Let's Meat BBQ New York Reviews from The Last Year
Delicious food! When visiting New York, we were reccomend
Delicious food! When visiting New York, we were reccomend this Korean barbeque restaurant and went here in the evening after flying it. After a very long day, the dinner was amazing. The service was very fast, the waiters were polite, and the atmosphere was very vibe-y. I am still thinking of the meat I ate there even after 3 months and from across the country. Highly recommend!

Food: 4/5 depends on the set you get Service: 2/5 based on yesterdays visit Lets meat is a ayce korean bbq. Ive visited this place multiple times for each time of the day. They offer a discounted lunch menu as well as the regular priced Classic and Signature. After trying each of the different sets they offer, I would choose the lunch option over the rest. Yesterday we dined here again but this time choosing the Signature set because we wanted to try their gopchang (small intestine). We found ourselves a bit disappointed in the gopchang because it had a sweet taste to it that you had to wash down with water with each bite. The entrails on the other hand were good. With the signature set you also get to order 1 ny strip steak per person, this was on the tougher side and we believed that the flat iron steak (classic item) was much better than it. As you can see we mainly ordered from the classic set rather than the signature set as there weren't much options to choose from aside from the classic items. In general the meat was good. As an asian that is hard to get your moneys worth. Service wise, we were disappointed with this visit. Compared to the rest of the visits, we were never rushed. Prior to yesterday, we had lunch and had classic at night on a weekend and neither of the times were we rushed. Yesterday, our server tended to us with the bare minimum to get thru a kbbq. At lets meat its traditional for the server to cook for you as you only have 1.5 hours to each as much as you can. But for us our server would place the meat to cook the. leave and tend to another table. While she tends to another table, either another server would help us with the meat or we did it ourselves, which wasnt really a problem since we wanted our meats to charr a little especially for the brisket. The part that made the experience bad was that when we barely had any meat left on the pan, our server didnt bother to stop by to take additional orders, we'd usually wave her down or wait a bit. Each time she took our orders she was in a rush barely getting the entire thing making us wait for the next time she would stop by. Or parts of our order would get placed. Each time we placed she also reminded us that there would be a charge onto the bill if there were waste, which we understand and were ordering in moderation. Around 45 minutes in she came by to last call us, making us feel even more rushed. On the previous visits, our last call was 1 hour in allowing us the last 30 minutes to eat and cook the last order. While the table behind us arrived before us and were still eating. When we were 1 hour in, their server went to last call them. At exactly 1.5 hours of our stay she cane by to drop off our check as we were still chewing. Upon leaving, the server saw us exiting but didnt even bother to thank us for dining, instead another server said their thanks to us instead. If we were to come back, I would suggest the lunch since the menu is extremely similar to the classic at a discounted price and you wont be rushed to eat as much as you can. Yesterday was probably the fasted and most pressure I had at an ayce. Additionally, I didnt see the point in rushing us out as we had already placed the last order in a while back and were only finishing up the remainder of our food, the restaurant still had an hour or more before closing and there were plenty of other customers dining and plenty of other tables open if they needed to seat another incoming party.
Came here with a group of 6 for a dinner.
Felt rushed to order and eat our food throughout the entire dinner. They also messed up what we ordered and miss placed our cake at one point as well.
Great all-you-can-eat! They cook for you, which is helpful!
Great all-you-can-eat! They cook for you, which is helpful! Don't bother ordering the deluxe, basic is plenty. Make sure to communicate when you are done ordering because the fullness sneaks up on you. Cook, Hoon, was very kind, and people kept refilling our bangchan. Music and sizzle results in a lot of noise, but I could still hear friends.
The best AYCE Korean BBQ I've been to, but not the best
The best AYCE Korean BBQ I've been to, but not the best Korean BBQ out there. It's easily one a go-to and always pleasing. The service is good because they come around and cut the meat and serve you and they are flexible with dining timing. Did the premium menu ($48.99) and tried shrimp, squid, beef entrails, beef intestines, NY strip steak, and octopus. It was good, but not worth the extra cost. The shrimp came with the shell on, so you either had to peel each one or eat the shell, so it wasn't a good shrimp experience. The squid and octopus were good. The entrails were fine. The intestines were meh, and the steak was good but fatty. Everything else is good, but the brisket stands out. They give ample appetizers, and the kimchi is especially good. Also the service is crazy good because the waitress consistently comes around to take orders and cook and serve food, so you don't have to do it yourself.

I love that all 3 times we've gone to dinner here, the service has been EXCELLENT! 10/10 the food is DELICIOUS! You're paying buffet price but it's 100% worth it!
You can eat all you can.
And feel the sidemenu refill service before you request. Very kind

I decided to "meat" up with a friend at Let's Meat BBQ, and no regrets! The staff member who served us was absolutely amazing and super sweet. She was attentive and checked in on us regularly, ensuring we got all of our orders. Wish I asked for her name so I could leave her a kind message here haha! Everything we tried was delicious and hit the spot perfectly. I don't have much more to say, except that Let's Meat BBQ definitely lives up to its name and is worth a visit if you're craving some great Korean BBQ! :)
Came here to celebrate a friend's birthday.
The space is good for group gatherings, the meats were absolutely delicious, and they were very much on top of refills of drinks and sides.
Great place to come with a big group of friends.
Decent food, there is definitely better quality elsewhere but for the vibes this place is worth it :)

My friend was craving kbbq so we heard let's meat had a great all you can eat option. We got here at 6pm on a Friday with no reservation and was seated within 10 mins. The music inside is really loud so if you are looking for a place to catch up with a friend maybe pick different restaurant. The food itself was ok! The marinated meats were kind of salty and I wasn't a huge fan of the tteokboki because it was super watery. personally i didnt like the kimchi but my friend loved it so if you like your kimchi super fermented you will probably also like it. Make sure you dont leave too much meat because youll be charged 15 per person. I enjoyed my time here. I personally didnt eat enough things to make me feel like it was worth it but If you want to come with a large party and eat a lot this is the place for you! The service is also really quick for an all you can eat so I appreciated that
Great food, service and price.
Can't go wrong for a large group of meat eaters. We got seated quickly and on time.

Great service and very friendly staff - made sure we had everything that we needed. Food was cooked perfectly and tasted delicious! Highly recommend for a night out.
2 things I love.
Meat and all-you-can-eat meat. The thick NY strips were so worth it! Dinner was really busy so make reservations if you can. There is a time limit on how long you can sit for the AYCE. So why 4 stars? Well I decided to take off one star because of our waiter. He wasn't very friendly and seemed unhappy he had to work. I get we all have different personalities and he might be having a bad day, but still. We were there to celebrate a birthday and it just seemed uncomfortable asking him for anything. Everyone else we had to interact with there were friendly and courteous. The place has the table BBQ's and the cooking pan is awesome. The tables link with a center piece so don't be surprised if they don't add the connector and start seating the next guests right next to you. In the end, I would definitely come back here for a delicious meal...hopefully, just with a different server. Oh a happier note for me-I have decided I want the long adjustable vent hose in my kitchen some day. Strong enough to suck all the evil out of the kitchen. #lifegoals. Lol.
Amazing service, food, and ambiance.
They cook your meat which is a rarity in all you can eat Korean bbq. Would definitely recommend and come again!
Food mediocre, but AYCE in Ktown so I think it's a good
Food mediocre, but AYCE in Ktown so I think it's a good price but there is no steamed egg which was a bit disappointing. My biggest turndown was the waitress. She was Korean had a long ponytail and not nice at all. It almost seemed like she hated her job so much. But then it was changed to another waiter after 30 minutes and he was sweet, thank god.
Great service and reasonable pricing.
We waited for only 20 min before being seated on a Saturday night. The meats were delicious, especially the brisket. A little loud for conversation, but not an issue if you're just there for food:) the only thing I didn't love was the tofu stew- I think I've had much better from other Korean restaurants and kbbq places

Ive been here with a l large party and recently with a party of 5. With the large party, we had about 20+ people, they gave us 2 large tables at the end of the restaurant. There was a server who served just our table. Experience was great. I came here recently with my friends. The wait as we didnt reserve was 45-50mins on a thursday night. We ordered brisket, pork belly and rib eye. They were all okay, nothing out of the ordinary. There is a server who cooks the food for you. It was very hot.
The service was horrible.
It says "ALL YOU CAN EAT," but the restaurant gives you 1 hour and 30 minutes to be at your table. They take everything raw to your table in little containers with enough food for 2 people. After 20-25 minutes, you split whatever meat they brought among 4 or more people and then have to wait for another 15 to 20 minutes for them to get you a bit more. They want to entertain you with rice and noodles while waiting for the cheap pork to cook first. Then, the seafood they bring is only enough for 1 person. A questionable policy in place adds a 22% gratuity charge to the bill for tables with more than 5 people. However, our server was juggling our 2 tables with 8 people and another large group of 10 people. It's perplexing why such a charge is imposed when the service for a large table isn't adequately provided. The meal cost is exorbitant considering the subpar service and meager food portions. To add insult to injury, they threatened to charge us more if we didn't vacate the table within the original 1 hour and 30 minutes. They try to sell you noodles, rice, and salads with a hint of pork and chicken for a whopping $50. It's a clear case of false advertising and not worth your hard-earned money. They initially charged an additional seat for a baby on a high chair still drinking his battle. Dishonest. IT IS NOT WORTH YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

Great kbbq ayce $32 for lunch with a good selection of meats. The meats were marinated and the banchan were great for wraps. I felt a bit rushed with them cooking everything all at once but the food flavor was great and reasonable price

Service was phenomenal! They were so on top of everything and food was immaculate. Quality of meat was superb. Ambiance was super chill would 10/10 come back.
Food is amazing, fresh and healthy.
Service with the kindest people of course lovely. Always nice and cozy place
Let's Meat is a Korean buffet that my friend suggests going.
We went on a solar eclipse day. At that time we went had not a lot of customer yet. They have a limit time to eat. Even it is not busy but the server still slow and hard to get a refill on side dish. Meat was ok as a price but we wish if the restaurant is not busy they should let we enjoy the drink even the they don't serve us food anymore. The waiter just rushing us out so it will be nice if we have time to finish our drink.

My favorite kbbq spot in the city!!!! Staff is friendly and inviting. Their bulgogi is to die for! 10/10 would recommend with a nice group of friends and hungry tummy's.
Lets Meat!is the perfect place to bring family and friends.
They have a variety of meats and vegetables to pick. The staff were attentive and fast but make sure to come at an odd hour because it can get too busy!Inwill definately come back for more.

LET THEM EAT MEAT!!! All you can eat meat!! The service here is really good, the atmosphere is very welcoming. This was a much better experience that I had last time. David took great care of me. He was an amazing server 5/5. 11. Beef Marinated thin sliced Ribeye was really good 5/5 13. Beef Marinated Hanger Steak was very good. 5/5 14. Beef Flat Iron Steak was pretty good, even without being marinated 4/5 I ended up liking the steaks in the order number as shown above with the ribeye as my favorite. Thank you for such an amazing time. I will be back soon. This place is not for vegetarians.

We loved everything about this place - the meat was great, and so is the service! There could be more banchan options though, however. But otherwise, we really enjoyed ourselves here.
Delightfully entertaining
Exquisite Korean grill! Delicious, abundant and healthy food. They do everything on the spot and in front of your eyes, they advise you how to mix things or what sauces to add. The meat, chicken and pork are delicious! It is also a very entertaining place to go, since at each table there is a grill where they will prepare your things. Good service and excellent food
The food is good and well priced for all you can eat.
They have a good selection of meats and side dishes. The service is quick and consistent. Sometimes I felt they were too quick though where it discouraged us to pace ourselves as they cooked everything for us. It's not something I'm used to. I think we were pretty well spaced out from others and felt comfortable in the restaurant. I've been here on two separate occasions traveling to NY and it's been my go to spot for kbbq in the area.
We really enjoyed let's meat.
We had a lot of excellent food on our NY trip but let's meat topped it all. This was much better than the dinner we had the night before at Namkeen in Williamsburg, which wasn't great... We highly recommend!
We came here for a $ 29.
99-you-can-eat lunch special. and we had marinated ribeye, marinated short ribs, pork belly, spicy pork Short ribs. My least favor. It was the spicy pork ribs because it was all shredded. The server was constantly overflipping meat and serving us. There's no complaint about that. ambient is trendy, and the lights are on the dim side
Great service great food.
Perfect ambiance. Wonderful would go again. Meat was a little chewy but still good quality for ayca.
Great place to grab KBBQ with friends.
All you can eat (which I love), great service and pretty good ambiance, even though it can get a little noisy sometimes. This place is a little expensive, but it's hard to find cheap KBBQ in the city and the quality of the food makes up for the price.

Came here incredibly late on a rainy night with a group of five, and we were seated relatively quickly. The service was nice and the meat, alongside the sauce that was given to us, was delicious as well. Vegetables were also give to us alongside the sides that normally arrive, which also paired well with the vegetables. I was having a pretty bad night due to some previous events that had occurred that day so this was a great pick-me-up that made my day a little better. Would be willing to come back again.
I will leave 0 stars if I could.
This server gave us a bunch rules even before we settled down at the table, telling us your time begins now and only 60 minutes to order, cannot order more than 3 meats at a time etc. I understand you're a busy restaurant, but have some respect for your customers. While cutting the cake for our friend, the same server comes to tell us we have 15 minutes left and you have to get the bill before that, otherwise will be $15 overtime charge per head. Food is a 7 at best, not enough choices. Even if there are choices, won't be enough time to enjoy the food since your restaurant is so in a rush kicking people out. Will never come back here again, one of the worst experience ever.
I tried coming once without a reservation and the wait was
I tried coming once without a reservation and the wait was 2-3 hours so I left. This time, I made a reservation in advance and was seated within 10-15 minutes of my reservation time. The menu is on a QR code and you choose between signature or classic and everybody has to choose the same option. My party went with the classic, running at $42.99 a person not including tax or tip for 100 minutes max of eating. We requested one order of each item listed on the menu and were quickly discouraged from doing that for whatever reason. We were warned that any unfinished food would be charged extra, but if you know my friends and I, we could eat. The options of meats are pretty limited. How are beef short ribs or galbi not on the menu of a Korean BBQ restaurant? The grill starts off with corn cheese and mixed vegetables. The first meat they cook is the thinly sliced brisket, which is one of my favorite cuts to order at Korean BBQ. It cooked quicky and had a nice char, but was chewy and not tender. The pork belly was just ok. It was tough and had a bit of gaminess to it. They must have had excess pork jowl in the back and plopped a big plateful that took up half the grill. Oil spattered on to the whole table as it was cooking. We also had the beef steaks and it felt like chewing on rubberbands. In the end, I lost track of what meat was what. Almost every cut of meat was chewy, and it was not the fault of the server who cooked it. I have to say the staff that helped cook the food provided great service, and so did the banchan girls (they made sure the kimchi, pickled radish, lettuce, etc were refilled without needing to ask). This is why I upped my rating to 2 stars. Last call is announced 1 hour in. We were asked if we wanted more food, but we couldn't decide what more to get because we didn't find any cut of meat to be outstanding. I found myself enjoying the loud music while sipping beer and soju from the somaek tower and eating the banchans with the corn cheese and white rice more than the actual meats. Let's not Meat here again.
After quite a few visits (this is my AYCE KBBQ friend
After quite a few visits (this is my AYCE KBBQ friend group's go-to spot, and yes I have a friend group dedicated to AYCE KBBQ) I have never been disappointed. You know the drill: Don't fill up on rice (skip it entirely ideally), cut through the richness with the banchan (quite good with unlimited refills), and put in your next order in ahead of finishing the current one. The play here after some trial-and-error is to just order brisket on repeat. It's tasty, cooks quickly, and doesn't have a sugary sauce that burns on the grill. The staff here is friendly and efficient and will oblige all your brisket desires. Just make peace with the fact that you'll smell like smoke and meat after (leave the nice fit at home) and you're guaranteed to have yourself a good time with the homies.
Korean restaurant not owned by Korean and tastes not Korean.
Service was good. Will not going back.
New York Adventures
Probably my favorite Korean BBQ place in the world. The food is always amazing. The hanger steak is absolutely insane. However, our waiter (David) was very rude which is very surprisingly considering all the staff are friendly.

Great Service - amazing dinner!!
Read about the site in NYT and bought a reservation at Mother Wolf in LA 2 days later. Worked great and the food was amazing!!!
Worked perfectly!
Got the reservation (that I couldn't get anywhere else) and was able to entertain a group of friends at the infamous Bern's Steakhouse.
Got into Nobu Malibu
Wonderful! My parents are visiting and we have wanted to go to Nobu Malibu for years. I tried getting a reservation myself but it was next to impossible. So glad I was able to buy a reservation on appointment trader for a decent price!
Very easy
Was very hesitant going into this experience but am glad to say that it worked out very well ! will definitely use appointment trader in the future
Fabulous Lunch
I was veeeeeerry skeptical that this would work, particularly at a restaurant as hard to get into as Nobu Malibu, and it was perfect! We had lunch outside on the patio and it was fabulous!
Great reviewer team
Just wanted to take a second to shout out the reviewer team. Even though they probably review hundreds of listings and bids a day, they still take the time to leave great comments and respond relatively quickly. Thanks!
Incredible
I got a reservation to Don Angie, which I've been trying to book for weeks! I am very happy with this service.
Best platform out there!
Super simple, easy, and fast to secure reservations for hard-to-get restaurants and locations!
This app is life changing
This app has opened my world up to so many wonderful new experiences I would never have the chance to have without access to this awesome app! 10/10!
Worked perfectly
Was a little nervous at first but was pleased to see that the booking went through flawlessly.
Highly recommended.
Success on Short Notice
Was able to snag an indoor table at Don Angie through an absolutely seamless worry-free process.
Worked perfectly, thank you!
This is a crazy holiday season in NYC and I was very pleasantly surprised to see that AppointmentTrader works! Will be using again!
Worked flawlessly!
Worked so well! I was a bit nervous, but everything went very smoothly. purchased the reservation, and got into the restaurant seamlessly.
Love this app!
So glad I came across this app :)
Quick table in Miami
I didn’t have my hopes high as it was a party of 4. In 24 hours I had a carbone reservation available! I was very happy as my family really wanted to come here
Prime time, great meal

Got impossible NYC res
instead of waiting weeks I got my 4 charles reservation instantly
Worked perfectly to get into Carbone. So delighted
perfect
Worked well, got me into a restaurant with no availability
I was skeptical, and I still don't really know how they managed to find this hard-to-find reservation, but it was a win-win from my point of view, and I'll use this service again.
Last minute reservation for Delilah Las Vegas
Got a last minute reservation, dinner for 2 at Delilah Las Vegas: super impressed! The process was simple, transaction seamless. We had an amazing time! Couldn’t be happier! 😍
It works!
Ok at this point I've attended a reservation purchased on AT by a friend and sold a reservation personally. Both worked pretty smoothly, nothing sketchy about it. A few areas for improvement including a way to more directly communicate between buyers and sellers, but the app always seems to be in development. AT customer support is really(!) responsive and helpful too if you have questions!
Money transfer
As a seller, I like the fact i have the ability now to transfer money out of my AT account and into a bank account. Makes getting the money much easier then the process before.
Love this app
Got to go to places otherwise unreachable
Easy Access
Very easy to get into one of the hardest restaurants to reserve in New York.
Whose name will my reservation be under when I arrive at the venue?
It can be under your name or a name you choose! Some reservation offers already include the AppointmentTrader Transfer Service which will transfer the reservation in to your name. If its not included you can add it on after buying the reservation for a small fee. One thing on that though: As many reservations become available at last minute, taking a reservation in someone else name is quick and great for privacy. Most reservations on AT are listed with a virtual phone number, so all you need to do is present the phone number at the hostess stand and you are good to go!
Payouts Blocked Because of Sell Through Rate
Does anyone know how AT plans to handle cases where a seller is quitting the platform but has a sell through rate <25%? The error message I got said to fill more bids or find other ways to increase the rate.
Is AT really going to block sellers from withdrawing their money? Especially revenue made before the sell through rate was introduced??

Let’s go. Get more people placing bids!
I will give you 50% of ALL of my PROFITS if you teach me how to make profits?
LOL. Thank you The New Yorker.
Appointment
Transferring reservations is not supported in AT. Why not just use the name in the AT screenshot?
Buyers interested in Bern's Steakhouse: PLEASE READ
Same goes for 4 Charles and I Sodi
Prepaid Reservation Fee
Agreed. Ultimately not addressing this month after month is clearly resulting in a drop in certain venue’s rankings & sales.
Congrats on 3 mil

Need to cancel a bid, not getting a response… how do I do it?
Click on "Take off the Market Option" in your portfolio
Working on your bid?
Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.
Process after bid is accepted.
Hey @EvocativeFold67, welcome to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.
Where do the Reservations on AppointmentTrader come from?
Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.
What happens if my bid expires unanswered?
Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
