My 3rd time here and not once did I remember to leave a review but my pictures stayed. This time the dining room above was under construction so we were seated downstairs. Both of our servers made this a memorable experience for both my brother and his wife. It was their first time trying caviar beside the roe at sushi restaurants which is vastly different than sturgeon family. For the quality of food it is worth every penny in my eyes. Everything was prepared to perfection and tasted amazing. The caviar butter with freshly baked rolls don't get any better. Loved the caviar spread with the savory crapes and Yukon gold potatoes. Can't wait to make it a 4th visit as this place is just too awesome! Can't wait to see the dining room too.

Everything was incredible! Got a group of friends together in NYC for a little pre wedding caviar/champagne and dinner and we were highly impressed with everything! My out of town friends were all extremely impressed. First off, the ambiance is incredible. It’s stylish, sexy, trendy and beautifully upscale. We had an amazing table in the lounge area downstairs which was extremely comfortable. The staff was hospitable, friendly and 110% knowledgeable. We started with an incredible bottle of champagne, then some caviar to split. We ended up getting another bottle of champagne, and tried many of their fun appetizers. Then we finished off with a few little desserts. We had a chance to tour the upstairs too, which was incredible! I can’t wait to check out the Miami location!

This may be one of my new favorite places in NYC! We had a reservation for five people on a Sat afternoon. My one gf sat at the plush blue velvet seats at the bar before we arrived. Once we arrived, we were escorted to our beautiful, comfortable table front and center in their downstairs lounge. We started with a bottle of champagne (when in Rome, right?) The GM is a sommelier, so he was happy to walk us through the champagne menu. After that, we ordered some caviar for the table and the crispy rice. The service was impeccable. Friendly, hospitable and on top of their A game! After awhile, we ordered another bottle of champagne and tried some other small apps - the milk bread (amazing), the duck croquettes, caviar baked potatoes and the golden egg (one of the most delicious things I've ever eaten)! For dessert we had some of the Madeleine's along with the tarte au chocolat. Everything was outstanding! We had the chance to see the upstairs dining room too- absolutely stunning! Can't wait to check out their Miami location!

It always amazes me that this restaurant isn't as well known as other high-end places. I've been coming here for over a decade and the food has always been exceptional. The flavor profile and execution are both perfect. Highly recommend trying the caviar when you're here - it really elevates the experience. Other favorites are the foie gras, sea urchin, desserts and lemon madeleine.

I went to Caviar Russe a couple of weeks ago with my fellow caviar-loving friend. I expected a very Midtown experience. We walked in and asked for seating in the lounge. The service was really excellent - everyone was very attentive and prompt. We got the following dishes: Milk Bread (4/5): Very nice bread that came with caviar butter. Caviar Baked Potatoes (5/5): Really tasty. The potatoes were mini, and filled with a rich mashed potato. Yum. Tasmanian Sea Trout Cornet (3.5/5): This was fine. The trout was good, but otherwise it was pretty standard. Although it was fine.c I probably wouldn't order it again. Classic Caviar Tasting (Classic Osetra, Siberian Sturgeon, Pacific Sturgeon) (5/5): Wonderful tasting. An ample amount of caviar and a ton of great accoutrements. I was very pleasantly surprised by my experience at Caviar Russe. Would definitely return!

... It's a luxurious experience with top-to-top feel and a menu to boot. We are upstairs for a small and cozy dining experience...but you can also sit at the bar or go to the lounge in the back-all on the first floor.

If you're into caviar, Caviar Russe can be a preferred experience. We sat at the bar & lounge area, as we weren't going for the tasting menus. We went for the Authority Tasting, in which comes with a selection of caviar by the spoon; you can add belgua and/or the almas osetra with an additional cost. We also ordered some bites: +Milk Bread with caviar butter +King Crab - tempura, cucumber, and salmon roe +Caviar Baked Potatoes - marbl potatoes with chives and pomme puree +Caviar Dumplings - with burrata, ricotta, and chives +Bao Buns - with softshell crab and pickled cucumber +Lobster Rolls - with crustacean butter +Toro & Foie Cornet +Caviar cornet - wit classic osetra, creme fraice, and chives Definitely a pricey meal, but everything was well-presented and tasted good - service was friendly and attentive. Amazing experience, the lights, the view, the atmosphere and of course the food. Very different from all the other restaurants, very unique, would absolutely go again

Wonderful! My parents are visiting and we have wanted to go to Nobu Malibu for years. I tried getting a reservation myself but it was next to impossible. So glad I was able to buy a reservation on appointment trader for a decent price!

I was veeeeeerry skeptical that this would work, particularly at a restaurant as hard to get into as Nobu Malibu, and it was perfect! We had lunch outside on the patio and it was fabulous!

Ok at this point I've attended a reservation purchased on AT by a friend and sold a reservation personally. Both worked pretty smoothly, nothing sketchy about it. A few areas for improvement including a way to more directly communicate between buyers and sellers, but the app always seems to be in development. AT customer support is really(!) responsive and helpful too if you have questions!

As a seller, I like the fact i have the ability now to transfer money out of my AT account and into a bank account. Makes getting the money much easier then the process before.

It can be under your name or a name you choose! Some reservation offers already include the AppointmentTrader Transfer Service which will transfer the reservation in to your name. If its not included you can add it on after buying the reservation for a small fee. One thing on that though: As many reservations become available at last minute, taking a reservation in someone else name is quick and great for privacy. Most reservations on AT are listed with a virtual phone number, so all you need to do is present the phone number at the hostess stand and you are good to go!

Does anyone know how AT plans to handle cases where a seller is quitting the platform but has a sell through rate <25%? The error message I got said to fill more bids or find other ways to increase the rate.
Is AT really going to block sellers from withdrawing their money? Especially revenue made before the sell through rate was introduced??

Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.

Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
