, not sure I would go back, but someone I would say try what you order could change the experience.
😍
Great food and great bar staff
Wonderful food. Not over seasoned and amazing flavors. The bar staff were incredible, knowledgeable about everything on menu, jovial, and provided quick service. Worth going to more than once!
We loved this spot. Absolutely great! We weren't too impressed with the service, but the food was great! The cocktails were creative and fun. We were very impressed with the Asian style frog legs. The decor was beautiful, the ambiance was great. We'd definitely go back!
😒
Wonderful food, terrible service
Excellent food but ,for those kind of prices ,an unforgivable service .probably worth a visit if this episode was just a bad luck.otherwise better to skip it.

Amazing food and service, will be back
I have always done the classic steak dinner in vegas. However, I am a big foodie and have begun to come out of my shell when it comes to vegas food. Mott 32 did not disappoint. Had peiking duck and Iberico pork (both must be pre-ordered 48hrs+). It was spectacular. Plus the vibe was amazing. I was between here, Sushisamba, Tao, and Wing Lei. I am glad I chose this place. Food came out fast, service was great, and so were the cocktails. I read through a lot of reviews, the negatives were mostly around the duck not being available due to not being pre-ordered. So I really think this place should be rated higher on TripAdvisor.
I’ll start with the service. Perfect and Personable. No other way to describe it. They made an amazing night even better.
Food: where to start. Not a bad dish anywhere. Seriously. It was all mind blowing.
But I will offer some serious highlights.
Soup Dumplings, Cucumber salad, Wagyu Short Rib and Clay Pot prawns.
The panna cotta dessert was sublime.
Great cocktails too!
Tip/Advice if you want the famous duck or iberico pork you either need to eat early or pre order 48 hours before to be guaranteed. It’s in high demand and they don’t have huge quantities.
This is without doubt one of the best meals I’ve ever had.

Food is mostly really tasty, we had a large party and ordered 8 ducks however they couldn't seat our party together, so we had to tables apart from each other, not a great experience.
😍
10 out of 10! This place is unbelievable.
The ambience makes you feel like you're in a movie. The cocktails were amazing (try the espresso martini). For food we did both soup dumpling options, shrimp wonton soup, spring rolls, squid (UNBELIEVABLE), clay pot shrimp, general tso chicken, Lo mein and fried rice. This was the perfect amount of food for six people. We went off the recommendations from our server and the general manager. Many tables around us got the duck, which will be at the top of my list next time. This is a really awesome spot and I'm super glad I tried it. Looking forward to dining here again.
😍
Everything from the aesthetic to the service was phenomenal.
If you're looking for a high class evening with great food this is the spot to be at.
😍
Everything about this place is wonderful.
From the food to the atmosphere to the service. I tried many things off the menu, but my favorites were the Pork Buns and the Soup Dumplings. I can't wait to go back just for those items! I definitely recommend this spot to any local or visiting guest!!
😍
I ate here this past weekend and the service was phenomenal.
This place had a great ambiance and the best General Tso's chicken & soup dumplings I've ever had. The meals were also great for sharing family style. I saw a lot of people got the Peking duck and it looked delicious, I will definitely have to order that next time!

The best BBQ pork and Pekin duck I had in my life, Cocktails are also really good and super recommended. It's easy to find Mott 32 from the casino floor and the place is big, It looks like It can settle big parties with no problem, but wine looks SOOO expensive.
