Food was extremely salty. Waiter offered free desert but we declined. A free round of herb cooler was given. The drink taste like pure sour mix. Terrible service. Manager not honest at all. Don't recommend if you looking for quality service.

The Electric Lemon lived up to its hype for me for both the food and the views. I was a little annoyed that they replaced the Jaume Plensa white sculpture with something else but in all fairness it is not their fault lol. My friend and I went for brunch. I ordered the burger which was pretty good but nothing out of the ordinary. The polenta fries complemented it well though. All in all, I would definitely return after the sculpture rotates back to something else :).

Dissatisfied! We arrived on a warm summer evening to find out the outdoor space was closed due to the weather. Not a drop of rain fell all day!! The main reason we picked this spot was for the outdoor space. Service was just okay. The bathrooms were a mess and one even had no toilet paper. Party of 6 (4 alcoholic beverages) the bill was $600. If we were outside with the water feature and fire pits, it might have been a little bit worth it, but it was not.

The food here is beyond mediocre. Everything was bland, overpriced and the portions are extremely small. The polenta fries were half cooked, potato flatbread tasted like cardboard, and the halibut was smothered in butter and grapes but that's about it. Has this chef ever come across salt and pepper in their career? Drinks were good tho

let me just tell u all something, my lovely friends decided to surprise me for my birthday at electric lemon although i was surprised by all my best friends at one table. the biggest surprise to all of us was the horrendous service. first of all, our waiter was extremely condescending and rude as well as the restaurant manager. the ambiance wasn't even pretty and the two plates that actually came were mediocre to be generous. after waiting 30 minutes for shishito peppers we were waiting anxiously for another 2 hours only to find that our food wasn't prepared yet. they are clearly either understaffed or have no respect for their customers. overall i would never recommend this restaurant and will never ever ever return there

Downside was they have a very small menu and when we looked at it nothing really stuck out other than the burger and it wasn't anything special. I feel like the menu is trying too hard. Like instead of just giving us some nice fries they had fries from polenta that just didn't go. The cocktails were good the service was very slow. Overall not the best experience.

The worst experience I ever had. I came for a birthday party of 11. We sat down at 9pm. Had the manager come over to tell us they are sorry for the delay. It has been 2 and a half hours and no food. I am appalled at the service and will never go again. The waiter was rude and the manager was passive aggressive. Our food never came out and the kitchen closed. We left empty handed. Horrible and traumatizing service.

I wanted to fall in love with this gorgeous restaurant but it needs work. The appetizers weren't that great for a steep price, portions were a decent size. When it came the drinks, you get like a 4 oz glass for $30 and it's some sort of exotic mix which is okay.My chicken dinner was amazing and out of this world, I do like the dinner options which were excellent and just delicious overall. The desserts were a huge miss - there was nothing that great and I had 3 derssert plates. The tiramisu was bitter and awful! I never give reviews like this - the orange one was okay and the banana one was the best but too small.Overall a good experience for a one-time thing.

Delicious food, great atmosphere, wonderful service, and a fun name to go along with it all. Discovered this place on a whim while hungry with a friend around Hudson Yards. The name is what caught our attention and it got better from there. Took us a bit to find out what floor it was on but the elevator opens to a nice dining setting with great views of Hudson yards and the surrounding areas. Lovely outdoor area as well that is open and clean. The food is amazing, high quality ingredients and, while portions can be a little small, it's still delicious. I'd come here just for the little gems salad because it is just so great. The appetizers are also really good in case you just want to come for a quick bite or some cocktails. I don't drink but the bar always seems busy and looks like some good quality drinks coming out too. Overall a great stop in Hudson Yards.

My daughter and I reserved a table on the terrace and the setting was really wonderful - amazing setting. Unfortunately the same could not be said for the service overall - incredibly rude barman at the outside bar - taciturn, unhelpful and unpleasant! The food was good although lots of confusion regarding whether or not food could be served outside! Do NOT ask for the Sauvignon - undrinkable! Looked forward to date night here. I had an ok/good dinner. Then drinks on the terrace (with the view and ambiance) were good too. We moved inside because it was a bit chilly... I was accosted by the cocktail waitress for not paying for 1 drink at the inside bar (after dinner + drinks + dessert for two inside... then cocktails on the terrace) . Luckily I had a screenshot of my payment which said "Paid in Full!" for my one drink at the inside bar. She was not apologetic and demanded that we waited until her manager arrived. Manager arrived and took a picture of my screen. Neither of these people apologized for their error nor the inconvenience. Fix your damn software and train your waitresses not to be rude and racist. Train your management to be courteous. Thanks. 0/10 for service. Do not recommend. 👎🏾

Hotel Lobby Dining?

This was a generally poor experience with a group of friends for a birthday dinner. The space could be very nice but it feels like you’re eating in a hotel lobby. When it rained on the outside terrace, there was a surge of folks into the restaurant standing around and talking over the dinner tables. For its pretense, the food and cocktails were pretty pedestrian - though dessert was a highlight. At the end of the night when we had all paid our bill and were leaving, apparently the the restaurant’s system crashed and lost our check? We never got a clear explanation but found ourselves sitting around for another 20 minutes while they created a new bill and re-ran all of our cards. We assumed the newer lower bill they produced was to cover the inconvenience but then found the original charge reinstated on our credit cards today. At least the company we shared was lovely.

My daughter and I chose this restaurant for lunch right after her graduation ceremony. It was a beautiful sunny day and we sat outside on the terrace / rooftop with a lovely view of the Hudson in the distance. We took advantage of the beautiful setting and marked the occasion with several photos. The food was good... No complaints... We shared a late of superb chilled oysters and I had an excellent burger... Medium rare. I tried the Ommegang Neon IPA beer... Again it was excellent. The service was top class and that rounded off a wonderful experience which I will remember for a long time.

The service was outrageously bad! It was actually offensive. The breakfast menu is uninteresting. When the waiter-who took 20minutes to take our order- whether we could get fresh melon or mushrooms in the omelette we were told no- we could not get the check and after 45 minutes just got up. The hostess got the waiter who slammed the check down with a thud. The eggs had shells in them. All in all, NYC is full of great restaurants, this is not one.

We have been planning a brunch for my wife's birthday party for a few months. Unfortunately, last minute we needed to cancel due to her being ill and the Event team really stepped up and did the right thing in not only refunding my deposit but also really caring about the health of my wife. They technically by contract did not need to return the deposit but their customer service and human side really shined through this ordeal. I would not hesitate to use them again as my experience with them the last few months in planning has been exceptional. Shout out to Amanda C. as she was amazing to work with and so customer friendly.

Ok at this point I've attended a reservation purchased on AT by a friend and sold a reservation personally. Both worked pretty smoothly, nothing sketchy about it. A few areas for improvement including a way to more directly communicate between buyers and sellers, but the app always seems to be in development. AT customer support is really(!) responsive and helpful too if you have questions!

This app is filling a void - there's a real market to tap into here. It's just annoying to see some reservations getting sold out here that end up in a no show - the restaurants aren't benefiting in such cases unless they charge a no-show fee. Besides this issue, I'm looking forward to the app community growing and would love to continue to contribute towards it's growth in any way that I can!

Wow! First time using this website/app. It was almost hard to believe the quality of customer service I received as soon as I posted my offer. A private chat forum with me and the person helping me find the best option. Constant communication and a wonderful experience using Appointment Trader. I'm surprised it took me this long to find AT but this will now be my GO TO for hard to get restaurant reservations. It was like having my own private concierge.

When my booking transfer initiated two days earlier but didn't complete by the day of the reservation, AT was able to expedite the transfer and confirm a table at Call Me Gaby in Miami Beach. I highly recommend this service. Reservations sell out in minutes as they become available at this restaurant. I was able to get a table at the exact time we wanted, on a peak weekend night. Amazing!

Whose name will my reservation be under when I arrive at the venue?

Best Answer It can be under your name or a name you choose! Some reservation offers already include the AppointmentTrader Transfer Service which will transfer the reservation in to your name. If its not included you can add it on after buying the reservation for a small fee. One thing on that though: As many reservations become available at last minute, taking a reservation in someone else name is quick and great for privacy. Most reservations on AT are listed with a virtual phone number, so all you need to do is present the phone number at the hostess stand and you are good to go!

Best Answer Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

Best Answer Hey @EvocativeFold67, welcome to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Best Answer Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.

What happens if my bid expires unanswered?

Best Answer Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
