The Perfect Miami Experience
Outstandingly managed place. The entire staff was considerate and helpful, especially our waitress Becca who went above and beyond to make sure our time was special. I can’t recommend this place more for a good time or leisure.

Great daytime party spot but Be Prepared to Pay a few hundred dollars. They'll set you up with a bed and it'll be a good time but charges will run about 25% higher then what they tell you due to various add ons.

I was staying st the hotel and had a late start so relaxed in the restaurant. Had the eggs Benedict and was super happy. The cocktails were great and service on point. Chill music made it a place to hang and nosh. Would def go back if I was staying at hotel.

We had a reservation around 1pm today and we got to our table 1.5 hours later. What the hell are reservations for? Run by total idiots. It was at 2:50pm when we got the drinks and then the food came in at 3:15pm. The management is probably full of losers wasting away a nice property. We were out by 4pm and somehow the check only took 5mins with a 20% service charge for zero service. You get your check really fast but everything else is mismanaged. Just a hungry guest.

First and last time gracing the doorstep, we have been staying with The Goodtime hotel for the last 2 weeks and have had a perfect stay but Strawberry Moon was horrible. The food was good but the lack of service and hospitality didn't warrant the 4/5 star reviews I've seen posted.

We bought a pool day pass and were really disappointed because they try to rip you off every step of the way. Chairs not included you have to pay exorbitant price to rent it Leave your bag at the entrance and pay 20$+ tip Lol. Do not recommend this overpriced place. I just immediately left because It felt like I was getting screwed Maybe the hotel is okay, but there are many nice places around if you want to just relax by the pool

I guess we appreciated that being, we weren't really in the pool party mood after all. However, if you are in the mood for a pool party definitely the place to go. Lovely hotel, beautiful Greek aesthetics all around, the food tasted amazing, the service was great and it was just all around a great experience. Pool party area was busy, DJ was playing some great music as well. As mentioned the Pool party is separate, and a separate fee. No one seemed to know the price unless we went up to the pool entrance and asked. So, we decided to head back to the hotel, didn't want to feel any pressure haha

Additionally my husband and cousin got the chicken shawarma, they said it was fine; however it was not outstanding. I personally had the falafel Benedict which I barely touched it was soooo badd. I could not eat it. The texture was not good,neither the flavor. Worst eggs Benedict I have ever had. We thought the place was very cute and the service was good . But I did not like the food at all.

Day club was fun. Good space, food, and drinks. Dominique helped us the entire day !! The bottles are cheap for Miami and they make good use of the space.

I love coming to strawberry moon for a pool party.
They are lot's of fun. The entrance for the pool party is located in the alley. This is my favorite pool party that is located on the beach. The inside of the hotel is beautiful as well.

There is a fee for access to pool which must be bought in advance. Easy to check in with reservation and we were seated immediately. Staff was outstanding (we had Katty as our server). The menu has Mediterranean cuisine and I had the kebab which I felt was a little dry (I requested additional sauce). And we opted for bottomless Definitely recommend the cinnamon roll which is shareable. Did go to pool party but sitting outside you will see the pool area and hear the music (which was a vibe). TLDR on brunch; it's super cute but pretty unorganized, especially for a large group, which can kill the vibe. I wanted to love strawberry moon. It has a trendy name, a color palette a girl could love and oozes Miami trendiness. We went for a girls trip brunch and pool party while in town for the weekend. The interior brunch space is absolutely adorable, truly an influencers dream with its light pink and green hews. There's fun frill and art deco features everywhere. Brunch: It took 5-10 mins for our large party to get seated. We sat outside which backs up to the pool area on a raised platform. The music was so loud that our waiter could not hear us and we could not hear her. We had done some sort of group pre-fixe promo, which we had to communicate with the hosts, then the server, then the hosts again and then the server again. So communication was off from the get-go. Ultimately our waiter shared she had fired our apps and they'd be out quickly. Being a girls trip in Miami we were excited to get a round of drinks and start the brunch off right, but unfortunately the waters took awhile and then the apps came and then our waiter took drink orders and semi- disappeared. Bus boys kept bringing additional forks and knives because we were missing some things from the table, but none could help us to get drinks. We downed the apps and sat for quite awhile and then the entrees started trickling out. The first 4 came out, followed by 3 more 5 minutes later. It took about 20 minutes for the whole table of 12 to get their food. By the time the last entrees came the first people were finished and we still hadn't gotten drinks. We ended up getting our drinks shortly thereafter and as they were dropped ordered another round. The second round came out quickly but somehow we had already been there 2.5 hours (mind you that apps were pre fixed and came out in the 1st 10 mins - truly before the number of waters debacle was settled). We were told that dessert was going to come shortly but we decided to get the check. We just wanted to get up to the pool party. I ended up explaining this to the staff, who graciously gave us a discount but the disorganization had kind of gotten our party down. The food was actually tasty though, and prettily plated. Pool party: only small bags allowed, still not sure what that means but everyone in my group only brought a small purse plus one empty reusable bag for our clothes while we got in the pool. The space is crowded. Full on Vegas pool party vibes with cleaner water. Surprisingly the bar staff churned, we never really had to wait that long despite the crowd. Nowhere to sit unless you pay for cabanas (not sure if chairs cost but if not they definitely fill early). We ended up stuffing our stuff up against a wall in a pile on the ground, because all space was taken. The DJ was great. The water was actually cold but it was February so a lot of people sat on the pool edge. Great space, really cute, not as big as Vegas pools Wish the capacity was lower but get they have to make $. Also the routes to the bathroom were pure idiocy and dependent upon what security person was standing where. I exited on the pool space edge and walked up the ramp to be told I had to go back into the pool space and come out basically 15 ft from where I was. This happened twice, but flip the directions. Oh well.

Best staff, friendliest staff, all around great service and a beautiful pink hotel to top it off! Definitely returning!
While the food is very good, the menu is limited.
I was very disappointed to be told that they were "out of the roasted chicken", one of only three entrees on their menu. It was 5:30 in the evening, so how a restaurant could be out of a key item in at such an early hour? I accepted the chicken kabobs in replacement, but they were not the same.

Strawberry Moon (located in the Goodtime Hotel in South Beach) offers a great dining experience, especially for Brunch! Offering cocktails, bottomless mimosas, and a wide selection of breakfast and lunch iteams, combined with views of South Beach, decorations, and music, you're in for a good time at this spot. After Brunch, we went to the pool area, which was a few steps away to watch a DJ performance, which happens often here with some pretty cool DJs! The pool area offers plenty of setting plus a bar, towels, and the option to reserve seating/bottle service for your party.

Do you believe that the worst cream of malanga I've ever tried in my life was at a restaurant called Malanga? I ordered one container of cream of malanga to have it at home and had to throw it away. It was awful and expensive. Don't waste your money and time going to "Malanga". There are a bunch of Cuban restaurants in this city with better prices and excellent food. By the way, the place was empty. I wonder why ?

The girls and I purchased the full moon package online - four brunches and access to the pool party after. We arrived on time on Saturday morning and we were seated in Cheryl's section right away. Cheryl was really sweet and attentive. She answered all the questions and kept our bottomless mimosas full. The full moon package is a bit confusing. Basically they give you a set pastry as a starter, you get to pick any entree on the menu and then there's a set dessert. We enjoyed almost everything. The pistachio cinnamon bun was decadent! The cream cheese icing was soooooo good and the perfect amount of sweetness. The pistachio topping was the perfect finish. Honestly, I would go back just for this cinnamon bun or if we were heading back to our hotel, I would've ordered one to-go! The French toast was interesting - it was deep fried and rolled in sugar. Not the fan favorite. I had the Godfather, which was basically a pepperoni pizza with hot honey. It was soo good. The portion was perfect for one and the hot honey was sweet with a little kick. My friends had the burger and they were fulfilling and the fries were a hit. One other gal had the avocado toast and it's not your basic avocado toast. It was a large portion and so pretty! Very fulfilling too. My other friend ordered the chicken kebabs and it was yummy. We ended with their baklava cheesecake and...let's just say it was our least favorite item. The cheesecake itself was not smooth or creamy. We throughly enjoyed our meal and loved that we could hear the music from the pool while dining on the patio. It made for a fun ambience and a lovely brunch! Highly recommend if you're looking for good food and good vibes!

Wonderful! My parents are visiting and we have wanted to go to Nobu Malibu for years. I tried getting a reservation myself but it was next to impossible. So glad I was able to buy a reservation on appointment trader for a decent price!

I was veeeeeerry skeptical that this would work, particularly at a restaurant as hard to get into as Nobu Malibu, and it was perfect! We had lunch outside on the patio and it was fabulous!

Ok at this point I've attended a reservation purchased on AT by a friend and sold a reservation personally. Both worked pretty smoothly, nothing sketchy about it. A few areas for improvement including a way to more directly communicate between buyers and sellers, but the app always seems to be in development. AT customer support is really(!) responsive and helpful too if you have questions!

It can be under your name or a name you choose! Some reservation offers already include the AppointmentTrader Transfer Service which will transfer the reservation in to your name. If its not included you can add it on after buying the reservation for a small fee. One thing on that though: As many reservations become available at last minute, taking a reservation in someone else name is quick and great for privacy. Most reservations on AT are listed with a virtual phone number, so all you need to do is present the phone number at the hostess stand and you are good to go!

Does anyone know how AT plans to handle cases where a seller is quitting the platform but has a sell through rate <25%? The error message I got said to fill more bids or find other ways to increase the rate.
Is AT really going to block sellers from withdrawing their money? Especially revenue made before the sell through rate was introduced??

Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
