Good quality food. Loved the prawn, crispy cheung fan. The coconut ice cream was heavenly, paired with pomelo, grapefruit and smoked honeycomb, speckled with cute little floral delights. Our service staff, Ms Yaya was particularly attentive and helpful.

Best Cantonese restaurant in Singapore. Frequent visitor and have always had exemplary service. Quality of dishes and presentation is top notch and never feel tired coming back. Highly recommend you order the Peking Duck and Iberico Pork in advance, and all dishes are very good. Staff are amazing and very attentive to your needs. Shoutout to the Front of House team, especially Ms Vernessa for always going above and beyond with our requests.

Great ambience and food. Their truffle siew mais are really good. Today discovered that the egg tarts are extremely good with melt in your mouth texture. Not too sweet.

The ambiance was great. Fitted the restaurant theme and is pretty cozy as well. Food: The food tasted great and savoury. Can try their set lunch menu. Really lot of courses and quite filling. Prices are on the higher side.

Another great restaurant in the Marina Bay Shops. The service was fantastic. The food was very good but simply not worth the price tag. Their specialty is Peking duck. However, it needs to be ordered at least 24hrs prior. Overall, very good, just not there for the value of money. *$250 SGD for 2 people, inc 1 soft drink, 2 waters and 1 beer, no desert.

Celebrated birthday lunch with a couple of friends . We had peking duck (pre ordered ), roast char siew , pao fan, crispy noodles and some dim sum. Love the crispy duck skin especially when dipped with the brown sugar, it enhanced the taste to the next level once you bite into it and when the juice/ oil exploded in your mouth 😜. The scallops pao fan is delicious and flavourful ,ingredients were generous and enough of the saltiness. We ordered 4 different flavours tea. All of us favor the ginseng oolong tea, we were worried that the ginseng may over powered but it turned out very fragrance. must try! Overall a delightful experience , will surely visit again!

That’s the kind of experience we had with our first bites from Mott32. Obviously, we ate everything after, but their dishes will give you this kind of experience. If you can pre-order it, go for their signature duck, and add a plate of smoked cod, and a basket or two of their truffle siumai. For cocktails, the Hanami hits the right spot. Interiors are amazing. I suggest making a reservation around 5:00pm, so you can enjoy the sunset light that hits the restaurant softly, but adds remarkably to the ambience. 5 star service!

It is quite difficult to get booking for dinner, after waiting for several weeks, finally, we could get a table. It is worth it! Good food, innovative and great cocktail .. Highly recommend the charcoal bun with Peking duck, chicken with sechuan sauce, kurobota pork char siu... etc... Staffs are quick and helpful.. overall great experience. Lastly, the interior is beautiful and tasteful. The food, the cocktail and the interior are Instagram worthy! Will definitely come back !

It can be challenging to get a reservation online. I was so glad I managed to grab a reservation last minute. The service was great and food quality is good too. Service staff is attentive. The environment is nice and does not feel like a Chinese restaurant. I would recommend Mott 32 and go back again.

This restaurant from hong kong is always full so book in advance Food is modern chinese so you either love it or hate it, plus this is pricey We ordered the crispy squid and truffle cold chicken to start. For mains, cabbage, claypot chicken and crispy noodles. Food is good. But the starters arrived last Good service

Mott32 had a beautiful setting and cozy “Shanghai tang” style atmosphere. I must say everything in the menu is a foodie delight. Starter set dumpling ($12) a must try. Each dumpling have a significant taste in the mouth especially the quail egg with truffle. Try the exciting crispy rice seafood soup ( don’t forget to video) for the experience.

Food is great but ambiance can be improved. We had a semi-private room which was too dim. It was noisy and service was a little lacking. We had to call upon passing service staff several times. When being attended to, the service staff were helpful and friendly.

Ok at this point I've attended a reservation purchased on AT by a friend and sold a reservation personally. Both worked pretty smoothly, nothing sketchy about it. A few areas for improvement including a way to more directly communicate between buyers and sellers, but the app always seems to be in development. AT customer support is really(!) responsive and helpful too if you have questions!

Best Answer It can be under your name or a name you choose! Some reservation offers already include the AppointmentTrader Transfer Service which will transfer the reservation in to your name. If its not included you can add it on after buying the reservation for a small fee. One thing on that though: As many reservations become available at last minute, taking a reservation in someone else name is quick and great for privacy. Most reservations on AT are listed with a virtual phone number, so all you need to do is present the phone number at the hostess stand and you are good to go!

Best Answer Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

Best Answer Hey @EvocativeFold67, welcome to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Best Answer Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.

What happens if my bid expires unanswered?

Best Answer Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
