My daughter booked Sexy Fish for my Birthday & highlighted this on booking. The place is lovely but the service is terrible, didn’t get asked if everything was ok, wrong drinks served we told them & they brought new drinks after we had finished our meal!!!!! Felt ignored. Food was nice nothing special came really quickly not a nice dining experience we were finished in 45minutes felt rushed!! Shocked it’s Michelin star does not deserve it. They never acknowledged my Birthday. Very disappointed with the service it was non existent. The wine prices are ridiculous I know it’s Mayfair but the prices are a rip off. Service charge 14% absolute joke we didn’t get sny service. Good music but that’s about it. The Ivy Asian in Manchester is so much better, food & service are excellent. We wont return.
Sexy vibes
Sexy fish is always a great experience! Have been for dinner and to the cocktail bar many times but the most recent time was one of the best Samir and Guilherme made my and my friends evening super special and we will be returning very soon. They definitely went above and beyond to provide us an excellent evening. Fantastic food (make sure you try the cheesecake), excellent service and great entertainment! I promise you won’t be disappointed. Xx
Old food and the worst customer service I've ever had!
Food arrived within 5 minutes. Clearly not fresh! The worst possible service. Waiters were so rude, took away food before we finished, gave attitude, very inattentive and not interested in resolving any problems.

Sexy fish was once a sylish fish restaurant ..... Not anymore !! Full of 18 year olds/ and loud music ...fine if thats what you like . Its like a nightclub now ..food is second best and sevice terrible . They are more interested in young rich people buying expensive cocktails and dancing the night away .....Nightclub ...Not restaurant ! wont be going back
A deflated fish rather than a sexy one.
Gimmicky overpriced ‘sushi’ place with average tasting cocktails, overbearing service who seem to think that only being employed by this place in enough. Food - could have done better cooking at home - signature dish caramelized cod - where cod stack to the paper on an oversized plate. When asked for cutlery I was given a desert fork to use for my. Boring, uninspiring, below average, overpriced - deflated fish rather than a sexy one. Will not be coming here again.

I was not impressed with the food or the service at the restaurant. For what you pay the food is mediocre, they are heavily relying on the decor and the image of the place rather than the food or the service. It’s basically all show and no substance.

Had a dreamy dinner at Sexy Fish during our trip to London! Our server was extremely attentive and made accommodations for my allergies when they could. The service and atmosphere here are top notch! Stunning interior (even the bathrooms are beautiful lol). The black truffle gunkan miso were insanely flavorful. The duck, watermelon and pomegranate salad was amazing! Highly recommend for a special night out!The dessert options looked beautiful but we were too stuffed to try.

After hearing my dad rave about the Sexy Fish location in Miami, we decided to give it a try for the first time in London! As we walked in, the decor was definitely inferior to the Miami location, as was seen by the pictures he showed us. However, the service and food were lovely! We ordered a couple of shareable items for the table, including the duck salad, the Yellowtail sashimi, the dragon roll, the spicy crab roll, the black miso cod, and the beef tenderloin, all of which were items that Sexy Fish was known for! Everything comes out when it is done, which ensures that it is fresh and hot when you eat it. Our favorite was the black miso cod and the beef tenderloin, which are a must try! The duck salad was surprisingly very good as well, as the saltiness of the duck is balanced but the sweetness of the watermelon and dressing they use, and compliment each other perfectly! Definitely give Sexy Fish a try if you're in the area!
Nth time over the past 7 yrs or since it opened.
It's our go to place for a fun celebration when we come to London. Intriguing this toE was the truffles specialties with tbd white truffles udon of note. You probably don't find that elsewhere. It wa 8 of us, we had a bit of nudist everything, no regrets , but cannot afford often

Wonderful! My parents are visiting and we have wanted to go to Nobu Malibu for years. I tried getting a reservation myself but it was next to impossible. So glad I was able to buy a reservation on appointment trader for a decent price!

I was veeeeeerry skeptical that this would work, particularly at a restaurant as hard to get into as Nobu Malibu, and it was perfect! We had lunch outside on the patio and it was fabulous!

Ok at this point I've attended a reservation purchased on AT by a friend and sold a reservation personally. Both worked pretty smoothly, nothing sketchy about it. A few areas for improvement including a way to more directly communicate between buyers and sellers, but the app always seems to be in development. AT customer support is really(!) responsive and helpful too if you have questions!

It can be under your name or a name you choose! Some reservation offers already include the AppointmentTrader Transfer Service which will transfer the reservation in to your name. If its not included you can add it on after buying the reservation for a small fee. One thing on that though: As many reservations become available at last minute, taking a reservation in someone else name is quick and great for privacy. Most reservations on AT are listed with a virtual phone number, so all you need to do is present the phone number at the hostess stand and you are good to go!

Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.

Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
